“I'm not the biggest fan of the dunkin in New Market, but I did take my girls for ice cream yesterday and we happened to get the nicest worker ever (I didn't get her name but she has red hair). She offered to get my girls a kids size ice cream in regular cups because they were out of the small cups. The manager came by and yelled at he, right infront of us, because the amount of ice cream was too much... the woman who served us was so nice to us, sweet to me girls, and made them super happy... how does a manager not care about giving great customer service and then make a big deal about the teaspoon of extra ice cream?! Anyway, if you do go there, look for the super ice lady with the gorgeous red hair!“

“The brewing processes they use are worth your while. Come enjoy an expresso, siphoned cup or a pour over Americano. I grind and brew my own coffee and set a pretty high standard. Ibiza does it better than I do.“

“This is more so a rating on a staff member than the establishment (though the times I’ve been here, it is well kept, bright, with lots of natural lighting. There are a variety of seating, and some patio as well. The staff have always been friendly and attentive and the work area are kept clean and appealing). I happened to go through the drive-thru today and was greeted by Dennis. While I was driving through, I was on the speaker phone with a friend. When I got to the window Dennis proceeded to ask if i needed napkins and a drink topper and all the time was very pleasant. As this may seem menial, these days, and at a drive-thru, it was an incredible breath of fresh air of the great customer service Dennis provided. Just the simple inquiries made a great start to my day. Even my friend heard the entire conversation and they said that they felt great, and they had nothing to do with the whole transaction. I’m sure Starbucks has other wonderful employees working at the store, but Dennis met me today and I wanted to give a shout out to him.“

“Dietary restrictions: I get sick more often at this location as I have a dairy allergy. The manager is sensitive to the issue, but based on the number of times I have been made ill, I do not trust them with my order and do not order from here unless I can order in person and personally ask to confirm that the order was made without the requested allergen.“

“The young server Holden made me a fantastic strawberry chocolate Boba tea. It was the best ever. Mike the owner was friendly and great to talk with. “I don't live in this neighborhood, but I often drive through. I always used the drive-thru, but today, for the first time, I ordered inside the store. Do you see the employee in the photo? She is a middle-aged woman wearing a blue shirt and an apron. In the 20 years I've been visiting Starbucks, I've never encountered an employee who took my order so kindly and considerately. My child and I had such a precious and happy experience. My child, especially, was very happy. I want to say thank you to her for being so kind and thoughtful. When I went inside, I was surprised by how spacious it was. It was clean and quiet, and I think I will visit here from now on.“

“This is a cozy, funky cafe with delicious food options for vegans and omnivores (perfect for my family, since I am a vegan and some of my family members prefer to eat at restaurants with meat options). I ordered the black bean wrap with a side salad (which was vegan without modifications). It was a colorful and creative combination of flavors and textures! It's refreshing to have a bean-based vegan option as opposed to tofu or meat alternatives. The waiter was also friendly and accommodating. After I complimented the artwork, he wrote down the names of the artists so I could check them out.

“This seems to be my daughters pick for grabbing a drink on the go. She loves the selection.
I'm not sure I'm sold on the hype, but it definitely keeps her and others coming back.
We ordered two drinks that totaled a hefty amount of cash, and she knew to just pay it before I had a chance to complain about the cost.
I'm newly diagnosed with diabetes after going through rigorous cancer treatments, and finding something low or no sugar is a task. This experience was not necessarily a bad one, but the drink I chose was heavily impacted by the taste of sugar substitute when using sugar-free syrup. I'm not a fan.
She loved her drink. So, it's not a total loss.
The staff is pleasant, and the line moves steadily.“

“This particular Starbucks is located inside the Giant Food Supermarket at 3530 Sugarloaf Parkway and as such, could be easy confused with the stand alone Starbucks located at 3400 Urbana Pike Urbana, MD.. The photo is from the 3400 Urbana Pike, not the setup inside the Giant Supermarket. Therefore, one hopes that the reviewers do not mix the two locations up inadvertently. As such, there is a limited menu at this location, mostly beverages and cold pastries. The setup was recently moved to the left hand entrance in order to give more room for the customers. The beverages are well prepared, at least for the chocolate Frappuccino's that I like to order. It is a good alternative to the stand alone Starbucks a few blocks away, especially on a very busy Saturday when the drive through at 3400 is really backed up.“

“Been here numerous times and always great.Happy to welcome Dunkin in Libertytown! Was not an easy or cheap 2yr process, but Frederick County came through. Needed to bring more business back to this great town and Dunkin was a great start. Dunkin (& my co) invested a ton of money making this happen by converting the prior vacant PNC bank branch. Dunkin and the other surrounding small businesses in & near LIbertytown deserve all the business revenue we can afford to give them. Libertytown or anywhere; we gotta support all of our small towns and businesses worldwide even if it means going a couple miles out of the way......or, if it means coming back if you had a not-so-great experience once or read a not-so-great review. “This Starbucks is inside the store so sometimes absolutely no line and you can order and get your drink in no time and sometimes there is 3-4 people in line and it takes a while to clear up since there's usually one barista or two max serving everyone. Overall it's Starbucks and everything as you'd expect. Whatever the Starbucks doesn't carry, you can find it in the store itself since it's part of Harris Teeter.“

“This is my local go to Starbucks. Depending on staff on duty, you will get a properly made drink but it really depends. There are a few employees that are simply outstanding and make the experience great even if you ask them to remake your drink. Overall it's a great location.“
