Me pedí un Lomo saltado ceviche de corvina y una milanesa de carne,todo pero todo estuvo super delicioso excelente calidad de carne y pescado super fresca la comida hecha del momento,la milanesa de carne wow no tengo palabras para describirla,volveré pronto para tomar un desayuno familiar y probar la butiffara y pan con chicharrón!!! The chicken is juicy on the inside with a perfectly crisped skin, and the sides—especially the, black beans & rice, and the pico de gallo garden salad—are flavorful and generously portioned. I even had to splurge for a beef empanada appetizer and it was crispy on the outside with a very savory season filling that hit the right spot!

The space is clean and welcoming, with a casual vibe that’s great for families or a quick solo bite like I had. Service is fast and friendly, and even though they were busy, the staff kept things moving smoothly. I especially appreciated the variety of sauces—each one adds a unique kick to the meal.

“I went to Crisp and Juicy on April 23rd, in the evening alone. I hadn't been to the restaurant in a long time, so I was a little indecisive on what I wanted. The young lady that was at the register was as sweet as could be, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I wanted to order a platter for 2, and asked what her recommendation was to feed 2 people. So, I ordered what she recommended, and asked for a lot of sauce. The order came up quick, and I thanked her. Bless her. She gave me so much sauce. I just wanted everyone to know how much this impacted my evening, because my oldest daughter Ayanna loved your restaurant! She was murdered in 2020. She was 18 years old.
