“Edit: second visit, JUST as good. These are the freshest mochi donuts I've gotten within a 3 hour drive of Baltimore. They're so fresh that they taste just as good after 24 hours and only slightly stale after 48. This is great for me because with the long drive this is a treat I prefer to enjoy over several breakfasts. HIGHLY recommend. Don't have to worry about flavors being out of stock because they will make them fresh for you!

I drove over an hour to try the mochi donuts here and it was definitely worth it. There aren't any places that sell mochi donuts near where I live, but they're my favorite. The store was clean and organized, I didn't have to wait at all and there was plenty of seating.

The mochi donuts here were fresh and had creative flavors some of which I hadn't tried before (lemon poppyseed for example). The blueberry one had whole fresh blueberries on top that tasted great. My favorite flavor, ube, was out but the employee told me she could make more. It took only a few minutes. I really appreciated that they can make new fresh ones on the spot!“

“Nicest Dunkin’ I have ever been to. They don’t make em like this in New York. Large store on the corner with comfortable seating inside and on the patio, in the morning shade. Very busy, very clean location. Would have been quicker if I hadn’t ordered ahead, but the wait was not too bad. App orders are placed on shelves in front of the counter for pick up, which is something that wouldn’t make it New York, either. Coffee hot and fresh, doughnuts delicious. Bathrooms available. Waseem, the team leader, went above and beyond to make my family and me feel welcome. After learning that we were visiting from Canada, he treated us with such warmth, friendliness, and care that it genuinely touched us. We usually go to Tim Hortons back home, but I can honestly say I have never received this level of service anywhere before.

I’m now back in Canada, but if I ever return to Maryland, I will absolutely visit this Dunkin’ in Olney again and hopefully have the chance to see Mr. Waseem once more.

“This is one of my all-time favorite Dunkin Donuts stores. Located in the Northgate Plaza Shopping Center, next to the Walgreens in Aspen Hill, I go out of my way to get my morning latte at this store. One of the many reasons I give this location my business is that I want to support the all-female staff. Not only is the staff quick and efficient with every process from the register to the drinks to the food/donuts, but they are also constantly on top of the cleaning. During downtime, machines are pulled away from the walls for sweeping, the floors are mopped, cases and counters are wiped, and the trash is emptied. There is no ego about who works the registers or makes the drinks and food. This staff works as a team and each team member handles whatever task needs to be done in that moment in order to best serve the customers. This team is friendly and efficient whether it's calm or chaotic. This is a smooth, well-run Dunkin Donuts. Oh, and if you need a last-minute gift for someone (or yourself) they always have tumblers on hand in various sizes and colors!“

“I needed to order a cake for a birthday and ordered less than 24 hours before I needed to pick up the cake. I called and spoke to Mohammad. He was super helpful and told me he could have the cake ready when needed. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to order the cake online and still have it ready when I needed it. I ordered the pink floral stripe cake and it was perfect; pretty and delicious! Mohammad even texted me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied! Customer service was top notch!“
