“Ignore the exterior, this is the place for breakfast! My wife and I were in the area one day by chance and wanted something not-a-chain-restaurant for breakfast. A quick google search found this little diner tucked away on Camp Meade Rd.

It's not much to look at from the outside, which made me optimistic because some of the VERY BEST food comes from these little dive looking places and LL did NOT disappoint! It was clean, VERY reasonably priced, and clearly a local favorite. Obvious regulars had a fantastic rapport with the staff. Food was served quickly and virtually perfect in all respects.

Very much worth tracking down this little gem, and will absolutely eat there again next time we're in the area!“

“A restaurant inside the Double Tree hotel. It was not busy, and service was prompt and efficient. The food was just okay. The menu has a few choices in each section of appitizers, soup and salads, sandwiches and dinner entrees. The buttermilk chicken patty on the sandwich was a bit tough and tasted like the meat had been frozen. The crab cake was good, with fresh crab and not too much filler. The old bay chips had a flavor that did not appeal to me“

“We recently held a baby shower in the main banquet room at the Olive Grove Restaurant. The staff was beyond excellent, the food was great and the support they provided to us was above and beyond. I would highly recommend you consider this business, if you are looking for a location to hold a family or business event.“

“If you have celiac disease, you can feel safe eating here. A manager will come and talk to you and communicate your allergies and concerns with a chef so you can get what you want. Im usually just concerned with gluten and tree nuts, but they will take anything you have into consideration. And the GF bread options for their sandwiches are awesome. AND and, the hash browns and grits are GF! That's rare.“

“Amazing food here! I was truly shocked by the blast of flavors my meal had in it. I forgot the name of the food I ordered, but it was an omelet with some chicken tenders inside with something yummy on top (I also forgot what it was LOL) with grits on the side. I didn't know the side was going to be extremely small, but it was delicious at least. I'd say the size if the omelet and the taste it had in it made up for it since it's the main dish. The maple- i think bourbon sausage was also tasty!! Ai Would definitely recommend giving it a try here just to try!“

“There are not enough stars in the sky to give this place. Talk about creating fantastic dishes they make such wonderful flavor combinations. They use fresh ingredients it’s very evident in the high quality of food that they provide. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and the vibes are indescribable. My waiter was Jimmy today I ordered the Halibut after I asked what it was 😂😂😂. He told me it was delicious and one of his favorite fish. The man was spot on it was absolutely amazing how every was seasoned and grilled to beyond perfection. My girlfriend ordered the Chicken Chesapeake it was an absolute hit.I don’t know which one was better but I’d love to have a serving of either one again anytime. Oysters were perfect this place has quickly become a huge place of interest. We both look forward to returning and I will suggest this amazing food to anyone. What great food and a great time.“

“My wife and I were in Baltimore for a wedding and stayed the night. The next morning we found Ale Mary's for brunch, and it was incredible. The prices are so reasonable, the food was delicious and the service was so friendly. We live in Northern Virginia but this place is seriously worth the trip up 95.“

“We had the fried green tomatoes as our first appetizer. They were tender and topped with lumps of crabmeat. Spectacular! Then we had the fried cheese appetizer. I can’t remember the name of the cheese, but it was delicious in the accompanying sauce and olive oil and pesto. All of the dishes we had came out perfect. My filet medallions were so tender,they melted in my mouth. Hubby got the pork loin over mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts and loved it. We will definitely come back!“

“For as expensive as it can be to order food for a family from here, we do expect warm and fresh food. our food was barely room tempature and definitely old fries. The ice cream had hair in it. This place has gone down hill fast. Would not recommend.“

“Marta manages to be both lively and cozy simultaneously in a rowhouse that previously housed Salt (one of my all time favorite upscale restaurants) We went for a friend's birthday, and all 3 courses were delicious, beautifully presented, inventive, and not the same old menu that you find everywhere. Very sweet wait staff was super attentive, educated about the food and wine and made great suggestions. Our original wait staff had an emergency and had to leave in the middle of service, but seamlessly another wait person stepped in to covered us. Kudos to the front of house team for handling with such skill and ease. But the food was definitely the star of the show. For me, the standout was the tuna cannoli. I'm not even sure I can do justice to this deliciousness with a crunchy outer "cannoli" shell with a slight hint of sweet surrounding a creamy center of tuna crudi with little dots of avocado cream. And all was covered with a pistachio "dust." The spicy meatballs were delectable nestled in a cloud of creamy spicy ricotta. And the Duck and Foie Gras Panzotti (little triangle ravioli) was creamy, delicious and the perfect combination of delicate tastes. And the Tiramisu Affogato ended the dinner on a delicious note! “Everything from the ambiance, the decor, to the immaculate cocktails, and entrees. They are truly a culinary experience, right in my small quaint neighborhood. Feel so lucky to be so close to them and to share the neighborhood space.“

“The view goes on forever and it is so much fun to pick out landmarks in the distance. The room is handsome and comfy. Sue was a fabulous waitress , making suggestions, chatting with us, etc. The menu was tempting. The food was good, but not everything was excellent, but we would still go back.“

I got the White Truffle Lamb Cheesesteak. 1st my old man rant, I can’t believe what people are paying for craft beer/food. ‘Do you want sweet potato fries with that?’ Implied fries come with the cheesesteak. Back to our regularly scheduled review. I love what is going on down on the Baltimore Peninsula. I saw ‘Baltimore Peninsula’ painted on the side of a building so I assumed they were talking about the area I was in. Fun place, good crowd and good energy. The description of the WTL cheesesteak sounded very good. It did not pass the eye test. I expected the roll to be sub (philly) par and it was. It didn’t look good but it tasted amazing. All the parts worked very well together. The sweet potato fries were probably worth the extra $2.50. $20 for the WTL Cheesesteak, $2.50 for fries and $8.75 for a draft. If you follow me you know I am not a fan of these prices. With that said, I will be back to try the Short Rib Grilled Cheese and Mac & Beer Cheese w/crumbled bacon. The bartender was pleasant and professional.“

“I happened to drive by and see people sitting outside eating. It looked like a great place to stop. I went by myself. I was able to find free parking right outside the restaurant. The menu I was looking at was mostly breakfast and brunch. The price range was about $15 on up. I got a gingerale and their house wings as well as fries. Everything was good.. My bill was $21. The waitress was very attentive and nice and gave recommendations. I would recommend checking this place out. It had a nice atmosphere.“

“Cute little spot (little being the key word). Drinks were great, I got a cocktail and my friend got the cappuccino. The coffee was one of the best she has had and my cocktail was nice. The food was delicious, they specialize in biscuits and you definitely have to try them. The table next to us got the monkey bread and it looked to die for, will definitely be ordering that next time. Service was a little slow but I think that had to do with the layout of the space and how new the place is. They are still trying to figure out their groove.
