“Hey there! 🙌 So, I dropped by this spot the other day to catch the Ravens game since ticket prices have gone sky high. 💰 I just wanted a cool place to hang, kick back, and enjoy the game without blowing my budget. And boy, did I hit the jackpot! 🎉 This place was beyond amazing! The lady in charge of the kitchen, even with all the buzzing business, was incredibly pleasant. She even managed to keep my friend, who was quite enjoying the reasonably priced cold beers 🍻 and starting to toss around some colorful language, in check. All with the kindest demeanor. Loved it! This is definitely a family-friendly and safe spot to chill at. 👌👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 A huge thank you to the team there for the amazing time. “I go to foleys all the time and I love it there! The wings are amazing and I love all the Guinness combos they have. The only thing that would make it better is if there was a tv in place of the chalkboard that is above the middle of the bar. If you’re sitting in the middle of the bar you have to crane your neck around to watch anything, having a tv there would be awesome!“

The vibes are immaculate and I had the best cocktail of my life here (caffe pistachio) and they are delicious and reasonably priced. My only criticism is that the music was a bit odd, it felt like I was in a yoga studio. otherwise i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique, true speakeasy vibe for an after dinner cocktail.“

“The is a true local gem. The bar is decorated in a 1970’s theme. They offer old timey beers like Stroh’s and Schaefer as well as inventive cocktails. The menu consists of unique pizzas, sandwiches and salads. Their wings are tender, tasty and delicious. The bar has a pub like quality and the clientele is friendly and welcoming. The food was incredible — huge portions, hand-cut fries, house-made blue cheese, and perfectly hand-breaded chicken tenders. The Crab Rangoon dip and Buffalo Cauliflower were outstanding. “My friend and I went here recently for the first time. We sat at a little table by the bar and were served immediately. Our female server/bartender was very friendly. Food and service were both excellent. We split a salad, buffalo wings, and a smash burger with fries. Everything we ate was seriously so good! 10/10 recommend this place!“

“I heard the stories about this place and it had been closed for a couple of years as the hotel it's in underwent renovation and ownership changes but it's back open and I couldn't be happier.

Steve the bartender is currently a one man show and we were there on the weekend it reopened and he was so happy to be back in his happy place. The man is a cocktail maven who loves his craft and what he does and his customers as well.

There is currently no menu here you ask for what you want or can tell Steve what you are in the mood for and he will make something amazing!

I got a smoked old fashioned that he smokes with his own blend of wood and spices and it was easily in the Top 5 of best old fashioneds I've ever had.

“Doug is the best. This is our favorite neighborhood spot. Cocktails are on point, wine selection is simple but good and reasonably priced, and the smash burgers are f-ing fire 🔥 and we love Doug’s company, and Kirsten’s, and all of his staff. We love Southpaw!“

“I came here after dinner in Fells, and it was such a cool, swanky vibe—definitely not what I expected from a hotel bar in Baltimore!

Drinks were good and reasonably priced, but it did take a while to get our order in. We didn’t have to wait for a table (even on a busy weekend), which was a win for our group of four.

“Max's Taphouse is one of my favorite spots in Fells Point sometimes service can be a little tough here because there's usually only one bartender however it is a fantastic spot and one of the oldest bars in Fells Point I highly recommend you at least visit once in order to check it out there's so many bars in Fells Point it's hard to hit them all but this is one of my favorites the food is fantastic beer selection is great however I did ask the bartender about cider and he immediately said we only have it in cans which was wrong they had two different ciders on draft so maybe just read the menu for yourself since it seems to bartender may not know exactly what's on draft. If you are a cider fan I highly recommend you check out the DownEast fall cider it is delicious and on draft I'll recommend it since the bartender didn't even seem to know!“
