“We didn’t try the food here but the coffee was wonderful! The people who served us were friendly and helpful. The inside (where we sat until outside chairs became available) was clean and cool temperature wise. The outside was shaded, comfortable and clean.“

I called in and spoke with Lucky and the manager Olman. They both were extremely professional, pleasant, and assured me that the order would be filled correctly. They walked me through the process of changing the order and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was correct and my questions were answered. From start to finish the experience was 10 out of 10 - from ordering online, to making order modifications, to picking up the order (shout out to Alec for helping take orders to the car) - I couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. And best of all the girls were happy with their meals! I can’t say enough how fantastic this experience was and how grateful I am to Olman and team for coming through for us. “I love a good ole Charlie's steak and cheese close to my house . The steakum is pretty well seasoned. The chicken & cheese is pretty good as well as the flavorful wings. Always hot and fresh. The strawberry lemonade it bomb ! The staff is friendly and professional. I hate the ppl hounding for money outside everytime I go but overall pretty good place.“

“Whole wheat bun is great. Veggie sub is packed with cheese and the toppings are great. If you're sensitive about cheese sharing space with meat in the slicer, honestly just ask them to wipe down the slicer before cutting your cheese. They offered the first time we were there and we have asked them a dozen times since and they are always cool about it. Top notch place. We're big fans.“

“They only have one vegan option, but it’s very good. The tofu is juicy and herby - guessing they marinated it. The sauce and vegetables are great. Bread really isn’t appropriate for a “banh mi” but still tastes good. Wish it were a little cheaper ($13 with tax) but that’s Arlington I guess.“

“Holy Moly, what an awesome sandwich! I had the italiano, the focaccia was soft, airy and flavorful. The sandwich was a perfect balance of salt, fat, acid, heat. Salt and fat from the meat, acid from the vinaigrette and heat but not too hot from the hot pepper.

“I got the Turkey Special on Rye and it was just… okay? Reading the other reviews makes me wish I had checked them out for recommendations before placing my order, but I had high hopes based on the review average and pricing and was just a bit disappointed.

The shop itself was quite dull in atmosphere, and while I don’t expect every staff member to act like they work for disney, I did feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I don’t know; I’ve lived in lots of places with local delis, and this one just didn’t hit the mark. I’d be willing to come back and try a more highly-recommended choice though!“

“Best sandwich I’ve ever had. I got the turkey and Brie. You can see the cranberry sauce/relish brewing right there in a big stainless steel pot on the stove right behind the cashier. Everything was warm and melty and delicious.

Great ingredients. Friendly staff. Good music playing. Fast service. Chill little tucked away spot. First time here so I can’t speak to rest of the menu but it’s gotta be great. Five stars.“

Every part of the sandwich is created in house except for raising the animals for the meat.Trying every sandwich at their launch party, every single one was delicious, especially with the housemade buns. However, my favorite was the “Chivito” with beef, ham, bacon, egg, and more. The “Ampburger” tastes like a gourmet Big Mac and it’s everything.Their wedge fries are crispy and nice. The homemade chocolate chip cookies are chocolate heavy and always warm. “This place... is so... GOOD. I can eat 30 pork wontons by myself. The worst thing about this place is I don't want to share with the rest of my family (it's Pentagon City prices but the only place around here that's actually worth the money).

It's a little hole in the wall with small area for seating. Also has some imported asain grocery items.“

“I visited this place awhile ago and there is something very special about this place. i had catfish with fries and it was very fresh and not greasy at all. I had a brief conversation with owner and i was told they used very high level oil to fry the food. They definitely care about the quality of the food more than anything. I knew after dropping off my son, dinner was going to be from Jetties. I was able to find street parking, and was warmly greeted upon walking into the restaurant. Being a previous customer from other locations, I knew I was going to use the kiosk to place my order. While I waited for my food to be served, I was able to walk around. There was ample outdoor seating with lights, looking like a rather romantic area with umbrellas and wooden tables. Within minutes, my order was ready! I order the Tom Never, and my wife order the thirty salad. Both meals were delicious, warm, with generous portions sizes. The one reminder is that Jetties is a cashless restaurant, and they truly value their customers.
