“This place was really chill.. I wouldn’t dress nice at all for this spot. They don’t ID. The crab dip is so damn good omg I don’t know what they season it either but it’s impeccable. The drinks are strong and the wings are even better. Only thing I’d say is turn the music down a little that joint was too loud I couldn’t even talk to the people I was with. That’s my only con everything else was cool, I fw this spot. Just wish they’d turn the music down so people can talk and enjoy themselves too.“

“First time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The drinks were good, strong and inexpensive. The food was even better. Definitely a favourite of mine when I want a good drink and some food with it. I had the pork chop sandwich with fries and it was good. Seasoned and fried just right. Definitely two thumbs up for me. The staff were quick and attentive which was really good since the place was a bit crowded. Easy to get too ... right off of 210. Check it out if you haven't.“

“Went there on Friday Sept 8 to see The Binta Campbell Experience and it was AWESOME! She and her band were really good, we enjoyed the "daye night" vibe. The wings were good, but the "crab dip" was definitely NOT crab....it was artichokes 😠🤮😳. and totally disgusting. I paid $15 for some crab dip with 🚫🦀 SMH“

“I love a little hidden place, it makes me feel special. The space is quite small and felt very intimate, with whimsical decor. Drinks were lovely and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the mocktail options. It's on the pricey side, so I definitely consider this a date night destination rather than a regular dinner spot. We came for lunch, and had no problem being seated, but I'm sure this place fills up for dinner so I would recommend reservations“

“After a fantastic dinner at Barca, our group of five headed over to Casa Luna to wind down the evening — and it was the perfect choice. Although the bar was fairly busy when we arrived, Gloria made sure we were comfortable while waiting and kept us informed about the next available table. Her attentiveness set the tone for a great experience.

Once seated, Gloria quickly walked us through the menu and took our drink orders. We started with a round of espresso martinis, which were expertly crafted and a perfect way to kick off our Casa Luna visit. Our table was located near a projector showcasing scenic views from around the U.S., which added a calming, cozy vibe to the space.

Following the espresso martinis, the standout cocktail was the Lychee Martini — fresh, flavorful, and quickly a favorite among the group.

“I worked at yelp for 10 years and have visited so many restaurants as part of my work. Me and my co-worker recently dined at this Ethiopian place and it was a truly fantastic experience. The atmosphere was so inviting, and the food was incredible. Our waiter, Hamen, was a standout; her smile and eloquent explanations of the dishes added a special touch to our meal. She served us with passion and showed no signs of tiredness despite the extremely busy situation. This is an experience you barely find in many restaurants. Birndo is a must-visit. “Evening Star is always a nice option I treat myself to every couple of months. Service can be off sometimes, but the food is always above average in tastiness, freshness, and affordability compared to the other restaurants in Old Town/Del Ray. Something for everyone when it comes to options.“

“I’ve been there twice. The first time the Crocker fish was so good. I was telling everyone about it. I went there today and ordered the croaker and okra. The fish didn’t have any seasoning on it at all. So I had to use the hot sauce packs. The first time I didn’t use it. The hot sauce is nasty as well. It’s a bloody red looking color. A cheap brand. The okra and fish both fried correctly just no seasoning. I’m not sure if it’s different cooks or what. For $17 they have to be consistent with the flavor. I’ll try again, if it’s not seasoned again, I will just go for the drinks. Nice crowd and speedy service.“

Our server Jose was dressed really neat and clean, was professional and the food came out quickly which I was very impressed about!!!But the ones thing that made us even more excited was the prices we both ordered the taco 🌮 platters which was very reasonable $15.00....3 tacos with yellow rice and refried beans... “While waiting for a flight home from work meetings at DCA, I found myself sitting at the District bar and restaurant. I ordered a surf and turf tacos and they were very good with just the right amount of kick. The airport was very busy and there were not a lot of places for a sit down meal pre flight so i was very impressed with the food, the price and the service.“

“Places in strip malls really have to work extra hard to make people forget they're in a strip mall, and this place doesn't quite get there. Food was good, not fantastic. The concept of dishes from different cities is not new and gives the impression they're not really skilled at any one thing. (Also cheese curds are yellow, not white, I'm from Wisconsin.) Service was fine. Layout is a little weird, trying to be both a sports bar and a restaurant and it doesn't really have room for both. If I'm in the neighborhood again, would repeat. Won't specifically seek it out.“
