“This is my favorite Starbucks location :). The staff here are always so upbeat and kind. They so cute things like put fun stickers on the drinks for customers. They also host community events, including open mic nights. Great vibes here. Keep up the great work!“
“Drinks are fine , but they are often understaffed. They should beef up on staff during early morning so people could stop in quickly on their way to work. I skip more often than not because of the wait Update 09.28.17: they have significantly improved service times. In and out in under 2 mins this morning !“
“Staff is always friendly whenever I’ve gone. And although the orders typically take a little longer, as there’s often only one barista on duty, they’re always delicious. They don’t skimp on the additions or fill 90% of the cup with ice like other Starbucks in the area.“
“I didn’t catch her name but the brunette Barista working today made my afternoon better. I ordered from the wrong Starbucks the location on colesville rd. She could tell immediately I didn’t wanna go there and she offered to make my drink for me even though there were people in line. She assured me it was fine and was genuinely kind about it which is hard to come by these days…She also made me a great iced latte, quickly. She should be recognized by Starbucks. Go to this location to get great service.“

“I absolutely love this Starbucks location inside Safeway. It’s a bit of a shame that they don’t participate in the main Starbucks rewards program, but they do partner with Safeway’s program, which I’m also a member of. I collect points and sometimes get groceries, and other times I score coffee at a great discount thanks to Safeway’s deals.
Overall, I really enjoy coming here.Whenever I order, there’s usually one super sweet girl working (unfortunately, I don’t know her name), but she always makes amazing drinks. She’s generous with ingredients, ensures everything is top quality, and prepares it all very quickly. Even when it’s busy, she never compromises on the quality or speed of service. Speaking of crowds, if it’s too packed, I usually skip it and come back later when it’s quieter, and then I get to fully enjoy my delicious drink, made perfectly every time.
The place seems clean and well-maintained—at least from what I can see. I hope it’s as spotless as it looks! Everything seems to be running smoothly there.
The downside is that they don’t offer the usual Starbucks discounts, and there aren’t any tables to sit at or wait because it’s inside Safeway and functions more like a quick grab-and-go spot. But as a fast, mobile coffee stop, it’s perfect.

“The Starbucks app was down so I had to go through the line, which initially I was annoyed about but I’m so glad I did! Keith was working the register and he was so upbeat & happy to take of all the guests that came in - how could you be upset ??!
Everyone on staff was working together efficiently , was smiling despite the long line & made me really enjoy my visit!

BUT. They are soooo slow. Be careful if this is your am stop on your way to work - you will lose time here because there is absolutely no sense of urgency.“
“I love this place. Every time I am in Washington DC, I make sure to stop by this Starbucks location. Why? Because it is conveniently located on the side of the road, with easy parking right in front.
The latte tastes just a latte is suppose to taste, and the bathroom works when I need it.“
“I visited this location on a Tuesday morning around 8AM. The employee who took my order was very pleasant and accommodating. I had them re-toast, my chocolate croissant two times because I like it extra toasted and they did not know how much based on me initially saying to toast it three times. Never the less they were accommodating and did not make me feel bad for having them toast it more. Each employee who interacted with me was pleasant.“
