They probably lose a lot of revenue because its not clear that this is an ice cream shoppe to people passing by. Store branding and marketing needs some investing and I bet they double their sales this summer.“

I only ever get boba, and every time I come by, the service is always wonderful. All employees have been very kind, and respectful. A few of them are familiar with me, as I am a regular, and I can say that they are all very polite individuals.

“The food here is great. While expensive, I am ok paying a premium for consistent food and service than saving a few bucks at other similar establishments with lower quality food and poor service. I was not a fan of the Korean menu (chicken bites, chicken sandwich and burger flavors), but highly recommend the BBQ menu. The BBQ burger and rib sandwiches are delicious. I also enjoyed their Shack burger.“

“The ice cream was great. The service was not as good. The young staff seemed overwhelmed and uneasy answering even simple questions. On the upside,I was with my daughter and the staff person was very patient and generous giving her samples she should come to a decision on her cone - which she loved. And the sugar cones are delicious as always!“
