“Have been loyal to Crumbl for a few years now and every time I have visitors we like to take them there to enjoy the experience. Well, this time my group ordered some cookies that wouldn’t transport well for their 12 hour flight and Julie, the wonderful staff member was amazing. She was quick to recommend other cookies that were easier to travel with and remade our order with no issues. She was so kind and attentive to our concerns. Thank you so much Julie! “After dinner I was craving some delicious ice cream & my date surprised me by taking me to the cutest ice cream shop ever. I am a big fan of gelato and when I tell you this is TOP SHELF w/ a side of phenomenal customer service I mean it. The staff was super nice, they allowed me to taste different flavors before I made my decision. They also have the cutest little “I melt for you” sign to take IG worthy pictures. Will most definitely be back for more! Gracias! 😊“

“Absolutely loved my visit to Häagen-Dazs Kentlands! The store was super clean and had such a fun, welcoming vibe. The staff was amazing! Carlos was super kind and helpful while I picked my flavors, and Tatiana, the manager, made the whole experience feel so warm and personal. I got a small cup with Salted Brown Butter Cookie and Dulce de Leche , both were rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. Portion size was perfect too.

“I came in last week to get a treat for my family. Service was a bit hands off but pleasant enough. Four folks with yogurt and minimum toppings came out to right $25 bucks. This isn’t cheap but about what you should expect for 4 people getting a treat.

They have lots of different yogurt options with the vanilla, coconut, and mango really standing out. The toppings are plentiful as well.

This place has a good selection of sweets for all the different preferences in a family. It is worth a visit.“
