“Haven’t been in a while, years to be quite honest. The food was good! The restaurant was clean! The booth seat was not comfortable and unfortunately needs redone. The service was ok. I’m not sure if it’s just me or if their waitresses are unhappy. This is what kept me from coming back for years. Then at the end we asked for “to go” containers for our left over soup that we just couldn’t eat all of. The waitress said “we usually charge for those containers but I won’t charge you all today”. I was shocked. Who charges for to go containers for your leftovers (that you pay for)? This is weird. And I’m hoping that the owner sees this review and makes changes. If you want the consumer to pay for “to go” containers then add that into the cost of your food and keep it hush hush. We don’t want to know every little fee nor should we have to pay for a “to go” container. That is absurd. Again, food was good. Even the lady at the register seemed irritable. I get it. Some days I don’t want to work either. I hope they have better days. We will come back because it is a pretty drive and good food! Please don’t charge for to go containers.“

“Riks is a total star. When you're standing in front of the restaurant you're in a parking lot of a an old shopping center. Once inside you're in a contemporary bar and restaurant. I believe that much of the work in creating the space was performed by the then staff, many of whom worked together with owners at a prior restaurant. The food is wonderful, creative, fresh and satisfying. My favorites include a smoked salmon salmon carpoccio (sorry about the spelling). A great selection of salads with the ability to. add to them crab cake chicken etc. The sandwiches range from a Reuben to a grilled mahi mahi .My favorite when I want a substantial dinner is their short ribs and mashed potatoes. Writing this review has just made me hungry. Guess where I'm going for an early dinner. Prices are VERY reasonable“

We tried the new beer flight that was disappointingly small (shot glasses) and way overpriced. $18 for 5 little shot glasses of 5 beer taste! Otherwise no complaints.“

“An absolute gem of a restaurant! We typically get take out which is always soooo good, but last night my husband and I decided to dine in. Wow, what an experience! The inside is decorated absolutely stunningly and SO clean, and the atmosphere is just so warm and friendly. I'm a bit of a picky eater, and our waitress was friendly and polite about it the entire time. And the food - don't even get me started! It was delicious, seasoned perfectly, juicy meat, and the refried beans are to die for. “My husband and I came into Cracker Barrel for dinner. Seth was our server and waited on us the entire time. I just wanted to let you know how friendly and attentive he was to us. Dinner was an especially great time meeting with Seth and he provided outstanding service. The food is always good at Cracker Barrel and Seth was a pleasant surprise. “Visiting Antietam battle site on the way to Gettysburg. Great location with a fun brew pub, sports bar and Starbucks in the same shopping plaza. Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, nice shower, helpful friendly staff. Wish all hotels offered window spray and paper towels available to clean car windshields.“

“Our server Kyle was great! They were able to make me foods safe for me to eat due to my food allergies (THANK YOU!!). Others in my party loved the fresh, homemade rolls (I’m allergic, so couldn’t eat them, but they looked amazing!).
The only downside was the extra long wait. We were told 30-40 minutes, but the wait was over 50 minutes. It was the day after Valentine’s Day, so I’d guess this wasn’t normal. You can make reservations online, I’d highly suggest it!

“Just wanted to share our experience at the Bob Evans at 1721 Dual Highway in Hagerstown Md. For several weeks now we have been going for breakfast in this location. We have been requesting the same server who should receive the highest recognition. Her name is Amerah. I spoke with her manager earlier this evening. Her name is Noel. I told her how Amerah is so attentive and has such an amazing spirit about her that she lifts up our morning with contagious light. We take our two and half year old grandson who LOOKS for 'Amerah' whose name he's learned. She never forgets his name either. As a former waitress many years ago, we are impressed at her memory and the orders we place that she remembers week to week knowing how many customers she waits on within her days. She is a true asset for Bob Evans. She is greatly appreciated. We will continue to return to this location and spread the word about this particular restaurant. Specifically Amerah. The restaurant in general is clean and the food is excellent as well. They follow specific orders very well.“

“Stoped here a few times over the years.Located in Hagerstown so it’s near a lot of shopping and off interstate. Plenty of parking. It’s a usual spot of us because we are traveling through Hagerstown Maryland a lot. Great food. Always served really fast and always cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is always clean and in good condition. There is plenty of parking and easily accessible to everyone. The waffles are great as always and the breakfast is the best in town.

I got the Smash Burger and the Brussel sprouts, Let me tell you, they were bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a memorable meal. Christine, our server was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. I can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing menu. “We don't have waiting too long to be seated. I ordered t-bone steak and I came perfectly cooked as per order ( my daughter ordered the same too!)
The server was so efficient and friendly personality and we were attended with satisfactory service. Over all, it was a beautiful experiences. FYI we were 8 pax.
