“I don't love seafood & I never eat crab because I don't like the sweet meat. However, upon a recommendation of a few relatives, I had the crab cake platter. I enjoyed the flavor & texture very much & I ate the whole thing! There was a tiny piece or 2 of shell, but I honestly didn't mind it because it was so good. The fries & green beans were good as well. Though I would have preferred not to have any stems still be on the beans, they were fresh & nicely prepared. Thank you for a wonderful meal & experience.“

“I’ve been to Tark’s Grill a few times now. I usually really enjoy all the food but this time not as much. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, fried oysters and tuna tartare to start. All were great, except the tuna tartare; which lacked flavor and had way too much wasabi, I was hoping for more citrus flavor.

For entrees, we ordered the seafood risotto, bronzino, and lamb burger. They were all delicious and good portions. Loved that the lamb burger came on a pita bread.“

Tried the crab cake and was not disappointed. The mashed potato’s were some of the best I’ve had in a while. One of the owners, Pete, greeted us at our table and we got to chatting. Really nice guy and wishing them the best at their new location!

Previous restaurant (Nicks Grill) at the fairgrounds was horrible. The atmosphere has totally changed for the better under Costa’s, very warm and welcoming, friendly staff and bartenders.

Only con is it can be somewhat hard to find where exactly the restaurant is if you’ve never been there before, but don’t let it deter you from trying the place out.“

“Beautiful, up to date, clean and traditional is how I would describe the dining room. There is a lovely little stream that flows just outside the floor to ceiling windows. The food is excellent with big but not excessive portions. Good vegetarian selection.“

“I went to Gibby’s for the first tome last week. I went to get jumbo lump crab meat. It was amazing! I also picked up deviled eggs, a crab pretzel and coddies. All were delicious! Could not be happier.“

“I got wonton soup, shrimp spring rolls, and the house chow fun. The wonton soup was perfect. Perfect amount of flavor, only slight issue was that it was lukewarm. But once I stuck it in the microwave it was amazing. The spring rolls were very good. And the chow fun was pretty good, they do put a lot of onions and beef and not as much chicken and shrimp. But the flavor was pretty good. And the portion sizes are huge. I paid $12 for this dish and only ate about 1/4 of it. The only minor complaint I have is that they didn’t give me any duck sauce. I usually eat my spring rolls and wonton chips with duck sauce, and when I opened the bag to not find any I wasn’t too happy. I’ve never been here before, so maybe you have to ask them when you pick it up? But still, they should be asking you if you would like any condiments. But other than that, I had a great experience.“

“Been a huge fan of Chef Jasmine Norton for several years. When our plans changed and we postponed our annual anniversary trip to Jamaica, there was no other restaurant that I wanted to have dinner in than The Urban Oyster. From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by their warm and staff, it set the tone for the entire experience. We started off with raw oysters from Chincoteague and Canada that were flavorful and had the perfect balance of flavor and salt. I then indulged in the lobster bisque which had me wanting more but I knew I needed to save room for the main course. I selected the Seared Scallops and my husband had the Branzino. Both dishes were perfectly prepared and left us with no room for dessert. My only regret is that I didn’t take pictures for the review because we were too busy enjoying every moment! Urban Oyster, you exceeded this foodie’s expectations and we will be back soon! Thank you for making our 15th anniversary so special!“

“We come to eat at the Rosedale location maybe once a month. Even on long waits when we are extra hungry, we always request Draven because he is a rockstar! Our drinks are never empty and requests such as extra napkins, gloves, bibs etc are always met expeditiously. We never have to wait long for food and it is always fresh and hot. Our family are creatures of habit and we typically get the same thing every time. Let’s start with the clam chowder. A generous bowl with a heaping portion of clam. We especially enjoy the crackers on the side for our picky toddler to nibble on. For dinner I always get the Cajun boil with the hook n reel blend *spicy* with sausage and hard boiled eggs as an add on. I like to get a 20 oz. draft ipa. It pairs very well with the spiciness of the boil. Our toddler usually ends up with tenders and sweet potato waffle fries. Recently she has started to eat broccoli (hallelujah!) so we get that on the side as well. For a family of 3, we spend around $130. If you request Draven, please expect to be amazed by the service and expect to tip at LEAST 20% for impeccable service. For those bad at math, 20% of $130 is $26, which I like to bump up to $30. Sorry this was so long! If you got this far, enjoy your dinner at Hook n Reel in Rosedale. We always do!“

“You can't beat a dozen of large male crabs for $90. The crabs are always good, fresh, and hot. The corn is locally grown and sweet, which is great! The wings are decent, and i love the hush puppies. I wish they'd put a few heaters outside so people could sit out there. I'm not sure if they do that as I've never been when it's cold. It's just small and tight in there. Opening that patio would help even in the winter. Would recommend! And they are BYOB! Beers and Wine. Not too sure about hard alcohol.“

“Sotto Sopra has quickly become my favorite Italian restaurant. The food is marvelous as is the atmosphere and service👌🏻. I especially adore the Polenta Fritta Bergamot appetizer, the Pumpkin Pasta entrée, and the Pistachio Tiramisu dessert. The ambiance and decor are perfection.
