“My husband and I went here and were seated right away. The service was excellent the entire visit. We wanted to try as many things as possible so we ordered from their pre fixed menu option. Our table was pretty small So the table got really crowded fast! Food was pretty good, the fried fish was surprisingly my favorite. Meal ended with a dessert too. Nice touch. We will definitely be going back and requesting a booth instead of the table because we rarely order one or two items.“
“After hearing great reviews, we were eager to try out this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful ambiance. The Thai design elements, including large fixtures on the ceiling, added a unique touch to the décor. While the food looked and tasted good overall, it was a bit too sweet for our personal preference. Nevertheless, the service was fantastic and contributed to a great overall experience.“
“Recently enjoyed their iftaar/dinner buffet. The buffet was amazing, and despite the restaurant being absolutely packed, the staff kept the line moving and the buffet filled at an extremely efficient rate. The manager was exceptionally courteous and made sure that everyone was well looked after throughout their meals.11/10 would recommend!!“
“Funny enough, this place was mentioned in a Reddit thread for hidden gems in DC. The food was highly praised, and the original poster gave a special shout out to the website (I highly recommend checking it out; it’s seriously a delight). This was enough for me to check it out for myself, and it was absolutely fantastic. Super reasonable prices, the girl who made my food was so sweet, and everything I had was delicious. I got a pork belly bahn mi and chicken spring rolls with peanut sauce.Solid food, solid experience ?“
“Outstanding Thai, especially if you need spicy. We were celebrating multiple life events. The staff was welcoming and anticipated our needs. My only concern was the condition of the restaurant, the ceiling tiles were stained and sagging. Mom reported a sanitary & spotless ladies room.We ordered appetizers. The curry chicken appetizers were wrapped in a delightful flaky crust that melts in your mouth. My son ordered medium heat drunken noodles. The dish was hot, even for chili-phile and spice-iphile in our party! The seafood dish -found on the Pad Thai page -was loaded with shrimp, mussels, squid and scallops for $20! The courses arrived hot, together and quickly. The coconut chocolate chip ice cream was divine. Topped off the meal with Thai coffee and tea. All of this fairly price. All four of took home a doggie bag for a second meal.Parking: Free parking lot in the back of the building periodKid-friendliness: Family friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: the back of the building is not wheelchair accessible. The front is accessible.“
“I have been eyeing Earl's sign about fresh roasted turkey and today I gave it a try (delivery). I have to say that Earl's is a real gem!Turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce: Just divine! Turkey is so tender that it is falling apart (like pulled chicken). Bread is whole grain, fresh, and nice mix of seeds.Garlic chicken sandwich with roasted peppers: my husband said it was really good.Vegetable sandwich (with balsamic vinegar or basil mayo): Excellent, chock full of mushrooms.Salad (with chicken): excellent. We particularly enjoyed the fresh apple slices (tasted like they had lemon juice). The dressing, though, was unexpected, only vinegar (no oil). We ended up using our ranch dressing we had on hand and sprinkled a little vinegar on top.So glad to have tried Earl's and we will definitely do it again (can't stop thinking about the turkey!).Update 3/3/24 We just finished our lunch of Mona Lisa (veggie) and Turkey and brie sandwiches and I am thinking of mine (turkey and brie). The best sandwich I have had (maybe ever). My husband really liked his Mona Lisa, too.“
“Amazing deli. Chipotle chicken and bacon wrap was one of my favorite sandwiches to this day. Great people who run the place! The two men at the counter treated me very well each time. By the third time, they knew my order and simply asked “same as yesterday?”. Will miss eating at this place, but hope to be back soon. During my last day, the men even insisted I took a cookie for free. Great men, great food, great deli. Would recommend to a friend.“
“Katie’s Coffee House in Great Falls, VA is the place to be on Saturday mornings if you like cars! This weekly event attracts local car enthusiasts to showcase their vehicles. The cars are extraordinary! The coffee is great! The staff is always pleasant!“
“"It's really delicious! It's even better than the Philly steak I had in Philadelphia. The quesadilla is also incredibly delicious! The sweet potato fries are also incredibly tasty, so I highly recommend them. It was so delicious that I decided to get a sandwich to go and gave it to my daughter. She said, 'Wow, sandwiches can be this delicious too!'" I highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Food is typical per other Olive Gardens. Their restaurant atmosphere left something to be desired, winding floor plan, dim lighting, not much of a view, old parking lot. For Tyson’s, you might expect more. But still a good place to eat, as long as you don’t really mind those things.“
“We happened to come across Yu Zhou after a trip to Sam's. This is clearly a family owned restaurant. On our visit I noticed the owner giving the staff iced teas from a local boba spot. Major kudos, more restaurants could learn from his leadership. Take care of your people and they'll take care of your customers. Staff was awesome and attentive, it's really an all hands on deck operation! Now the food.... Generous portions, American and authentic Chinese options and something for most everyone to enjoy. All in all a fantastic option for when you crave Chinese food!“
“My wife and often escape our condo office for their tasty and inexpensive lunch. We also get delivered food from them. No delivery charge, but we tip the driver well. We love their eggplant dishes, meaty spare ribs, duck and so far almost everything on their extensive menu.“
“First time ordering from this restaurant and I’m sad I didn’t find them before as it was so good. General sos was the best I’ve ever had, real pieces of chicken and not just breading and mystery meat inside. The sauce was SOO good and homemade. Lo mein was delicious as was the chicken and broccoli. I picked up but saw they have free delivery. Very nice and inside seemed very clean. 100% recommend to anyone looking for quick, delicious, real food.“
“This is my favorite Panera. I loved sitting here with a bit of food / something to drink and working on my Master's or work projects at the tail end of COVID. I love the big window along one side that looks out on Maple Avenue. Parking is a challenge, but there's plenty around back.“
“Was highly recommended to try Lanzhou by a friend of mine and it was fantastic. On a cold day, a good savory bowl of noodle soup will always hit the spot. The Food: I went with the "Beef Brisket Noodle Soup". The beef was super tender and flavorful and the noodles were made/cooked to perfection. You can see them actually hand pull your noodles in the open kitchen they have. The broth was very tasteful as well, full of beef broth flavor and the portions for each bowl was pretty huge. The Service: Service was good! Staff were friendly and welcoming. You can order either online or they have two kiosks where you can browse the menu and order from. Then they'll bring your dishes out to your table. The Atmosphere: Nice and decently sized restaurant. Place is well lit and clean. With an open kitchen, you can smell how good it is in there with all the food being prepared.Overall, a 5/5! Food is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend Lanzhou Hand Pull Noodle.“
“Such wholesome employees. My food was delivered but they were missing an item. So they wrote me a little note on a bag with the refund, and gave me an extra bagel and cream cheese. That was thoughtful and sweet. Thank you for going the extra mile in situations that are not in your hands. Just beautiful, I smiled reading that note.“
“Incredible lobster rolls from new england right in the heart of downtown Bethesda. I enjoyed my meal here. service was straightforward with ordering and then getting your meal when ready. The space is very small so not ideal for large groups. Added to my list of places to frequent.“
“My parents have been on the hunt for good Cantonese food in this area since they moved. I hadn't been to Lotus Garden for a long time, but saw some positive reviews on Vienna Foodies so suggested we give it a try. Everything was really good -- the only item that wasn't great is the beef in the hand-pulled noodles, but the noodles themselves and broth were tasty. We also enjoyed crispy walnut shrimp, two kinds of beef chow fun -- one dry stir-fried and one with gravy (generous portion), Kingdom pork chops (first place in the area that my mom says makes it right!). My picky parents who are former NYer said that they would definitely come back!“
“I wish ppl would take their loud phone calls outside at the patio and not have their phone calls on speaker. It is my favorite working place. Best wifi here. Wish they make more chocolate croissants. It's always sold out when I get there. Love that they have almond milk for coffee. And their flavored ice teas are so good and refreshing.“
“This used to be my go-to place in high school for Chinese-American food and I hadn't been back in a while, but tonight I decided to check them out for the nostalgia factor. I got a General Tso's and combination aka the china king fried rice and would highly recommend them on the menu. Go visit this small business if you want Chinese American food and are in the area“
“Decided to try this new Panera in Ballston for lunch - staff were friendly and welcoming when I walked in, directing me to the counter for my mobile takeout order. Food was perfect, everything in my order was there and tasted great! Just for awareness, this location does seem to be more catered for to-go orders (not much seating inside)“
“This was the tastiest and fastest to go order I've ever gotten. My aunt comes here all the time, she says she loves it because of the staff and the food is actually delicious. Took her advice so we came here together. The staff is the cutest and super friendly! Some of the members do not speak English but they go out of their way to understand your needs. Luckily my family and I are Spanish speaking so we had a brief conversation while we waited for our chicken. They have amazing options! My aunt got the whole chicken with 4 sides for $34 and I got the whole chicken with 2 sides for $28 (I think). They also have an option for a whole chicken 1/2 with 6 sides for $50! We didn't go with that option only because she was buying for her family and I was buying for mine. Sides are good portions and you have the option to choose between 4 individual sauces or a bigger container for the green and yellow sauce. The place is located in a busy shopping center so parking can be limited. Would recommended calling ahead if you do not plan on eating there only because of the parking situation! Overall the place is small, more suitable for smaller parties. It is very clean and well organized. Like I mentioned before we got our food super fast and the chicken was fresh and still warm after driving 20 mins back home. 10/10 for me!“
“Stopped in for a snack and realized they had frozen prepared meals to go. Picked up three meals, and we ate them with rice and vegetables at home. Quick prep, delicious food. One meal can be stretched depending on appetite. Deal if you buy 3 or 5. Small place. Counter service.“
“a very nice restaurant with a rare quieter corner where you can have a conversation with friends. Vegetarian options were ok . Minestrone soup made with chicken stock. Cold rainy day a nice soup would be good . Will go back again. Very friendly and attentive staff“
