“This restaurant is great. My wife and I have chose this over Pho Nom Nom but yesterday was a disappointment. Advertised to close at 7p, we walk in at 6:40p to say the kitchen is closed. 20 mins is enough time to put soup together for us eat it and leave. That being said, we were really craving some pho and we found Pho 81 in Germantown. They close at 8p and I hate to say I will chose Pho 81 over BooBoo Pho because it was beyond delicious and it was a slight bit cheaper.“

Delightful combination of finely cut crunchy fresh vegetables mixed with thin soft noodles and mixed stir fried seafood flavored with a delicious seasoning that complimented without overpowering the food. “I’m Vietnamese and grew up eating banh mi from Eden Center all my life. Banh mi is one of my favorite Vietnamese foods, and I’m extremely picky about them. I’ve never found a Maryland spot that was good until Ba Le opened. Their #1 Special is my go-to and I ask for extra mayo. The bread is perfectly crackly on the outside and soft inside. Perfect ratio of meat & pate. Pickled veggies are crunchy, a lil vinegary, and a lil sweet…SO good! And the customer service is really friendly.

The sandwiches are definitely more expensive than what I’m used to paying, but I’m just happy to FINALLY have good banh mi in Maryland. My only feedback is I wish they had some sort of a “Buy 5, get 1 free” deal like many of the Eden Center shops.“
