Within ten minutes, we had 4 different people check on how we were doing. We were in a rush to make the theater. They handled that very well too. A truly special place. “My wife and I went to Diverge for dinner and little bit ago. I had been looking for something out of our regular and I frequently check the reviews ahead of time. I had seen multiple posts about Diverge, so I pulled up their info, and I have to say, I also loved how the owner replied to reviews (especially the negatives). So, we decided to give it a go. I called ahead to see if reservations were required. They aren't, but they took my info, since I was already on the phone. When we arrived, it was just a short wait for the type of table we wanted (high-top vs low). It seemed pretty quiet for a Friday night. We ordered an appetizer of Pork Belly which was amazing and so tender. highly recommend. My wife got the Cod and I went with the NY strip, medium rare. My wife doesn't eat a lot at once, and after the app, she couldn't eat much of the Cod, but she loved it and was happy to finish it later at home. My steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and the scalloped potatoes were to die for! My wife doesn't generally enjoy potatoes, but she had a couple of bites of these. We made sure to let them know, too. The asparagus was also perfectly seasoned. I will admit, I'm a bit of a steak snob, and generally prefer my own home-cooked version. This one was well flavored and tender. It did come out a bit cooler than I'd like (might have waited a few for the piping hot potato), but when I mentioned it, they were more than accommodating. Also, there was a party of 12 whose order went in, and came out, just ahead of ours, so I'm quite certain that factored into the timing. It wasn't a big deal, and they handled it with grace. Against our norm, we decided to try the Chocolate cake with ganache and fresh strawberries for dessert. Again, my wife only had a few bites, and I'm diabetic so maybe it was silly of us to order, but it was also very tasty and quite rich. Even though we were sharing it, we brought about ½ of the cake home to finish later as well. Diverge is tucked away, behind Lexie's (one of our kids' favorite burger spots), enough so that you might not know it's there. We recommend giving Diverge a try and we'll be back! A side note dor those who like to plan ahead: like other businesses moving along the trend, their prices are cash prices and do have a small fee for cards to cover processing fees. It is plainly written on the menu, and we knew ahead of time, so there was no surprise. I'd say 4.5+ out of 5. Well done, Diverge!“

Live music played from the lobby, not too loud, but enough to enjoy and not disturb conversation. Food & service was excellent. Great value, especially for an upper level restaurant. “Excellent food and drinks! A fun spot to go for martinis. I've lived in the area for over 4 years and hadn't stepped in until last night. The pecan crusted chicken is SO TASTY. I would order that again in a heartbeat. We also had the buffalo chicken sandwich. The chicken was crispy and hot and the sweet potato fries were a nice accompaniment. They also brought out rolls with strawberry butter.

I tried 2 martinis, the grapefruit cosmo and the lemon drop (but I switched the blueberry vodka to raspberry vodka). Both were really good.

The place is split into 2 sections. The right side is the bar, which was packed and we weren't able to get a spot there. The dining room area to the left is a little bit quieter.“

“This was our first time here in 8 years since it changed from Maxwell’s to Pepper’s. Maxwell’s was a place we visited frequently when in Ogunquit, and we even had my 50th birthday there. We were very apprehensive about going to Pepper’s, and we did not know what to expect! Wow and cool were the first 2 words I thought of when we entered! The place we came to know and love changed, but it was a great change with an awesome bar! Then, we had some drinks, an appetizer, and then our food came. All of it was great, and all the servers and bartenders are wonderful! We definitely recommend the Firecracker Shrimp and Calamari for appetizers, and the whole belly clams and teriyaki tuna for main courses! Everything was fresh and delicious! We are looking forward to our next trip to Ogunquit, and Pepper’s will definitely be on our dining list!“

“Don’t miss this gem! Clam chowder is very tasty. Broth is excellent and potatoes maintain their structure and are not mushy. Lobster roll has a lot of high quality lobster though is on the small side. Onion rings are so crispy! Perfect! Haddock is high quality and delicious. Batter is light and flavorful. Again, cooked perfectly. Then of course we had ice cream. Single scoop is very generous. Best I have ever had.“

“Recently, we got married at the three chimneys inn. It was the Perfect day. From the time we toured and booked to the day of event and beyond, Kelsey, Romaine, and their staff worked hard and seamlessly to make our event run smoothly. Kelsey was the best wedding coordinator, responding patiently to our many questions and follow up emails. Both Kelsey and Romaine were very present and calming all weekend! They always had a smile on their faces and made sure we and our guests had everything we needed. As the night was underway, they broke down all our decor and neatly placed it for our pick up the next day. I can not recommend this venue enough for anyones wedding or other big event! It’s a beautiful setting, they work well with other vendors such as the photographer, bakery, or dj, and their staff and accommodations were very welcoming. “For you that know me and those who don’t,I speak my mind about any subject whether it’s good or plain sucked !! I have to share this little story with you ,a dismal start to our vacation week, A normal 3 hour drive turned into a five hour one,then I had issues with my oxygen machine,which turned into waiting for a servicemen to come from two hours away.So we are looking at 9 o’clock at night before he would come, now we haven’t eaten since morning and now it’s past 7:30. We knew since Covid hit most eateries are open limited hours, we called Stutesy’s Pub & Grill they said come on down even though they were already shutting down for 8 o’clock. That they will take care of us,not only was Stacie a gracious host her husband cooked us a wonderful meal and even made two more meals to go for our two sons,who were coming laterThey won over our hearts and our taste buds so you’ve got to give Stutesy’s a try for sure!!“
