For the morning of my wedding, I also ordered several quiches and pastries. Other than a small oops with the frosting on the cupcakes (which was resolved immediately), everything prepared for my wedding was absolutely perfect! “I worked here for 10 years in the industrial Engineering department (Maintenance). Compared to other companies in the industry the salary is kind of low, but for anyone looking to start a career in this field it’s probably the best option there is. They will accept anyone who is willing to work and learn and they will train you. Most people spend a few years learning the trade and then move on to make more money. Myself included. I don’t understand why ownership would allow their best guys to leave that way rather than structuring something to compensate them for all their experience and skill, but that’s just how it is there. This is not to say you can’t make a decent living there because you can, but just not what could be made elsewhere. The high pace makes for a great learning environment. It’s extremely hot there, but most places are. That place will always be like a second home to me. I loved working there. If they could match my salary I would go back. That will never happen though for reason I’ve explained here already. They have extremely good benefits compared to anywhere else. Cheapest and great coverage. 401k is kind of low. Overall, best place for low experience people and a great place to work, but not somewhere to expect $100k a year or more. I always send people to them for jobs still and I’ve been gone for a couple years now. It’s just a great place to work.“
