“Went to rate 5 stars but realized I had 7 years ago! Wow 5 star service over 7 years! Definitely an accomplishment! The young man at the drive through this evening made a mistake with my order and had excellent service recovery skills. Admitted the mistake before I received the order and made up for it. I should not be surprised but the way he handled the situation before I ever knew something was wrong and admitted his mistake was great. Will continue to return regardless but makes me feel good about going to this specific Dunkin.“

“The owners here are amazing! They recognize me as soon as I pull up to the drive through reciting my order and telling me to pull around! I am always greeted with an enthusiastic hello and my coffee ALWAYS taste the same. The only Dunkin I can go to and count on my coffee being exactly what I want!“

“Took my kids there for the first time this week; we each tried a different drink. One Brown sugar milk tea, one strawberry milk tea with coconut jelly, and the triple layer Vietnamese coffee. Holy cow! That coffee didn’t need anything added. Had the right sweetness, creaminess and the coffee was excellent. If you need a pick me up, that will not disappoint! The strawberry milk tea was much better than Chai Times with a richer taste. Price was better too! We can’t wait to come back and try some other drinks.“

“We like our fancy Starbucks drinks! The place was hopping with a long line of customers waiting for their drinks, but the baristas were working as quickly as they could to serve everyone. They remained very welcoming in what could have been a stressful environment.“

There was a long line of cars in front of me in the drive-thru and I still managed to get through the drive-thru in just a few moments we barely set long enough to be handed something and you were moving again. “The Boba at Chatime, Bel Air is always delicious! When me and my family go, we always end up getting two drinks per person. They have the best drinks here for any occasion! Would highly recommend for everybody! For starters, the food. Aside from Boba Tea, they have lot’s of food! Ranging from a variety of options. Their food is delicious, and you can tell they take their time making it. I love Chatime’s Boba Tea, and variety of food options on their menu! Secondly, the service. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help you! They will wait as long as it takes you to decide your order, and get it ready within less than three minutes! Third, the atmosphere. Many people come here to get boba throughout the day. They are always so kind! I have gotten the door held open for me, and a compliment on my outfit!“

“There was a long line at 650 am. It moved at a good place. The order taker was polite. I ordered 2 meal deals. The croissant sandwich was toasted and hearty with a fried egg, cheese and several strips of bacon. The meal comes with 6 hash brown rounds but I received more. You have a choice of hot or iced I chose iced with cream and sugar. You can also get a flavor not sure what they have because I take mine with no flavor. Overall a nice visit and a great value!“

“Since Labor Day falls on a Monday this year, my daughter and I visited Dunkin. ❤️
My daughter has a bad habit of trying to put her feet up on the dashboard of my car, which I rebuke vigorously every time. This time she almost knocked the speaker off the interior next to the side view mirror. Needless to say this almost became a problem.
In the end, Almond spice coffee to the rescue. This seasonal blend of delicate herbs and spices will soothe even the most cantankerous father. This Dunkin also has a some sort of bug catcher for a full view of which I had to stand on a chair.

“Surprisingly nice Starbucks for being in a Target. I was in town and wanted to get some work done before an appointment and there were plenty of tables to set up my laptop on. The staff was also very friendly and considerate — I’d never had a barista ask me if my iced coffee was the right color — I really appreciated that kind gesture as sometimes my coffee is overcreamed which is unpleasant. This coffee was perfect!“

“Conveniently placed in the front of Safeway, this Starbucks may not be large and traditional, but you get great drinks and friendly service. Since Covid, the small table area has been pretty much shutdown but that does not bother me since I generally pick-up a drink when I am finish shopping and heading home.“

“I went to this location on 11/13/21. Two very nice girls were working at this location and it was completely slammed. There was probably 10 people waiting for drinks. A man was yelling at these poor girls who were working their butts off, complaining that his drinks were taking too long. He wanted them to stop what they were doing to page the supervisor and was very rude belittling them. They handled him well and were doing an amazing job! Wanted to share in case this man decides to list a nasty review! I got my drink in the rush in under 5 minutes & was delicious.“
