The sandwich was filled from end to end with cool crispy pickled veggies and warm sliced lemongrass beef. Whew, let me tell you, this bowl of Pho brought me back to life! After a night of a little too much fun 🍹, I woke up with a ruthless hangover and knew I needed something restorative. Enter this small, quaint, and beautifully authentic Vietnamese spot that felt like a hug from the inside out.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the calming scent of burning incense (one of my favorite things) and surrounded by the warmth of Vietnamese culture: altars, food offerings, and little touches that made the space feel sacred and alive. You could tell this place wasn’t just serving food; it was serving heart.

I ordered the Pho with steak & flank (large, because… hangover) and it was everything. The broth was rich, the meat tender, and the portion generous enough to feed both my body and my spirit. The staff was kind. Customer service started off standard, but when I asked about the difference between the meats I ordered in my Pho, one of the servers came back with a full, thoughtful explanation. It was clear they cared about both the food and the people eating it.

They had all the classic fixings! Basil, lime, bean sprouts, jalapeños… the works. I also tried the summer rolls, which were tasty (not mind-blowing, but solid), and I loved that they gave a spoon with the peanut sauce. It’s the little details that make a dining experience memorable!
