“Royal Taj is our go-to restaurant for special occasions, like our 20th Wedding Anniversary last week. It never fails to deliver excellence. Because it was a very special dinner, we decided to try something different. So my wife ordered the Lobster Malabar and I ordered the Grilled Halibut. Both were very good, especially the Halibut which was covered in an outstanding Corn Relish. To top off the evening our excellent server, Joshi, brought us a slice of very tasty cheesecake with a lit candle on top. As usual we cannot rave loud and often enough about Royal Taj and it is all due to the GM Binda, who is very friendly, charismatic and truly sets the tone of excellence at Royal Taj.“

“I really enjoyed the food I had, starting with the vegetable samosa, and for my meal, I had the lamb shahi korma. I took an order of the butter chicken home with me. I also had the butter naan and a mango lassi with my meal. I really enjoy Indian food and this location is very convenient and close to my home. “I happened to drive by and see people sitting outside eating. It looked like a great place to stop. I went by myself. I was able to find free parking right outside the restaurant. The menu I was looking at was mostly breakfast and brunch. The price range was about $15 on up. I got a gingerale and their house wings as well as fries. Everything was good.. My bill was $21. The waitress was very attentive and nice and gave recommendations. I would recommend checking this place out. It had a nice atmosphere.“

I believe this is the best place to eat at Arundel Mills. The food is great, lot of alcohol selection, waiter adequately checks in (shout out to Shaun), and food comes out quick. The atmosphere is lively and works for formal or casual outings.

I ordered the sweet and spicy shrimp (only like 530 calories and 36g of protein). This definitely will be my go to dish from here now, got plenty of shrimp and it was well flavored.

The only negative thing was unable to order several items on the beer tap menu with waiter (couldn't find them) but everything else made up for it.

There's also likely to be a wait to sit down, so recommend calling ahead or joining their online wait-list.“
