“Cute little spot (little being the key word). Drinks were great, I got a cocktail and my friend got the cappuccino. The coffee was one of the best she has had and my cocktail was nice. The food was delicious, they specialize in biscuits and you definitely have to try them. The table next to us got the monkey bread and it looked to die for, will definitely be ordering that next time. Service was a little slow but I think that had to do with the layout of the space and how new the place is. They are still trying to figure out their groove.
Parking: You need to be able to parallel park to drive here.“

“Nice establishment, good pastry selection with sandwiches made almost to order.
The creme brulee tart was good, maybe too much vanilla for my taste (and kind of pricey, but bigger than the ones I've tried before).
I liked the Tamago Sando, very well done and definitely recommended. The caprese however was not at that level.
Had to wait on line a bit, no indoor seating but plenty of tables outside (covered).
Worth a stop if you are in the area. I'll definitely have to come back for breakfast and coffee.“

“Kitsch was incredible to work with. I do operations for a college soccer team, found Kitsch online, reached out and they did not disappoint. I sent the order over and the fulfilled the order perfectly. It’s not always easy to satisfy 35 people, but they made it as smooth as could be. 10/10 would recommend!!!!“

“Food was good (breakfast) but was a bit pricey for what it is cinsidering eggs and pancakes are pretty cheap items to begin with.
I highly dislike the auto gratuity (18%). To me, 18% is for good/great service, I would much rather see an auto gratuity start at 10% with the option to increase. After all a tip is for the customer to decide. The service here although not bad, was nothing great either, very average.“

“Add this spot to your coffee/brunch rotation!!
I’ve been to this cafe a couple of times and had great food and drinks both times. Most recently I went for Saturday brunch with a friend. I should have expected it, but the line was very long. That said, the girl at the counter was working her tail off not only talking orders but also making all of the beverages for each order (including seasonal lattes). Everyone in the kitchen seemed to be working non stop, so I give them kudos for such a delicious meal.
I got The Ian (toast with smoked salmon and poached eggs) and my friend got the OG breakfast bowl. Both were delicious and we cleaned our plates. We also both got oat milk PSL’s which were flavorful and yummy.
We sat upstairs, which was a bright and had plenty of extra seating despite the downstairs being pretty packed. We sat and talked for a while, and someone came around to ask how the meal was and take our dishes, which was nice. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
I didn’t order any baked goods, but I did notice they have a variety of Greek sweets as well as even some vegan baked goods. They all looked incredible, and I’ll be trying something next time.“

“When we lived in Maryland I bought all of our coffee from High Grounds. I have now moved to Georgia and wouldn't consider changing my coffee source. The main reason that one would go to a coffee roaster for the 2nd, 3rd or 99th time would be for the quality of the coffee, and any one who would rate High Grounds less than 5 star“

“Went by today for the first time and the employees could not have been nicer or more informative. They took their time to describe the different teas they had available and made recommendations based on my taste. The tea was delicious and service outstanding. It’s great to have this new small business in the area.“

“Everything is fantastic! From breakfast sandwiches (and plates) to lunch specials. The food tastes great, you are usually in and out very quickly, and they have fantastic memories and will greet you by name. I ended up with Covid, my last day of work was Nov 17th, and I did not come back until Jan 4th. They still remembered my order! "I" didn't even remember it!!! Always excellent. Highly recommend.“

“This place is amazing. Their empanadas are absolutely the best in Maryland. Their Dominican steak bowl is AMAZING. The Korean bbq steak bowl… AMAZING!! My only complaint is their steak sub. While it was TOTALLY delicious, it was very small for $12. It was sooo good I wanted more.“

“The food was great! The owner explained how he brought food recipes from Afghanistan. Two of us shared the Kabuli Gosht Palau with Kabul eggplant. We also had the pumpkin called Kabul Kaddo that comes with bread. The flavors and freshness of the food are what stand out to me. We also enjoyed the Shugufa (means flower bud in Arabic) tea. It’s a whole pot of tea with a flower in it. It had a subtle flavor and aromatic smell. We ended with an order of Baklava. Everything tastes like it’s from someone’s home and unlike anything I’ve had in a restaurant. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. The restaurant, though, is small. Make a reservation so you are sure to be seated. The restaurant seems to do a lot of takeout. The business also displays beautiful rugs for sale that adds to the feel of Afghanistan. For me, the experience of eating the food and drinking the tea in this sweet place was calm and comforting.“

“Common Ground is one of my go-to coffee shops. Their workers are exceptionally friendly and caring, and I love their quiches!! My only critique is that the tables could be wiped down a bit more, but they're super busy so I understand that it sometimes gets missed.“

“Saw this spot on Facebook and wanted to give it a try. When I tell you the food was delicious everything was seasoned well and fresh. Even down to the cookie which another customer suggested them to me and they were good also. We ordered the Apple butter wings that came with garlic parmesan fries and fried Brussels which my wife said everything was so good and tasted great even the wings were big and not some of the typical small wings you get from other places. I also ordered the make your meal deal with 4 wings, collard greens and Mac and cheese all were good and very well seasoned. Customer service was great and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be a repeat customer and try something different the next time we go. I would definitely recommend calling again to save yourself some time but either way you won't be disappointed even if you have to wait a little. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ for me..“

“If you eat nothing else in your day, you must try the taro frozen yogurt!
It’s made with oatmilk, it is dairy free and it is the best sweet treat I’ve had in a while!

“A huge thank you to the folks at One World Cafe for coming to the Hopkins football tailgate crepe tent rescue. We discovered post game when it was time to start cooking for the team that we left our cooler of eggs and milk on the 7th floor of the Marriott parking garage. We had all the toppings but no crepe ingredients! Remembering all the great breakfasts I have had at One World (as a regular customer we have always received stellar service and food) I dashed across the street to see if they could spare some eggs and milk. Everyone was so friendly and kind and happy to help and saved the day with 8 eggs and a gallon of milk! Thank you so very much. Your kindness was much appreciated and helped our team celebrate our win! 5 stars for quality service and kindness and generosity as a bonus!“

“On a roll is a deli within a business office. You hang a left after going in the main doors towards the deli. The service was fast, and the food was delightful! Ate there more than once. Thursdays they do a Korean Pork Bulgogi. It is busier on Thursdays because it's popular.“

“Great local coffee shop that “does it all”. Menu is not super expansive but everything I’ve had is high quality; everyone is sure to find something they will love. I will say the inside can get a little crowded and noisy, but there’s a surprising amount of seating indoors, and outdoor seating is also an option!“

“Had an evening reservation for two . Walked into the dimly lit rooftop greeted by Baltimore skyline. Our waitress, Andrea, was very knowledgeable and we ordered most of her recommendations. We started with cocktails that were expertly made. Our shrimp appetizer was yummy sitting on a bed of polenta . For our main we enjoyed the short rib that fell off the bone with carrots that were perfectly cooked on top of freshly whipped mash. For the other dish we chose the duck breast which was the best preparation of duck I've eaten. (Order it medium and thank me later) The sauce accompanying the duck really knocked the dish out of the park. Went for another round of cocktails and ordered the ricotta appetizer to go . Also I must mention the proportion size which was a pleasant surprise. Great experience!“

“This is a phenomenal, hole-in-the-wall cafe that reminds me of New York! The owner is very friendly and has been here since 1992. The food is fresh, tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. We were shown excellent customer service and attention. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp in front that goes up to the main door.“

“This place is such a hidden gem. My only complaint is that it's not closer to me (which is probably a good thing). The food and drinks are phenomenal. It's evident that chef Heather takes pride in creating quality food that tastes good. It doesn't hurt that the space is beautiful and warm. Swill is quickly becoming my new favorite spot.“

“It has definitely changed a bit this year, but I still like it. Service can be slow, so it's not the best place for a quick cup of coffee if you're in a hurry. Tables are usually full so keep that in mind.
There's a very creative menu of sandwiches but I've found it to not be very good when weighed against the prices and wait time.
Used to be open later, and also used to have board games but those have gone away.
Sometimes has open seating indoors, but the outdoor tables in the lot next door are sometimes used for residential purposes and can get pretty gross - though I'm sure they're not actually part of the coffee shop.
I'm glad this is here, but I do miss what this place was like back in 2022 when it was more enjoyable to visit.
Parking: Unmetered street parking abounds, paid lot across the street. No bike racks.
Kid-friendliness: Multiple large clean bathrooms, but no more books or board games.“

“I had to stop here since DDD said they had the best pancakes in the country. And I have to say, they did not lie! I got the regular pancakes with fruit in and on them, my daughter had breakfast in a bento box (!!!), and my husband got the chicken and waffles. All of them were a hit!! If you're in the area, definitely stop by!
Parking: Park in the Aquarium parking garage. Very close to the restaurant.“

“I happened upon Kora Lee’s tent at the flower festival in Baltimore today…what a lucky find! I had a shrimp salad wrap that was delicious and chock full of lovely, nice sized, shrimp! So often baby shrimp are used and used sparingly… This wrap was a real treat for the taste buds! The dessert outdid the shrimp wrap! I feel like real love must go into everything made here… that’s the only way to coax the flavors to meld so beautifully! I will definitely be trying the restaurant!Amy“

“The food is amazing and the people who work here are PHENOMENAL! We had brought a foster puppy when sitting outside and without hesitation, they brought him a water bowl. “I have to start off by saying Mrs Grace's wings are so very good. The food here is just good. So whatever you order you'll like. I couldn't imagine anything leaving that kitchen bad. The service. We were made to feel as if we were long time customers. (we are not) It's totally worth a two hour drive from anyone's home who likes the real deal. And if you're traveling. It's an easy on and off the highway.“
“Best food on campus, breakfast and lunch. Pre-made breakfast burritos are toasty, warm, and ENORMOUS. Not for the faint of heart (me) unless you want to be sent into a food coma (which I was) and sleep through your afternoon class (worth it). Don't even get me started on the sandwiches at lunch. I get an egg salad sandwich (hummus if they're out of egg salad) on toasted rye with all the fixings -- and I mean ALL of them. You can get a mile-high stacker that's caving in on itself for a single meal swipe here. What do you get at Chick-fil-a? A single piece of chicken on soggy bread. The service here at the Coffee Shop is amazing, too. Workers are super nice and fun to chat with. If you've just finished working out at the RAC, swing in here to cancel out all those calories you burned because you earned it, champ.
Vegetarian options: Good stuff“

“This made our Baltimore trip! We would come back just to go to this restaurant! We ended up sitting at the bar,(something I normally don’t like to do) and it was a fortunate happenstance. We ended up sitting with some regular customers and had a blast, everyone was so friendly and it was like being among family. Nino the owner brought our meals out and they were superb! From the appetizers to desert everything was impeccable! The bartender Boulot was SO fun and attentive (we never had an empty glass). The cannoli (hand made by Nino’s mom) was Terrific. When we get back to Baltimore this will be one of the first places we stop.“

“The name is very literal, it is a cafeteria inside a big business / corporate building. However, it is very tidy and clean, friendly and accommodating. We came here after looking up breakfast places on Google Maps, and it was extremely affordable and delicious. A little limited on the menu, but I think that is to be expected from a cafeteria restaurant.Come with cash, otherwise expect surcharges and minimum purchases.
Parking: The parking lot is outside a corporate building without any signs saying the cafe exists inside the big building“
