“Our first time at this restaurant and our server was absolutely outstanding . Her name is Cassandra and she was very welcoming with our 4.5 year old son. Normally we get looks and comments when we go out about him being loud or theatrical but she was SO understanding and supporting . She got him icecream cake and made sure he had such an accepting experience. As parents it melted our heart and we would 10/10 recommend this restaurant as well as her service. “I wrote off pizza a long time ago. Honestly, 99% of places are just serving the same boring dough covered in what can only be described as pizza garbage. Then I stumbled into Rad Pies while my daughter was at True AP. I figured, sure, pizza’s pizza… how good could it be? Friends, I was not prepared. The quality. The thoughtfulness. The flavor. The execution. It was the kind of pizza that makes you pause mid-bite and question every other pizza decision you’ve ever made. At first I thought maybe I was just having a bad day and my standards had fallen to “free breadstick at a gas station.” So we went back the next weekend to test the theory. We meant to try the deep dish, but instead ordered one topped with arugula, butternut squash, and candied walnuts. Listen… this pizza was so good it makes your eyes roll back in your head, slap-your-mama delicious. I’m not exaggerating when I say Rad Pies is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Yes, I said it. Better than pizza in New York City. I said what I said. Do not walk. RUN to Cushwa Brewing Company and get yourself a Rad Pie. Your taste buds will thank you. Your standards for pizza everywhere else… will be permanently ruined.“

“Hands down, King's has the BEST Sicilian pizza in Frederick County, and even Washington County. We lived in Brunswick for only a few years and still drive back simply to get a Sicilian. It is absolutely worth a drive.

“I know they’ve had some recent hurdles in the past with staff and timing, but today we ordered pizza to celebrate my son’s birthday and I was a little hesitant on doing delivery. Not only were the pizzas loaded with toppings and steaming hot, they arrived to my door on-time and with a smile! Way to go, guys!!!“

“The cheesesteak I had was good. Tasted like it had quality ingredients, was well put together, flavorful. The pizza was alright if I had a complaint it was a bit more floppy, less crisp than I'd prefer but that's subjective and preference based, flavor wise I thought it was fine.

“My wife is making me post this. She has a life threatening allergen and we've eaten there twice now with no issues. The pizza is fantastic and she's very impressed with their knowledge of food allergens and being able to eat there safely twice now. Kudos to all--management, servers, and cooks.

“We stopped into Tony’s on a whim, and I’m so glad we did.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a super friendly waiter and seated immediately. The dining room has that classic neighborhood pizza shop feel. Some people might call it old-school, but to me it felt like home. It reminded me of the local pizza place I grew up going to, and that’s a compliment.

The menu has a huge selection, and the service was outstanding. Our waiter never let our drinks get below half full before stopping by with a refill. While we waited, we ordered the breaded mushrooms, and they were a huge hit. Then came an unexpected bonus—our waiter dropped off an entire bottle of ranch instead of a tiny cup. As a ranch fan, I definitely appreciated that! They even keep extra garlic seasoning on the table if you like a little extra kick.

The pizza was excellent. The Chicken Bacon Ranch was easily the star of the meal with one of the thinnest, crispiest crusts you’ll find in the area. (They also offer a thick crust if that’s more your style.) The Meat Lovers was loaded with toppings and just as good. The prices were very fair, especially for the quality and portion sizes.

This place absolutely nails that hometown pizza joint experience with friendly service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back.

“My wife and I traveled here, with our autistic son, on February 19 2026. The food was delicious and the owner and his “boss” were terrific hosts. I had the bbq pork sandwich with fries. She had the club sandwich and fries. The first thing I want to say is that for train car food this experience beats Amtrak 10000%!! Ok enough with the jokes, the pork sandwich was well beyond amazing. I’m not much of a bbq sauce person (so if you are beware) but I wanted to give it a try. I thought other than a burger this would be the better choice of a manly dish between the two. The bbq was cooked perfectly and was so tender and flavorful. The sauce didn’t have the typical bbq sauce(baby rays) flavor. I could tell or atleast I think it was homemade. It was the perfect topping to the pork sandwich. My wife’s review on her dish: —delicious, good portions, bacon was crispy, 10 out of 10. Service was fast and friendly. The best part of the food in my opinion was the seasoned house fries. They did not look like typical McDonald’s fries. They were dark brown and slightly(but perfectly) soggy. The seasoning was a flavor of which I had never tasted. It was out of this world. I mentioned my autistic son at the very beginning because he requires lots of accommodations. He never eats normal food. So I have to prepare his food at home. He ate his portion of food at the table and then he asked for ice cream. When the waitress came to the table she said she had vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. It took my son about 10 times changing his mind before he settled on strawberry 🍓 He loved it and it was a healthy portion. Thanks for this enjoyable experience. Having a child with special needs makes it hard to enjoy some of life’s simple things. Something about being in a train car restaurant had him calmer than normal. We are already planning our return trip during the busy season. I can’t say enough about this place but I’m going end it here. ;)“
