“I was there for the opening day and it was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and had huge smiles on their faces. The line moved quickly and the food was delicious and made exactly to order. The soup was still piping hot when I got back to the office. So happy they finally opened a location in Union Station.“

Mango salsa was the best I’ve had. We also ordered the BBQ bowl. I wouldn’t change a thing in it. Try the Red Rice. It’s really good. “I love Chopt Salad, and I come to this location at least once a week. The ingredients are always so fresh. What I am disappointed in is the service after 3pm. I walk in at 545pm and only 2 people ahead of me, and 4 gentleman behind the counter. Grant it they are cleaning up, but ignoring customers, and leave one gentleman to pack salads, chop, and ring customers is unacceptable. Bad customer service will definitely have me going next door to roti.“

I grew up in this neighborhood and went to HD Woodson and didn't even know it was there. I love the energy and beauty it brings to Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue. Although I didn't have brunch my family did and they enjoyed it. It was clean, great design and the GM Tre made sure we were well taken care of.“

“This past Thursday (4/25), I went to the restaurant to use my birthday rewards to purchase a meal. Unfortunately, the link to retrieve my reward was not working. However, the cashier was nice enough to notify the manager and the manager gave me a discount after I showed him my email with the rewards information. This showed that the cashier and manager went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer services. And the meal, as always, was great!!!!“

I was trying to get suggestions and ask questions about certain things, but every time I asked a question about something, the server just dumped it in the bowl. He never answered the question. When I got to the cashier, I apologized, because I wondered if I had done something wrong. But he just referred to me as “diva,” and tried to assure me that nothing was wrong. I told him I didn’t appreciate being called a diva. I just don’t like being treated like I’m a problem when I haven’t done anything. “Excellent food and service! Managers were present and constantly roaming to ensure customers were being taken care of. Food came out quickly and hot, even though we were a party of 11 and at least 2 other large groups were also there at the same time. They were accommodating our extra breads breadstick requests and sent us home with a huge pile of chilled Andes mints :)“
