“I'm not the biggest fan of the dunkin in New Market, but I did take my girls for ice cream yesterday and we happened to get the nicest worker ever (I didn't get her name but she has red hair). She offered to get my girls a kids size ice cream in regular cups because they were out of the small cups. The manager came by and yelled at he, right infront of us, because the amount of ice cream was too much... the woman who served us was so nice to us, sweet to me girls, and made them super happy... how does a manager not care about giving great customer service and then make a big deal about the teaspoon of extra ice cream?! Anyway, if you do go there, look for the super ice lady with the gorgeous red hair!“

There is something inspiring and hopeful about old buildings that are revitalized with a bit of modern flair, but the historic bones are kept in place. Market Street Boba & Beans did a stellar feat at this by keeping two wood arched framed windows at the font of the shop and placed seating on a slight platform in front of the windows. The gold ceiling and moulding perfectly accented the bold black coffee bar and light colored walls. Lucky for me I was able to soak up some afternoon sunshine at one of the window seats making it perfect for daydreaming and people watching.

Initially Market Street Boba & Beans was on my radar because I was missing my youngest adult son (it’s weird typing that) who is a huge fan of boba. I am not a fan of boba and never order it in my drinks, but on this day I did. I ordered Thai tea slush with boba along with my usual cortado; both drinks were delicious. I would definitely return to this shop.

“I myself currently work at the Starbucks in Frederick off monocacy blvd. Whenever I travel to Damascus to visit my boyfriend I end up visiting this location. A lovely group of people, very friendly. The inside always looks so clean and organized too when I come in the store, which can be very hard to do especially when it gets busy. Thank you guys for your amazing service from one barista to another ❤️.“

“I went through the drive through around 2pm today (Monday) and your team was on point! Extremely helpful service and they moved the long line quickly and efficiently. I asked about a Java Chip Frappuccino because I hadn't had one in a long time. Although it is no longer on the menu, they said they could make me one. Can I please tell you that this was the best Frappuccino I have ever had from any Starbucks!! I fear that I will be chasing the perfection of that frapp for the rest of my life. Haha. Absolutely delicious. Whoever made that drink knows what they are doing and should be the corporate trainer. Thanks for the delicious treat and friendly smiles. You guys are the best!!!“

“We met up with family in Frederick and found this cute breakfast spot recommended by locals. Food and coffee were delicious! Staff meant business but they were down to earth. It was very busy but service was fast. We will definitely be back.“

“This is my favourite Dunkin and I’ll wait an hour passing by like 10 other Dunkins and Starbs on my way to work just to stop here instead!!!! The people that work here are so friendly and warm (at this point they can identify me by name over the drive thru speaker LOL) that it doesn’t matter how small my order is or how long I have to wait, I’ll tip these kind folks every time and I think more of us should be so thankful to have people this happy to be there instead of the usual angry/tired morning faces I see anywhere else <3“

“Stopped in after a trip to Maryland from DC and waited around 40 minutes for a table for two around noon - so not terrible for such a busy time. The service was friendly, if not appearing slightly overwhelmed with the amount of people in the building. The menu is pretty basic diner food. We were hoping for some Cajun food based on the name NOLA, but that seems to be just a name and not a sign of the cuisine. The biscuits and gravy were decent but nothing to write home about and the French toast was also decent but unremarkable. For the price and wait it didn’t really meet our expectations and isn’t a place I would come back to. That said, it is serviceable, and by all means satisfactory, if you go into it with proper expectations.“
