“This was a fabulous find. Being the Southern inspired menu, we opted for the fried green tomato appetizer, panko breaded deviled eggs were an unexpected and unusual offering that was phenomenally delicious. We also enjoyed their cajun pasta to round out the meal. We had courteous service from staff that were friendly, responsive and informative and efficient and fun. Very reasonable priced for quality and quantity of food. Highly recommend.“

“Love this place! The staff is incredibly wonderful. Always so sweet and helpful. Always willing to answer questions, offer suggestions, and improvise when needed. Been multiple times and have always had a great experience. They also work their butts off keeping the orders cranking out. We have a gluten allergy and dairy allergy in our family so they are always helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating when we order. The space is adorable. You can feel the vibe that is a kind, loving, community space.“

“I sauntered into this little corner coffee shop today and loved the cozy, living-room vibes I walked into! Lots of rustic and homey elements that make me wish I had brought my laptop in so I could work from here all day. I got a vanilla latte and it was delicious and not too sweet. I also got a ham, egg, and cheese croissant. The croissant was fresh and buttery! Simple flavors, which is exactly how I like my breakfast. The staff was very friendly and were chatting with many of the people who seemed to be frequent returners. That’s always a good sign! I’d recommend visiting this coffee shop, if you’re ever in the King Street area.“

The goat meat and other tibs(steak) is amazing. I recommend you to try it.

“Any rating below a 5 is an outright joke. Best biscuit and gravy I’ve had by a mile. The biscuit and bacon sandwich is beyond amazing. I saw a review saying the bacon is to thick, are you nuts???? Keep that opinion to yourself because the thickens is perfect!!! Who sees thick bacon and says it’s too much? Weirdos that’s who.10 stars minimum“

“For starters I am glad we have a local sandwich shop in the Huntington area. I had the chicken salad sandwich and I will say I've had better. A pro to this sandwich is that it tasted fresh. A con was that there was not too much flavor to it- maybe it was missing a tad bit of salt. You can taste the mayonnaise too much in this sandwich. The establishment is very clean so that was a plus. I will definitely be by again since you can never go wrong with a sandwich for lunch. Hoping they can add some secret sauce to these sandwiches to make it tastier and provide some uniqueness to their sandwiches.“

“Take my advice and try EVERYTHING on the menu. My highlights: the bulgogi and bibimbap, shrimp basket, chicken fingers, chipotle wrap, woodstock dream, anything off their breakfast menu, caesar salad from the food bar and don't forget they have happy hour during the week (2-3pm) for specialty coffees!! All the ingredients are fresh and delicious, great environment for big groups, outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the Potomac, and very friendly staff. It's always poppin' around noon FYI.“

“On "Oyster Mondays" (from 4pm-close), there are specials on oysters: $1/oyster on a half shell, $16 fried oyster basket comes w/herbed fries, $16 oyster po' boy w/herbed fries. Also, M-F happy hour deals on drinks and half-price appetizers. We enjoyed excellent service from Janine (who is invaluably bilingual). The oysters were fresh, clean, sweet and briny. We have been to oyster specials at other restaurants and find that the quality at Wegmans Pub is always good. Outside happy hour or on the regular menu, the food is tasty and comprised of quality ingredients.“

“I love the food at EllaRay’s Cafe. I go there every week. I usually call my order in and pick it up in 15 or 20 minutes. I prefer the vegetable platter and an extra side of beans. The portions are enough for two meals for me. I love breakfast there also. Glad I discovered them.“

“Love the venue and food but it has without question the most idiotic restroom access I’ve ever seen. A code to enter but the code is displayed on the door! Since access is guaranteed why not just get rid of the buttons that serve no purpose but to annoy the customer. Secondly there is not a visual indication that someone is in the bathroom unless you actually enter the code. Users are constantly having to shout “I’m in here!” Remove the entry code buttons and have a simple red/green occupied or not display when the user locks the door. Who could even think of installing a system like this. It defies logic.“

“I’ve visited this new Panera on post a few times now and have been quite impressed, despite some negative reviews I’ve seen. The staff is very courteous, and our food has consistently been excellent. Given that there are limited food options on Fort Belvoir, it’s understandable that this location can get busy during peak lunchtime hours, especially since it’s a new and popular spot. Order well in advance and utilize walk-in instead of the drive through if you suspect it will be busy. We also had our office lunch catered from here, and everything was prepared on time and to a high standard. Many thanks to the entire staff!“

Lydia is an excellent barista.Very convenient for those staying at any of the several hotels in the area, this shop is located in the lobby of Renaissance. They have several sandwiches, pastries and snacks available as well as hot and cold beverages. They have indoor or outdoor seating, or you can take to go. Remember to ask for a mug if you are enjoying your order in their restaurant or in the beautiful lobby of the hotel…one less cup to the landfill.Update: I went by a bit earlier today and the commuter crowd was lined up. Helen was handling the barista counter and got everyone their orders quickly, with that wonderful smile and the quality perfect, as expected!“

I have never had a good experience when going out for breakfast after 9AM and i had very low expectations for this experience. I was shocked at how fast we sat and how wonderful our server was. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the interior felt fresh, clean, and inviting, with a lively atmosphere full of people. “My waitress Ms. Zafirah was great! She was friendly, courteous and helpful. My good however was a problem. I’m 37 weeks prego. I ordered the trifecta with a pancake. Had to send it back 3 times in order to get hot food. Was not happy about the kitchen service but my waitress was nice.“

“This is one of my favorite bakery’s for sweet bread! I can’t stress enough at the fact that if you love Mexican conchas not every place makes them the same! I’ve trained different bakeries and this is my Number one for conchas! The softness and right amount of sugar and it doesn’t have the yeast, baking powder taste to it like in other places. So if you are looking for conchas they make them fresh every day, they are done by 1pm BUT they are so popular so they are gone by 6pm! So check your time! I’ve been coming here for a month now and every time I come they aren’t finished being made yet or they are gone already haha. Let me tell you the waiting game is sooooo worth my drive for it! Come get your conchas! They have other pastries and other kinds of pan dulce (sweet bread). Finally got my bag today so I can go enjoy a piece with my coffee ❤️“

“One of the best tasting meals I have had in a long time, the depth of flavors was on par with some of the Micheline Star experiences I’ve had in the DC area. Awaze Tibs were so so good! Mouthwatering meat in delicious medley of sauces and veggies, I couldn’t stop eating it! And the veggie combo plate was nothing short of satisfying with an amazing array of flavors. The Ingera from Ethiopia was incredibly light and tasty. Love this place! The cashier was polite and helpful, and the chef deserves all the compliments! Will definitely be back“

“I've eaten here twice before and the service was fast, prices were reasonable, and the food was excellent! We came today at 1:40pm for pancakes and bacon but when we arrived the Open sign was turned off and the ladies told me they had already put everything away and were about to shutdown, which I found ridiculous! It looked like they'd had everything put away for quite some time since they were actively cleaning at that time. If you ask me, a restaurant should take orders until closing time, but perhaps that's just me...“

“Cute casual pizza spot. Nothing fancy, but friendly service and solid food. Calamari was solid, if not remarkable. Diavala pizza was very nice, though I was hoping it'd be spicier. Bella pizza was top notch. Canolis were good, but would've been better with chocolate chips, and the tiramisu was really good, ladyfingers were delicious and soaked. Would definitely recommend“

“First Watch did not disappoint. We’d been meaning to come for a while and when we finally did, it was everything we were expecting. The food and drinks were amazing so was the service. “For a little café, it delivers so much! Family run, minority business. Sandwiches cold and hot are really good. Also serves coffee/ tea, drinks, candy, baked goods. Make sure you ask for TWO eggs on breakfast sandwiches since they usually only use one egg. In NY, all breakfast sandwiches standardly are made with two eggs. I'm sure the shop pays high rent and taxes and happy to support a local business in the Inova hospital location.“

“I don't normally write reviews for restaurants but I ordered their food from uber eats and I put in the notes how i wanted the food specifically. Normally places do not look at the notes that I wrote but they did and gave me everything that I asked for. The even separated the food for me in containers. The injera was nice and soft and the food was cooked to perfection. They also had my food done within 45 minutes of ordering. I def will be ordering from here again and I appreciate the food and the service!“
