“Drinks are fine , but they are often understaffed. They should beef up on staff during early morning so people could stop in quickly on their way to work. I skip more often than not because of the wait Update 09.28.17: they have significantly improved service times. In and out in under 2 mins this morning !“
“This is my favorite Starbucks location :). The staff here are always so upbeat and kind. They so cute things like put fun stickers on the drinks for customers. They also host community events, including open mic nights. Great vibes here. Keep up the great work!“

“I absolutely love this Starbucks location inside Safeway. It’s a bit of a shame that they don’t participate in the main Starbucks rewards program, but they do partner with Safeway’s program, which I’m also a member of. I collect points and sometimes get groceries, and other times I score coffee at a great discount thanks to Safeway’s deals.
Overall, I really enjoy coming here.Whenever I order, there’s usually one super sweet girl working (unfortunately, I don’t know her name), but she always makes amazing drinks. She’s generous with ingredients, ensures everything is top quality, and prepares it all very quickly. Even when it’s busy, she never compromises on the quality or speed of service. Speaking of crowds, if it’s too packed, I usually skip it and come back later when it’s quieter, and then I get to fully enjoy my delicious drink, made perfectly every time.
The place seems clean and well-maintained—at least from what I can see. I hope it’s as spotless as it looks! Everything seems to be running smoothly there.
The downside is that they don’t offer the usual Starbucks discounts, and there aren’t any tables to sit at or wait because it’s inside Safeway and functions more like a quick grab-and-go spot. But as a fast, mobile coffee stop, it’s perfect.

“This is not the first time, it is important for the team mostly the women to be professional. I ordered Macha latte with vanilla sirop. First they gave me Chai tea and I told the lady nope I ordered macha latte she said okay made the macha latte with no vanilla sirop this time.

“Just wanted to give a special shoutout for the excellent service provided by one of the barista’s Loic when I went into this location last week. I’d had a rough day and stopped in for coffee and to read a bit before an appointment. He was very patient as I took some time to decide on a drink and prepared it correctly and very quickly once I finally made a decision. You never know when something as simple as a good customer service interaction will be enough to brighten someone’s day, so just wanted to thank Loic for a lovely customer service that made me smile.“
“As one who visits this Starbucks quite frequently, I’d like to highlight Angel for his exceptional customer service. Today I ordered a matcha latte and asked for it to be sweetened. Upon me trying, I noticed it was not sweet at all. This is my go to drink and I know what it should taste like. When I came back in, I mentioned to the barista who took my order and made my drink that my drink wasn’t sweet enough and the gesture given to me was to open my cup and more syrup would be placed in the cup. That was unusual, especially since someone ahead of me was offered their drink to be remade. Mind you, I had only taken a sip or two out of my cup. Angel noticed that I still wasn’t satisfied and proceeded to answer my question about how the drink is made and he took it upon himself to make me a new drink. As a frequent customer, that’s the type of service that keeps customers like myself coming back. Thank you again and may the management team continue to do an awesome job in the midst of busy times.“
“It was my first time walking in here at this location but it was so pleasant 😊 I was greeted so nicely and the cashier was so nice and the service was quick. And i had the most clean and neat caramel frappe I've ever gotten. A lot of places i go and just holding the cup was always so sticky.. BUT THIS WAS SO NICE ! I even complemented the person making drink she was wonderful“
