“This was a great restaurant to stop by during my layover in Baltimore! I was quite starving, but I didn’t want a big meal or junk food because of my upcoming flight.
This place offered an excellent strawberry banana smoothie that helped quench my hunger. A small was 7 dollars.
It was nice getting to watch them peel the banana, which helped ensure its freshness.
The smoothie itself was delicious and sweet with the two flavors popping out every couple sips.
Overall, great place, and if I’m ever stuck in Baltimore with a growling stomach again, I will be sure to return.

I have a moderate milk protein allergy, so I felt a little bit of discomfort and decided to skip my run the following morning to be safe, and guess what? STILL WORTH IT! “Rita's is my favorite ice cream parlor simply because of their soft serve options! I'm not a big fan of the regular scooped ice cream and much more prefer softer ice cream and foods in general.
My favorite thing there by far is the cookies and cream Gelati! I also love the Choclate - Vanilla - Twist cone (on a cake cone) with rainbow sprinkles! If I'm down for it, every once in a while, I will get the Swedish fish Gelati that has a nice sweet tang to it, and mixed with the frozen creamy custard , it's so perfect!

Now, so far with staff I hadn't had any issues with. According to a lot of other reviews on here, people are saying the staff and customer service are terrible. Most of the time, especially during summer seasons, it's just high schoolers finding a summer job there, and they're pretty friendly to me!

That's all for now, though. I would highly recommend this place, definitely a 10/10!!!!“

“Visited from out of town and decided to try this place out. Had to pay and tip in advance which was different so I hoped for good service. Service turned out to be great and both the ladies working the front were super nice and smiled the entire time. I ordered the P3 large pho with brisket and flank steak and the chicken fried rice. Pho was good and fried rice was the best I’ve had in a long time! The only reason for 4 stars was because I felt like the bowl of pho wasn’t very large. Atmosphere was good and the crowd of customers was diverse which is a sign that the food must be good!“

The employees are a bit...well, not in a hurry. There were two behind the counter, one was making a drink for my friend and the other was doing busy work. I stood by the register waiting for someone to take my order. It ended up being the girl who did my friend's drink. Good thing it's not busy whenever I come to visit the counter.“
