“Love the Asian Fusion Bowls with the tasty big flavors Salads with Asia flavor, they have kimchi, purple rice, Asian spiced meats and dressings. It's one of my favorite places in the Rockville/Bethesda Area. When I'm in the mood for a salad with pizazz, this is the place I go. I get the child-size for lunch and the full size salad for dinner. The service is good, the last time I stopped by, I received a free miso soup. Thank you, for the generosity.I love their variety of teas and juices. They have table downstairs, tables upstairs and some outside. One of my favorite dessert that they offer, is the coconut milk pudding, it's so creamy and delicious. I hope they bring this back soon. Located on the outer edge of the Pike and Rose neighborhood, and close by to the garage this is a lunch favorite pick up spot for me. I can't wait until Spring when they have table outside and I'll be able to enjoy my lunch and watch the crowd go by.“

“The lettuce was fresh and the options to put on your salad are really unique. My only con is its kind of expensive. Like I'm only going to this place once a month expensive but other then that I will comeback since the food was great. I was served by one of the members which gave me a first time discount. “Omg, District Falafel - what a real treat! As a Palestinian, I rarely eat at ME restaurants cause it's easier, less disappointing and always better to just go to mom's! My sister/friend introduced me to this place and I enjoyed it so much that I will even tackle the beltway to go into Bethesda from VA! The manager (M'hammad)/counter/table (Edwin?) staff were extremely nice, friendly, patient and just really kind! Pricing was quite reasonable & the same regardless of lunch/dinner - a real bonus. Easy parking, casual and just the right size inside. We had an amazing set of beautifully presented dishes before us incl: Adas soup (thinner than I'm used to, but SUPER delicious!), the falafel was so fantastic that I took a few dozen home to share w/family (will definitely try the spicier ones on next visit!), chicken shawarma & kifteh were nicely flavored & tender, and all the side dishes, hummus, baba ghannouj, salads, pickled items, pita bread hit the mark. I attended an open mic night for poetry a while back and it was great! So much talent in the space and encouraging of emerging and established artist alikeWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is fairly accessible. There are double front doors and no button to open them so it may be difficult for electric chairs and larger chairs. The back event space can be cramped but I was able to be seated comfortably. Though I could see if being tricky trying to leave for a bathroom break once folks pack in. There are stairs to access the stage so that would be a big barrier for open mic nights“

We were very pleased to have chosen the Ottoman taverna. The food was phenomenal. The service was impeccable and I would recommend this to anybody looking for a dining experience in Washington, DC. While it is certainly not cheap, it is not terribly expensive either. The food was unbelievably delicious. Our server and the whole staff were prompt and very kind. When they noticed we were splitting dishes they started bringing out our orders already split and played on two plates for us! “The office I work at loves to order here for luncheons. This time I tried one of their fan favorites the Sweet Thai Chili Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It was so so good. I was very impressed. These are massive, all of the ingredients were fresh, perfectly prepared and portioned.Live bands on Friday nights to add to the atmosphere. Drinks were also very unique and creative.Parking: In a small shopping lot with other stores but one large shared parking lot. Big enough area out front to park and run in for take-away.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with plenty of options.“

We knew we were going to eat well. Food/Drinks - Hubby and I really enjoyed our drinks. I got La dama. He got the mango mojito. And my daughter also liked her strawberry lemonade. My favorite thing was the corn salad, but it was hard to pick a favorite because everything was so good! Service - 10/10. Everyone was so attentive and they made sure I got good footage for my blog. My boyfriend jokingly asked the woman who was removing flowers from the tables for a bouquet. To our surprise, she returned 15 minutes later with a small bouquet bound with a rubber band. “Finally visited this sub shop. Had read about it on Eatery. Glad I went. I got the Teamster Italian Cold Cuts) and the Never Been Cheddar (Roast Beef). I also ordered 2 whole deli pickles. The Teamster reminded me of the subs I used to get at the Italian Store in Arlington. Wonderful. Eat it for lunch. The Roast Beef I will save for dinner. The large pickle was perfect. I will return. They are a bit pricey but I think they are worth it. The only thing missing were napkins.“

On a recent visit, I waited about 30 minutes after ordering my food and never had my number called but saw those who ordered after me get their food orders for the same items I ordered. When I brought this up with an employee, their coworker produced my receipt/ticket from their back pocket o.O. Once they found my ticket, they promptly started making my order. So, if I never said anything, how much longer would I have had to wait for this employee to check their back pockets for my number?? So strange!“

“I went here on the recommendation of a friend. I've been to similar restaurants so I was familiar with the concept. They are located in an office building but in a good area. They take the dress code seriously. It's more of an upscale place. Nice ambiance. They were having a party in the back. The hostess and the servers very nice and accommodating. We went for lunch service and the food came quick once they started. The jalapeño beef, lamb, and garlic sirloin are things that really stood out. The other cuts were good but had minimal seasoning. The garden bar was sizable. Smoked salmon, Greek salad, beets, asparagus, etc. Oh try the grilled pineapple. Quite good and sweet. Overall a great place to try.“

“Pretty easy breezy "Chipotle-style" causal Asian restaurant. I like BIBIBOP in general because customers has multiple options to create their own personalized bowls. Actually, I wonder if someone has calculated the number of possible bowl combination. This location is pretty clean with a decent amount of seating for small parties (2-3 people). Also, thought the workers at this location were EXTREMELY friendly and polite. While I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at a BIBIBOP, I definitely would revisit this location if I'm in the mood for a rice and noodle bowl and in the area (e.g., within 4-8 blocks of this location).“

“This is absolutely my go-to for breakfast and lunch. The Standard is my favorite breakfast sandwich around. Customer service is unbeatable- they’re always so friendly. One time I accidentally ordered to the wrong location and they were so nice about it and even gave me a complimentary dessert. Would give them 10 stars if I could!“

“My newest obsession! Dig is a new spot in Bethesda with healthy home-style concept. The employees are amicable and welcoming. It was my first time at Dig, but the employees were helpful and patient. The food was displayed like cava or chipotle; you get to pick as you go down the line. I order half of the greens, brown rice, charred broccoli, cucumber and tomato salad, and charred chicken. They have a variety of sauces, but I ended up getting the pesto and garlic aioli. The chicken was very flavorful and juicy. The broccoli was pretty good; it had a nice texture and lemon flavor. Overall, the food was super yummy, and the portions were perfect. My coworkers got the salmon and the crispy chicken with different sides. I will definitely be trying the other sides when I go back! We all enjoyed our meals, and this will be our new lunch spot! A great healthy option with a home-style feel!“

“I had high expectations from this place but was a bit underwhelmed by the food. To start off I got the curry wurst, which was really good. For mains, I got Jagerschnitzel. While the mushroom sauce in this dish was on point. the spaetzle in the dish was chunky rather than noodle like and was flavourless. To end things off, I got the apple strudel, which was soggy instead of flacky. It did taste decent but was definitely average. Overall, I would say the atmosphere is really good, service is good too but the food was average.“
