“Took my kids there for the first time this week; we each tried a different drink. One Brown sugar milk tea, one strawberry milk tea with coconut jelly, and the triple layer Vietnamese coffee. Holy cow! That coffee didn’t need anything added. Had the right sweetness, creaminess and the coffee was excellent. If you need a pick me up, that will not disappoint! The strawberry milk tea was much better than Chai Times with a richer taste. Price was better too! We can’t wait to come back and try some other drinks.“

“This place made my whole day better. Brooke the barista was awesome and kind, the vibe of the place was chill and retro, the bathroom was super cleans, and THE FOOD! I got the breakfast sandwich with sausage and bacon on chiabatta and I cannot speak highly enough of the preparation. The meat is super high quality and each half of the sandwich has its own real egg, its own sausage patty and three pieces of bacon. The bread was crispy and delicious. It was worth every single penny. The warm words of encouragement from Brooke for my upcoming cancer treatment was definitely an added perk! Seven and a half stars out of five, will be back soon.“

“Dunkin' has a convenient small shop at the corner of Monument and Washington Streets, located just where I needed an afternoon treat after a long meeting. Service was prompt and friendly. I got two everything bagels for breakfast and a purple glazed donuts and large iced coffee for the ride home.“

“My kiddos and I love coming to Leo’s to get fresh baked yummy treats or gelato! It’s a must stop for us to see Ms Jamie as well however no matter who is working, everyone is super friendly. “I very much enjoy going to this Dunkin. The staff is wonderful and always take care of me. I don't tip at coffee shops...I tipped here.

The only real complaint I have is that the drive through is very slow. It's so much faster to walk in and order or order ahead and pick it up at the counter than to use the drive through.

Parking is extremely limited, and with the drive through constantly overflowing the parking lot it's often times better to park in the nearby strip mall lot and walk over. It's worth it, though.

All too often I forget to scan my app barcode to get points. It would be awesome if the staff at the register would ask if I have the app right before taking payment if I didn't already get it scanned. An employee told me yesterday that a lot of people forget to get their barcode scanned. It would be a good gesture to start reminding customers when they offer payment. ?

Parking: REALLY limited parking. But then, I don't know that I've ever seen a Dunkin with lots of parking. Lol“

“Visited this classic Dunkin with my daughter before school one Monday in February 2025. The coffee was great, the location was clean, and the staff was friendly. My only sadness is that the inside seating has been removed, suggesting a trend away from embracing the role as a gathering place in it community.“

“The only Gripe i have about this particular Dunkin is that The Lobby has been Out Of Order for nearly 2 Months Now. Since i have made this My New Local Dunkin Location i literally have to stand in The Drivethrough to order. Stopped by Starbucks for my caffeine fix and left with a smile, thanks to Kristin. Kristin was a little bashful, which only added to her charm, but don’t let that fool you—her customer service was on point. She was fast, accurate, and efficient! My drink was made perfectly, and it felt like she genuinely cared about getting it right.

As for the café itself, it wasn’t the cleanest Starbucks I’ve been to, but it had this cozy vibe that felt welcoming. Clean restroom. They could use more seating surely.

“I visit this location daily, usually around noon, and the baristas are wonderful! The regulars greet me by name and always tell me to have a great day! Occasionally, there is a little note on the side of the cup, which is very sweet. When I am running an errand somewhere closer to another Starbucks, I drive to this one, even if it is out of the way that day. “Only reviewing food because I placed a takeout order. Had Pupusas de Revueltas, Frijól y Queso, Al Pastor Torta, Birria Tacos, a Tamal, and Plantains. All were delicious. Best Birria I've found in Baltimore so far. Al Pastor Torta was great, the only thing I'd change would be to add maybe some Queso Oaxaca. Pupusas were delicious. Cinco de Mayo better watch out because El Pueblito can make a name for themselves in Baltimore. Will eat again!“
