The noodles are hand pulled and made fresh every day and you can tell by the excellent texture and flavor! My new favorite restaurant! “It's been about 3 months since I first went to Beyond Ramen & Kabob, and I can't stop thinking about it. It's a small restaurant with several booths and some open tables, but it's filled with personality. The food was incredible - every single entree, every appetizer, every drink we tried was perfect. Hot, fresh, and made to order for the kabobs. The staff was super helpful and thoughtful, and I noticed them keeping an eye on all the customers from afar to make sure glasses were filled, food was served quickly, and everyone was happy. It made me feel like an honored guest. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options here, including a vegan ramen and many different vegan kabobs. They were very quick to accommodate our dietary restrictions and very thoughtful and cautious when it came to checking ingredients - very much appreciated. Will be back soon, and hopefully many more times.“

“Tried them for the first time today and am sold. Best Chinese food my wife and I have tasted in ages, and we lived in NYC for 4 years. Singapore mei fun - excellent. Happy family - excellent. Combination fried rice - excellent. Shrimp egg rolls - best I've ever tasted, anywhere. Steamed dumplings - very good, but the wrapping was a bit thick and the sauce was a bit scanty. “The best food you will find in the area! We live in Pennsylvania and drive the 50 minutes to have dinner here. The owners are so friendly, food is always fresh, and the restaurant is always clean. From the bathrooms being immaculate, to the tables, to the plates. We have never had an issue here. If you haven’t tried this place you are missing out.“

All teas and drinks are made to order. I was able to customize my tea which I loved. I’m a Type I diabetic so when I go to restaurants I usually can only order a Diet Coke or water. I ordered this tea without sugar and added stevia.

“Best steamed dumplings and wonton soup/egg drop wonton soup around. Dumplings are made in house and are full of meat. The wonton in the soup are full of meat too with a great broth. I haven’t been disappointed with anything there but those soup and dumplings are my go to dinner and it hits the spot every time.“

It was ready quickly and they gave us everything we needed including plastic silverware, napkins, soy sauce and sweet and sour. We just moved here so this was so helpful.

All the food was delicious, we got kung pao chicken and general tso chicken with shrimp and vegetable egg rolls. The kung pao chicken was my favorite!

One of the best Manhattans I've had. The Miso soup was also one of the best I've ever had. Not sure what they do to it, but the broth was so good and plenty of seaweed and tofu. The fried rice was crazy good too. The sushi was also excellent. It's raw seafood so I can't rave about that except it tasted fresh and I was very happy with it. The service was absolutely outstanding and it was easy to see everyone sitting around us were very happy too. The owner walked the restaurant several times and you could tell most of the people there were repeat customers. That speaks volumes. It was mine and my wife's first time there but we felt very comfortable there. Just an excellent experience for our anniversary. We will be back.“
