“I'm not the biggest fan of the dunkin in New Market, but I did take my girls for ice cream yesterday and we happened to get the nicest worker ever (I didn't get her name but she has red hair). She offered to get my girls a kids size ice cream in regular cups because they were out of the small cups. The manager came by and yelled at he, right infront of us, because the amount of ice cream was too much... the woman who served us was so nice to us, sweet to me girls, and made them super happy... how does a manager not care about giving great customer service and then make a big deal about the teaspoon of extra ice cream?! Anyway, if you do go there, look for the super ice lady with the gorgeous red hair!“

The manager is sensitive to the issue, but based on the number of times I have been made ill, I do not trust them with my order and do not order from here unless I can order in person and personally ask to confirm that the order was made without the requested allergen.“

“This is more so a rating on a staff member than the establishment (though the times I’ve been here, it is well kept, bright, with lots of natural lighting. There are a variety of seating, and some patio as well. The staff have always been friendly and attentive and the work area are kept clean and appealing). I happened to go through the drive-thru today and was greeted by Dennis. While I was driving through, I was on the speaker phone with a friend. When I got to the window Dennis proceeded to ask if i needed napkins and a drink topper and all the time was very pleasant. As this may seem menial, these days, and at a drive-thru, it was an incredible breath of fresh air of the great customer service Dennis provided. Just the simple inquiries made a great start to my day. Even my friend heard the entire conversation and they said that they felt great, and they had nothing to do with the whole transaction. I’m sure Starbucks has other wonderful employees working at the store, but Dennis met me today and I wanted to give a shout out to him.“

“This is a cozy, funky cafe with delicious food options for vegans and omnivores (perfect for my family, since I am a vegan and some of my family members prefer to eat at restaurants with meat options). I ordered the black bean wrap with a side salad (which was vegan without modifications). It was a colorful and creative combination of flavors and textures! It's refreshing to have a bean-based vegan option as opposed to tofu or meat alternatives. The waiter was also friendly and accommodating. After I complimented the artwork, he wrote down the names of the artists so I could check them out.

“I don't live in this neighborhood, but I often drive through. I always used the drive-thru, but today, for the first time, I ordered inside the store. Do you see the employee in the photo? She is a middle-aged woman wearing a blue shirt and an apron. In the 20 years I've been visiting Starbucks, I've never encountered an employee who took my order so kindly and considerately. My child and I had such a precious and happy experience. My child, especially, was very happy. I want to say thank you to her for being so kind and thoughtful. When I went inside, I was surprised by how spacious it was. It was clean and quiet, and I think I will visit here from now on.“

“This is my favourite Dunkin and I’ll wait an hour passing by like 10 other Dunkins and Starbs on my way to work just to stop here instead!!!! The people that work here are so friendly and warm (at this point they can identify me by name over the drive thru speaker LOL) that it doesn’t matter how small my order is or how long I have to wait, I’ll tip these kind folks every time and I think more of us should be so thankful to have people this happy to be there instead of the usual angry/tired morning faces I see anywhere else <3“

“This Starbucks is inside the store so sometimes absolutely no line and you can order and get your drink in no time and sometimes there is 3-4 people in line and it takes a while to clear up since there's usually one barista or two max serving everyone. Overall it's Starbucks and everything as you'd expect. Whatever the Starbucks doesn't carry, you can find it in the store itself since it's part of Harris Teeter.“

“This is my local go to Starbucks. Depending on staff on duty, you will get a properly made drink but it really depends. There are a few employees that are simply outstanding and make the experience great even if you ask them to remake your drink. Overall it's a great location.“

“My order for my students (3 dozen donuts) was waiting for me when I got there, even though I placed it with not a lot of notice. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I even asked to add more to my order when I got there (5 dozen more) and they were happy to help, started on it right away and had it to me in no time! They packaged it nicely which made it easier for me to carry myself.“
