“I recently visited this ice cream shop and had such a great experience that I had to share! The place itself is bright, clean, and filled with so many delicious flavors—it’s hard to choose just one (so I didn’t 😉).

What really made the visit special, though, was the amazing customer service. A young lady named Chadia helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She greeted me with the kindest smile and was so patient while I looked through the menu. She gave the best flavor recommendations and even offered samples to help me decide.

You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and cares about making people’s day just a little bit sweeter. Her energy, kindness, and professionalism really stood out. People like Chadia are rare to come across, and she definitely makes this ice cream shop feel extra special.

“In terms of food quality, this place is great. But the two times we’ve been there, it’s been within the last hour of closing and the smell is this place is TERRIBLE. Like truly awful. Smells like a mix of cleaning products and a portapotty. I’m not sure if they’re having plumbing issues or if it’s part of the end-of-day cleaning process, but hopefully they can address it. Yogurt and toppings are great though!“

“Every once in a while you have something that makes you just go "Goddamn!". Back in south India they had this local brand called Hangyo which churned out the best Belgian chocolate ice cream I've had in my life. Hangyo was immeasurably superior than the competition and I patronized that establishment quite frequently- much to my own detriment.

When I had a taste of the Tall Tale chocolate ice cream here it was the same moment; all over again. Identical in every fashion. I haven't had ice cream like that in 80 months. I had almost convinced myself the nostalgia for the product was a figment of my imagination but the charmery has earned the distinction of proving my sanity. Anyway, I am glad I don't live on this side of the country for the sake of my own health. Otherwise I would've had the top spot on the Charmery watchlist. “Dunkin’s coffee is actually really good! It’s not too strong, and it tastes way better than I expected. I like how it gives me energy but doesn’t make me feel weird after. The iced coffee is my favorite—super refreshing and perfect for school mornings.“

“This place was a great discovery for us, as we found it on accident after a youth soccer game. LOTS of flavor options and types of treats, too. Our family got ice cream, dairy free ice cream, and a couple different falvored Italian ices (you can even mix and match flavors, which the kids enjoyed), and we all enjoyed our choices immensely. There was still Gelati, milkshakes, frozen custard, and Jersey pos to choose from on the cold side as well as several other warm snack options (pretzel bites, and funnel fries, for instance).

This is a great place with delicious - and abundant - offerings. There's something to fit everyone's taste. Do yourself a favor and go!“

“I have been going to Pete snowballs since I was a child and I had such great memories visiting. Now I bring my kids and they love Pete’s snowballs. Very friendly service and many flavors to choose from I have tried almost all the flavors but my favorite is mango my kids love cotton candy and blue raspberry.“

“This shake shack is always super goof. Food is fresh and hot the service is friendly! Everything is usually pretty clean as well, I think maybe once it looked a little worse than usual but it was busy so forgivable.

This location does get pretty busy and it can get kind of loud but it's in an ideal location so makes sense. Wife and I love this place.“

“The ice cream was great. The service was not as good. The young staff seemed overwhelmed and uneasy answering even simple questions. On the upside,I was with my daughter and the staff person was very patient and generous giving her samples she should come to a decision on her cone - which she loved. And the sugar cones are delicious as always!“

“The guy was kinda dry and looked like he wanted to quit the cookies are delicious but I do recommend to bring water with u sometimes dry always sugary.

Parking: Parking is okay I recommend going in the morning like between 11 am -4 pm. Because there is a college campus near by so after school kids come and have cookies so it’s packed.

Kid-friendliness: Everyone is friendly and you can bring ur kid(depends on staff‼️).

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s perfect, everyone is friendly about it and there is plenty of space for wheelchairs“

“Oh my sweet lord. I absolutely hate cupcakes- I’ve tried every bakery practically in Hoco and from here to the sun for good cupcakes that aren’t dry or that the frosting isn’t hard and flavorful. Smallcakes.Columbia hands down the best cupcakes I’ve ever had in my entire life. These cupcakes taste like Nana just baked them and frosted them before every bite. You guys did a fantastic job!“

Tapioca: I like that they pre cook their tapioca (bubbles) where a lot of other places that offer tapioca as a topping serve it fresher out of the heat which means a lot of times they undercook or overcook their tapioca and it's still hot even in the ice. I like that with Tutti Frutti, they have a more standardized way of cooking their tapioca and ensuring it is cooked properly.

I also really like the portions and the consistency. Every time I get the same order it tastes the same and I love that.

The staff can be sometimes distracted which is awkward for me sometimes but overall they do a good job“
