“Spent a relaxing late morning and afternoon visiting Mike and Leigh at their home, when we visited a local Micro Brewery & Tasting Room at 616 Main Street, Gorham, Main.

Mike ordered the "3 Little Pigs Pizza made with House Tomato Sauce, Cheese Blend, Nitrate Free Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and Bacon.

Leigh's choice was the Sebago Margherita Pizza made with EVOO, Cheese Blend, Oven Roasted Tomatoes,, Fresh Basil and Fresh Mozzarella..

My choice was the Spicy Muthah Clukah Pizza made with Garlic Cream, Banana Peppers, Fried Chicken, Jalapenos, Cheese Blend and Hot Honey Drizzle...

Kit decided to try the "Soup of the Day" which was a Creamy Potato Cheese Burger Bowl of soup.

All of the pies were baked in a very large stainless steel domed wood burning pizza oven that provided us with well baked hot pizza with good char to the undercarriage of the crust and the perfect crispness and soft fluffy outer crust ring with good texture and taste.

The fresh ingredients, taste and presentation would compete well with any New Jersey or New York Pizza I have eaten...

To balance the whole experience were the cold and great tastes from the Pints that we had with our pizzas.

My 2 pints were Runabout Red and Slick Nick

Mike enjoyed Frye's Leap IPA x 2

and Leigh had 2 Pints of STREETS OF ROME..

Everything was very delicious and filling.

None of us could eat another bite but I did take back to the Hotel a piece of the Cranberry Walnut Bread Pudding to rewarm in the microwave...

The dessert was very delicious after rewarming for 30 seconds, but the portion was small, maybe 3" x 3" x 1.5" for $10.00

Most other Bread Pudding are 4 or 5 inches for the width with a thickness of 3 to 4 inches“

The server is very personable and accommodating to our spice preference. I never knew you could go above a five much less into the twenties! How exciting! “Went there for New Years Eve at the new location. They told us it was going be at least a 45 minute wait and we were ok with that. Host took our phone number and added us on the wait list on his tablet. Took a seat out by the host stand and waited. Another couple came in about 15 minutes after us, also a party of two, and the same host told them it was going be a wait and they took a seat next to us. Even though we had been there 15 minutes longer and greeted by same host with tablet, he forgot about us and seated them first. Even though we were waiting right next to them and he looked right at us when he came to tell them to follow him to a table. We finally just got a seat at the bar. We ordered appetizers, two rounds of drinks and dinner. Again told it was going be a wait because kitchen was backed up. That was fine. Got our drinks and appetizers. Then my girlfriend’s entrée finally came out but they forgot to bring mine! I thought it would be out in a few minutes, but after 1o more minutes waiting for my food I finally inquired, and they had somehow forgotten my entrée. They comp’d one round of drinks. Love the new location. Love the food. But we chose the wrong night to go! I’ve never gone out to eat and ordered the food and had them forget to bring my entrée out.. By the time I got my dinner my girlfriend was done with her food. Just asked them to bag it for take-away. Still tipped 20% as I’ve worked twenty years in resturants. Kind of disappointed with New Years Eve dinner. Took the night off early to go have a nice meal and they forgot my meal!“

“Nonesuch has been one of our favorite sports since it opened. This evening we had a party of 12 for my son’s 8th birthday (his choice of location). Even though they don’t take reservations, we called ahead on Thursday to let them know we would have a big group coming. We waited just a couple of minutes for the table, our food and drinks were amazing and the service was fantastic. We have some particular eaters in our party and all were very happy. “Very cool seafood shack on the water with a fresh seafood market and counter bar. Servers were all super friendly. Clams and shrimp were super tender and their chowder is fantastic too. Even on a semi cloudy day in the 60s before beach season really hits it was still pretty full up so I'd recommend doing reservations if you're going to be here in the next few months on weekends. Will definitely return on our next trip to OOB.“

“Went there last night for a birthday party and when i called they said they couldnt guarantee we all sit together but they would give a good try to get us next to each. Well half of us ended on one side of tbe restaurant and the other half on the other side with no attempt to be evern remotely close and that was me calling at 11 am. Secondly one half of us got there for a half hour before the other. Thirdly our service was very bad. they forgot to bring drinks to the table and the food was well done when asking flr medium rare. i have been there a ton but they definitely were way over there heads on a saturday night.“

We can even pay 2-3$ for HEMP bag to go. It's better for environment. Paper bag decomposition time in landfill in limited oxygen condition can take decades. Hemp bag in woods 3 months.“

The seafoods are absolutely delicious. My favorite are a pint of fried clams .1/2 in crumbs and 1/2 in batter. We try to make it there every week or so. We bring anyone that is from out of town there to enjoy the best of Maine. You realize most of these dedicated owners and employees work 12hour days 7 days a week. It’s a small place that seems to do big business. It’s one of those places that you might just drive by and not notice but you would be missing out if you do. The boneless ribs was good, got some fat to it but that’s where the flavor is. Not tender or dry so it’s average. Skewer was slightly dry and salty, not too much flavor to it. Rice was fine. 7/10“
