“🥰 MR. AMIR and his family are absolutely lovely people. This is a family run business in the heart of Baltimore social life, between Inner Harbor, Harbor East and Fells Point (more to Fells Point side). It is our favorite Indian restaurant in Baltimore by far. My husband and I really enjoy their lunch buffets, they service freshly made food and have a variety of options. The lunch buffet has Indian salads, sometimes vegetable samosas, at least a few different meat entrees, at least a few different vegetable entrees, dessert, and always hot chai tea with sugar options. My husband and I enjoy going to not only eat the food, but also appreciate how friendly and hospitable Amir and his family are. They also have respectful staff, and run a very peaceful operation. We appreciate every visit, and when we leave, we feel like we have gained 5 pounds each (in a good way!). Looking forward to our next visit :) Thank you Mr. Amir and family!“

Hidden in a small convenience store in an end of the block row house, with just a small folding sign out front… this is truly a hidden gem.

Truly tastes authentic, lots of chicken included, and the sauce separates to show all the tasty layers before you get to mix it all back up. Rice was well seasoned and flavorful. Good portion of rice too. Food stayed warm on the 30m trip home too.“

“Been here twice, once was years ago pre-pandemic and it was fabulous. We said we should come back here more often but never did… then the pandemic messed everything up and we went travel nursing. Now we’re back in town again… AND ITS STILL AMAZING. I got a jalfrezi, and hubby got tikka masala. The medium felt like a true medium, not whitewashed. Service was lovely. We were one of two couples who dined in, but looks like they have a busy takeout business. So glad they didn’t disappear in the pandemic like so many other places! At first glance, it reminds me of my home “Bluecity”.
The food “flight chart Menu” Tikki chatt was super tasty💕. So mesmerising at first bite. Dal makhhani and garlic naan is top on cherry. It took me back to streets of Jodhpur🥹.
A nice interaction with Founder “ Radhika”. She is so kind and enthusiastic about different cuisines. The staff is very nice and humble.
Upon a careful tour of her restaurant interior, I found canvas from the Jodhpur city 🤩.
I do highly recommend this place “Verandha” to person who like Indian street food.“

“These guys make very good food, and they are very eager to please. They have two menus, one with American food like pizza and burgers and fried chicken, and the other with Indian food. Personally I like their non-curry dishes. It is quite spicy and never bland. Tonight I had the chicken thigh dinner which was very soft and spicy. It was fantastic. They also seemed to have invested a good amount of money into this place. Nice quality interior and good parking outside. The owner and the hostess both came to the table personally and asked us about how the food tastes. These people really care.“

“Hands down the best Indian food I’ve had in Owings Mills — every dish was bursting with flavor! If you’re anywhere near Owings Mills and craving Indian food, you need to check out Tikka Shack. We dined in as a family and tried a huge variety of dishes — and honestly, everything was outstanding. We tried everything at house spice - there were addition levels of heat for those interested. We had the Shrimp Coconut Tacos, Paneer Butter Taco, Tikka Pizza with chicken, Chicken Biryani, Mango Lassi, Ras Malai, Street Style Chaat (both the samosa and potato versions), Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and Samosas. For drinks we had fountain coke, Maasa Lychee, and Tractor Orange Cadamon. Every dish had its own personality — from the bold spices to the fresh garnishes — and each one was delicious. The restaurant itself is super clean with plenty of seating, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. We even ordered some extra to bring home for our lunches the next day! “We were heading to NJ from RVA, decided to make a quick stop for some Haleem and Chicken 65 along with Goat Biryani everything was top notch exactly how it should be from an authentic Hyderabadi place.
While returning back we ordered the same items along with Apricot delight and Dilkush everything was phenomenal.

“Fairly new to visiting the restaurant however the four (4) times I have dined or had carryout, the staff was welcoming, pleasant, the food was delicious (sidebar: I recommend the cream of crab soup), and the atmosphere was relaxing. My high school class reunion committee even planned our meeting there and was able to plan professionally without a lot of interruptions and A-1 service. I would recommend and do not have any bad reviews! Continue being a staple in the community.“

“Finally found my go to dining spot in Towson: Kathmandu did not disappoint. Manoj, owner's nephew, provided excellent service. Everything I ordered was pretty delish: veggie pakora, chicken soup and chicken gorkhali. Particularly loved the flavoring and spices of gorkhali, and sliced ginger pieces make each bite that much nicer. This will be a repeat dining spot for my Towson business stays. Indian Pizza was the hook that drew me in. The Indian food on the menu is fantastic, and then the Indian pizza? Its the best pizza in Baltimore and can hold its own with the best up north. Seriously.
