Carlos takes pride in his craft. Los Sueños is a must try if you’re looking for good quality coffee and speaks for itself. Dark roast is my favorite.“

“Took my kids there for the first time this week; we each tried a different drink. One Brown sugar milk tea, one strawberry milk tea with coconut jelly, and the triple layer Vietnamese coffee. Holy cow! That coffee didn’t need anything added. Had the right sweetness, creaminess and the coffee was excellent. If you need a pick me up, that will not disappoint! The strawberry milk tea was much better than Chai Times with a richer taste. Price was better too! We can’t wait to come back and try some other drinks.“

This place is a gem, especially being surrounded by overpriced and mid places to eat. Prices are very reasonable compared to other coffee shops. Every time I’ve been there service has been great. Some of the drinks do take more time to make than maybe your favorite drink at Dunkin Donuts but that’s because they are crafted with love and care and ARE NOT EVEN COMPARABLE! If you are in a rush, make coffee at home in your keurig like a competent human being. They are clear about the way they do things and it admirable. The taste and quality of the product is unmatched by any other local coffee shop in that area and any chain for that matter. Biscotti’s are fire. Their specialty drinks are exceptional and very unique. Drinks come out at perfect drinking temperature. If you don’t feel comfortable driving with your beverage lidless in the car, just make a little extra time to sit and enjoy it before you leave. It’ll be worth it. I recommend the pistachio cappuccino, golden milk with a shot of espresso or two and the cafe con negroli.“

“I don't get to this location very often, just due to where it is located. It hasn't changed much inside. It was not a bad experience but it was not great. I came in, there was one person working behind the counter. I waited my turn to order after two people before me placed their orders and the barista made the orders. Then, she took my order and the next person. I sat down to wait. Another barista came out from the back, and the first one left on break. The new barista made the drink of the lady after me, took 3 more orders and made all of them. I went up at that point and asked about mine. He thought it was already made for some reason... So, I got it eventually.“

“The service in the early morning when first opened up the employees are fast they have my coffee ready before I order it so I don't have to wait around and they know what I want to order but when it hits around 11;00am then when the other employees come in to work it's like they are lost like they don't know what they are doing and it takes like 10 minutes to get my coffee and that's not good“

My preference for their donuts has diminished since discovering that they are not made fresh on-site, which is evident when compared to other donut establishments such as Krispy Kreme. The coffee is satisfactory. When requesting that condiments be added by the customer rather than the staff, the amount provided is often excessive or insufficient.“

“Went to rate 5 stars but realized I had 7 years ago! Wow 5 star service over 7 years! Definitely an accomplishment! The young man at the drive through this evening made a mistake with my order and had excellent service recovery skills. Admitted the mistake before I received the order and made up for it. I should not be surprised but the way he handled the situation before I ever knew something was wrong and admitted his mistake was great. I usually go later in the evening so maybe it’s partly bc there are no crowds but they move things along quickly and the order is always correct.
