“My husband, son and myself ran into a little bad luck and had our truck breakdown by the Brandywine Chick-fil-A. Situation could not be worse due to us being so far from home and having a camper attached to us. We had to unhook the camper and take the truck to a local mechanic shop and just wait. That’s when the GM Mr. Alan saw us sitting in the heat and stopped by to check on us. He listened to our story and with a little push he convinced us to come to his store and eat some lunch. We were afraid to leave the camper due to someone possibly stealing it and he even insisted on parking his vehicle in front so no one would be able to get to it. My husband was the stubborn one and still insisted on staying with the camper but he made my son and I go and sit in the A/C. He then treated us to lunch which was completely not necessary but a blessing at the same time. I am not sure when I will be in the area again but I know if I ever am again. This location will certainly get our business. The entire staff was so sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for the hospitality!!!“

“Super nice ladies at the counter, efficient, kind, and helpful. I went in wanting Popeyes but it was closed so decided to try Jeff’s Burgers and got the turkey melt with fries and strawberry lemonade. The sandwich was not what I expected in the best way possible, the only con I can think of is a little too much mayo but still very delicious and the fries were plain (I added salt and dipped in ketchup because I’m basic). The lemonade was delicious and had strawberry chunks at the bottom which surprised me, was not expecting that at all. Food was great, service was amazing, would eat with them again and highly recommend.“

“My family from out of town and I met up at Charlotte Hall, MD Arby's as a middle meeting point to sit down and exchange our Christmas gifts. The staff was so attentive, genuine and kind that it actually kind of blew our minds. We all said to each other that we felt like we were in some kind of twilight zone. It goes to show you how rare it is these days to enjoy a pleasant experience in a public place. This experience however was above and beyond anything we could have asked for from a dine in "fast food" restaurant. The manager on duty brought us cookies and ice creams for the kids - things we had never even ordered. My little nephew (of course not knowing any better) confidently requested a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich while we were all placing our orders at the register. The staff behind the counter thought this was the cutest thing. This led to the manager letting us know that "he is writing a letter to the owner to be sure a Peanut Butter and Jelly is on the menu for our next visit." My nephew wore the biggest smile after this was told to him. This was a tremendous evening with my family and we were - and still are - incredibly thankful for the 5-star exceptional service that was provided to us.Lastly, the food! Arby's food never disappoints. Always fresh and appetizing.“

“This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, hands down. The workers are the kindest people I’ve ever met working at a fast food restaurant, and the food is always just right. Their sweet tea is amazing, I will come here everyday just to get a sweet tea, and my youngest daughter when asked always wants to come to Taco Bell! They really take pride in their work. I appreciate all the workers at this location and they should be praised for their work ethic !

Kid-friendliness: My 8 year old loves this Taco Bell also. The workers are always kind to her , the 3 soft tacos are a perfect meal for her and she gets her frozen Baja blast and is the happiest thing ever .“

“I placed an order using DoorDash. While ordering I noticed that there was no tab to add more salad dressing so I called the restaurant and spoke with Elvi. Elvi was outstanding in his willingness to help me. He was kind, patient, enthusiastic and happy during the whole exchange. I felt compelled to share his Great Attitude while assisting customers.

“I hadn't been to Five Guys in years because I didn't experience the hype everyone else did when they first came out. I decided to give it one more try and told the owner about my last experience, and I have to say it was one of the best burgers I'd ever had. They went over and beyond to make sure I enjoyed myself. “Outstanding service from Maroun at Hip Hop Fish and Chicken Kabob Place! He noticed we had our newborn with us and offered to set up seating outside, making our experience wonderful. The lamb chop kabobs were exceptional—juicy and flavorful. Side greens were savory with a light sweet taste. Mac and cheese, cool. Meal was filling. Service, great! Maroun's recommendation of the cream cheese sweet potato pie was spot on; it was rich and delicious, not overly sweet. Catfish nuggets were on point as the always are, with extra seasoning as I requested. He gave us the dipping sauces and coleslaw, didn’t forget! Great energy at this place. We’ll definitely return. Thanks, Maroun, for making our visit fantastic!“

“The food and service were good here. I think I've seen this place on tik tok and then a friend recommended it to me. What they didn't say was that there was no indoor seating... not that I need to be served everywhere, but if you're driving from 20 min away or farther locations, you don't always want to take stuff to go. Especially messy cheesesteaks. The cashier was very friendly, but again, you either have to stand and eat or take it to go. We got the chicken cheesesteak with grilled shrimp added and crabmeat egg rolls.“

“My dad & I made quick stop to get something to eat cuz we happened to be there waiting for traffic lights to change. The service we got was so good. This is where they put FAST in front of Food. By the time I turned away to get my drink after paying, they were already standing there to give me our order. Loved it.“

“My chicken and fries are always hot and fresh. However, the lemonade is really sweet. It tastes like pure sugar. They are always nice . Now if you love steak n cheese subs, it has very little meat and you will have more toppings than meat. I don't like them“

“My family and I stop at this location every time we travel to Virginia to visit family. We specifically travel this route just so we can eat at this Roy Rogers. I always get a cheeseburger AND chicken. I just found out there's a Roy Rogers a few hours away from me which I've never been to. However, I'll never stop going to this particular one unless the quality of food or service decreases.“

They are getting the 5th star because they always forget to ask what sauce I would like for the roast beef, which in turn makes me forget to ask when I get to the window. Arby's, please start putting one of Arby's sauce and one horseradish sauce in the bag for roast beef orders.

On another note... the deep fried turkey sandwich was delicious (a little heavy on the mayo, but it all came together)“

“Noah is ALWAYS nice when I go to this location. Even when it's late, he is always pleasant. When I ask for my food not to be burnt, he makes sure of it. You want someone nice and attentive and professional, he's your guy. Noah is the nicest person.“

“Have you ever gone into a restaurant feeling bad. This night I went and I was feeling bad and the person who waited on me did great order was correct, timing was good, they went out of their why to give me extra pickles to eat. Clean and bathroom were clean. Not a lot of noise, just right for my night.

“I stopped by for a treat, as I love diet cherry lime aid. It tasted awful and was not diet judging by the sugar spike I has after a few awful sips. I threw it out and was disappointed as my last trip it was perfect.

“We ordered indoors at the counter. Chick-fil-A is our favorite fast food restaurant for several reasons. The chicken is moist. The sauces are delicious. They offer a gluten free bun. Usually, service is great with a polite, helpful staff. The drive-thru at this location has a tendency to be slower than other Chick-fil-A restaurants. I recommend going inside if the line is long.“
