“Always have loved Namaste! Every time I go the owner, Mr. Sapkota, is always visiting the tables and checking in on everyone! The service is always excellent and tonight we went for the birthday of my friend that is town from Texas and she absolutely loved the food and had a wonderful time as did I!“

“Royal Taj is our go-to restaurant for special occasions, like our 20th Wedding Anniversary last week. It never fails to deliver excellence. Because it was a very special dinner, we decided to try something different. So my wife ordered the Lobster Malabar and I ordered the Grilled Halibut. Both were very good, especially the Halibut which was covered in an outstanding Corn Relish. To top off the evening our excellent server, Joshi, brought us a slice of very tasty cheesecake with a lit candle on top. As usual we cannot rave loud and often enough about Royal Taj and it is all due to the GM Binda, who is very friendly, charismatic and truly sets the tone of excellence at Royal Taj.“

“I really enjoyed the food I had, starting with the vegetable samosa, and for my meal, I had the lamb shahi korma. I took an order of the butter chicken home with me. I also had the butter naan and a mango lassi with my meal. I really enjoy Indian food and this location is very convenient and close to my home. I will definitely come here again and will have their lunch buffet.“

“My family went there for my child's high school graduation on 6/3/26 and the entire staff was so wonderful and made the celebration lovely, not to mention- all the food, lassi's, desert were amazing. We accidently found this place a couple months ago on our way back from BWI and the service & food has been exceptional both times that my kid and I went there.“

“My wife and I came in today for the lunch buffet, and everything was wonderful. It was hard to choose, but I did find my favorites that I went back for more of. Afterward, I wished I had saved room for dessert, because that was great too. They were very accommodating with my wife’s dairy allergy, and prepared some dishes, especially for her. “While this won’t stop us from ordering their delicious food again, tonight’s experience just wasn’t the same. I ordered the family package with vegetarian Biryani, which included raita, salan, plain rice, naam, and chicken curry. We got our order and it was missing the salan. I called the restaurant and got the weirdest explanation. “It’s a very small container. They make a large container and if it runs out. But it’s just a small container of peanut sauce.” I don’t care what the size of the container is, it’s advertised as a package and I expect everything in the order.“

“These guys make very good food, and they are very eager to please. They have two menus, one with American food like pizza and burgers and fried chicken, and the other with Indian food. Personally I like their non-curry dishes. It is quite spicy and never bland. Tonight I had the chicken thigh dinner which was very soft and spicy. It was fantastic. They also seemed to have invested a good amount of money into this place. Nice quality interior and good parking outside. The owner and the hostess both came to the table personally and asked us about how the food tastes. These people really care.“

“My girlfriend and I got Chicken Saag and Butter Chicken with Naan. Amazing food for a very reasonable price and awesome customer service. Out of all the Indian restaurants nearby the quality is by far the best. I am definitely going back 💯.“

“This place was everything you can want in terms of ambiance in a restaurant. The mood is mellow, the lighting is great. However, in case anyone doesn't prefer mellow lighting, they bring a little lamp to your table and let you decide.

The service is second-to-none. My husband and I went on our anniversary and it was our first time. Upon entering the restaurant, it wreaked of that wonderful Indian-food aroma. The servers treat you very special. We even got a complimentary dessert when our server learned it was our anniversary. He checked on us constantly but not annoyingly. As for the food, it was absolutely great. The naan bread was delicious and so were our main courses. The only downside (which wasn't that much of a big deal) was that the Bhindi Masala (okra) had some hard pieces in it similar to small sticks that required a little extra chewing, so I guess that means they overcooked it a tad. That is the ONLY reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5. But I would order the same thing again without hesitation and chalk it up to the fact that maybe it wasn't a great day for Bhindi Masala. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this restaurant. Trust me! You won't be disappointed!“

“I recently visited this restaurant and had a really nice experience overall. The food tasted fresh and authentic, with rich flavors and good portion sizes. I especially liked the biryani and paneer dishes — they were well-cooked and nicely spiced.

The service was warm and welcoming. The staff were polite and attentive, and the food was served on time without long waiting. They also helped with recommendations, which made the experience better.

“I ordered delivery from here last night and it was the BOMB. The driver was super quick and very sweet, gave her an extra 5 for making sure my food was hot since other places are always warm. I WILL be ordering again. I never had better goat curry! 🙌🏾🙌🏾“
