“I took 2 of my 3 sons there for dinner and my son asked for a glass of water to have with his meal. He took a sip and then noticed that pulp was floating around in the glass. I guess clean dishes aren't that important. I reached out to management and the response was " okay, I'll make sure all of our glasses are clean from now on". Now that's customer service....sad.“
“If you know anything about the restaurant business you would have to give credit to current manager. He has instilled all of the fundamentals and principals in the staff. “During the holiday rush, I got to meet a friend for a meal. Every came out quickly and service was nice. Now this was mid week and mid day. They weren't packed, so I'm not sure how everything is when it's a busier day. But hopefully just as good.“
