“Working in Lewiston is tough for finding places to eat , but the Subway is right across the street , so naturally we hit it for lunch , and im glad we did . The people there are not only professional, and knowledgeable, they are friendly accommodating and very pleasant to deal with . I am a very particular diner when it comes to having a sandwich made . Yes even a bit difficult. Yet every worker , every time , was very patient and helpful , making the experience more than pleasant, but enjoyable. Where i would normally grab it and go , i felt the desire to dine in , because the aura of the people made our time there more like a break from the world rather than eat and get back to work . I would recommend you drop by this subway even if you dont need a sandwich. Just for the lovely treatment from their staff .“

“I have not been a big fan of Subways in general over the last number of years. However, my company's office just moved into buildings next door to this location. During the work we were doing there prior to the move-in, Subway was a convenient place for lunch since it was just a simple walk across the parking lot.
The service and food were pretty good, and the staff was always friendly. It could get slow right at noon though. Who knew so many people would flock to a Subway in Sabattus??? Anyway... pretty good experiences at this location.“

“Well, this was my first and last time at a Jersey Mike's! TBH, the Danny DeVito commercials made it look good but it was disappointing. I ordered the Big Kahauna chicken sub and asked Ian to leave the jalapeños out. After he asked if it was dine in or takeout, I said takeout. I paid, got my receipt (she asked me if I wanted a receipt!), which said "DINE IN" at the top, and went to the rest room, which took about a minute. When I came out and started waiting, people who'd ordered after me were getting their sandwiches. After 15 minutes I was just about to ask about mine when a woman in line said, "She's been waiting a long time!" The cashier went to look for my sandwich and it was sitting off to the side somewhere, all bagged up. Anyway, when I got it home and unwrapped it, it was just a mess, with everything mushed up and spilling out. It also had jalapeños on it. And it was really salty. I thought I'd give Jersey Mike's a try, I did, and I'm out!“

“Alright, let me start off this review by saying woahhh mama, the waiter at this establishment is VERY cute. HOWEVER the staff at this establishment COULD NOT hit the griddy when asked... “This is a great Subway, not even compared to the one in Topsham (although that is a stark comparison) but just in general. I've now been many times. The place is spotlessly clean, and sandwiches are made quickly and exactly the way they're ordered. Service is very accommodating and welcoming, even forty minutes before closing time. The young lady behind the counter, who seems like the manager--or if she's not, definitely has an attitude of knowing what she's doing--is openly friendly, and because of that I've tipped well every time I've been in. While the Subway in Topsham next to the Circle K is a little grubby and as of two weeks ago is worked by some staff members who are openly irritated and inconvenienced by the idea of a customer, this Brunswick Subway stands out as a warm and comfortable experience in comparison. I definitely recommend the Brunswick Subway over the Topsham one, even for people who live very near to the Topsham one. Good stuff 👍🏻

Kid-friendliness: Was not playing loud music that is inappropriate for kids, which was noticeable after experiences with the Topsham Subway.“

“Young girl pretty quiet, last night when I went in to pick up my online order was working. I called to try and acknowledge her to her manager but no answer to the phone. She may be quiet but that girl can make a good sandwich. I made a point to call just because it’s been so long since I’ve ordered online to subway and they’ve made me a satisfactory sandwich that was correct to what I ordered. It seems there’s always something missing but this young lady did a great job and I’ll definitely go out of my way to order at this location because of it.
