“Giving five stars because it’s a peaceful cafe with good coffee (I got their cold brew) and even some good food options, which I haven’t tried yet but will next time I am here (i tried the beef egg cheese sandwich and it was delicious). This area of McLean badly needed another coffee cafe type of place (because there aren’t many at all, I think there was just starnut), and we got one!“

“We got two Salmon Lover sets and a Unagi roll to go and everything was really good. The salmon sashimi was fresh and the rolls were generously filled. The unagi was spot on too.

They threw in three complimentary pieces of sushi and two free miso soups with our takeout order, which was a really nice surprise. When I wasn’t sure what to get for drinks, they had great suggestions for sake and beer. Great experience overall, will definitely be back!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​“

She checked on us at just the right times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed upbeat and made us feel like a priority. It’s rare to come across service that feels so genuine, and Johana absolutely delivered. “Since checking this place out, I have become a regular customer, and now come in 1-2x a week for a grocery restock. I have had no time to cook since the new year and had been eating out almost every meal.... but there are so few places around with healthy options. I am so picky about what fruits and veggies, organic items, etc. that I eat, and thankfully sprouts has provided great options for that! The baristas/cashiers are always so helpful and kind to us. Some of my favorites are-- ALL of the soups (seriously that chicken and rice is perfection, especially if you are under the weather), turkey chili, thai wrap, veggie wrap, egg roll in a bowl, drunken noodles, bbq chicken and succotash, the vitality ginger drink (that spice burns but feels good!), the challah and sourdough bread, eskimo bites for a treat, and the strawberry blondie brownies! I am trying new things as the menu changes, but these have been on my constant restock when available of what I have had so far!! I recently learned they can heat the items for you, so you can eat a hot meal there (I have not done this yet myself, as this is like grocery shopping for me so i take it home... but i have seen lots of people in there enjoying their meals!) I have seen some complain about the prices, but if you know the quality of what you are getting (local, organic), then you would realize these are very fair prices! If I have ever wanted to request something or had a slight issue, Sprouts has always been more than happy to accommodate. “I ordered breakfast burritos online. I rarely order things online, so I appreciated that the process was really easy. The food was ready when we got there, and the staff offered plastic knives and forks to take with me. They all seemed cheery and friendly. The burritos are really good! Both were made perfectly how we ordered them. We were in town visiting for the 4th of July, so we probably won't be back anytime soon, but I definitely would come back to this place.“

“I visit this cafe on Saturday mornings when I attend the Cars and Coffee event across the street. Toastique is the perfect spot for avocado toast and coffee. The manager remembers the customers, and the space is always clean, organized, warm, and welcoming. Stop by yourself and enjoy!“

For example their chicken panini has a HUGE piece of Chicken breast in it and the mozzarella cheese are HUGE and thick fresh slices. The word "skimpy" is unknown here 🤤 They have an AMAZING drink selection as well. Really love how many different types of Green Tea they have. If you have a chance to stop by or you're close by, I highly recommend you give it a try. They have outdoor seating with umbrellas.“

Highlights include their pastel de queso, the sonso de yucca, the empanada arroz and the sopa de mani but there's so much more including delicious Saltenas and if you're really hungry their Majadito.
