“We were greeted by the nicest, most cordial, helpful and efficient waitress, I've had in a long time. Her name was Kiki and she fully engaged with us from the start with conversation, smiles, and a very good attitude. Now on to the food; My husband had lobster and I had baked scallops. Both of which were good & fresh. The seasonings could have been amped up, like for instance more butter on my scallop plate. But all in all a good location, meal & ambiance.“

“Another amazing meal!! We had the kimchi seaweed salad, bluefin tuna crudo, Spanish mackerel, Maine peekytoe crab, fried cauliflower and suckling pig. Everything was so good and it was hard to pick a favorite. I'd have to go with the fried cauliflower. It had such a wonderful spicy and sweet sauce and was cleverly complimented by crunchy fried chickpeas, mint and julienned apple. When you got a bite of everything, the dish practically sang to you. Angie's favorite was the suckling pig. This dish consisted of pork confit which had then been layered into a mold and then topped with crispy pork skin. Then delicately fried again on the flat top grill. It was served with a brown butter apple puree and marcona almonds. It had all the amazing flavors you expect from a great pork roast. No dessert for either of us.“

“Wow the maine blueberry crisp is amazing. Delicious, crunchy crisp, incredible blueberries, just so yum. Had a bite of the double caramel and cookies and the Italian banana pudding and that was also incredible. Will have to be back to try more!!! So nice that you can do multiple flavors in any size and try as many samples as you want! A wonderful experience all around and a nice outdoor seating area to boot!“

“My girlfriend and I had a wonderful dinner on 2-15. We sat at the end of the sushi bar- it was a little tight when it got busy, but it’s definitely the best sushi place we’ve been to. Our server Chad was awesome and made us feel very welcome. I told a few friends and decided to write a review“

“Best food I ate in Portland all week (including upscale places) was the lobster bisque from Chef Ryan. Oysters were GREAT as well. Family friendly. Chef Ryan’s whole menu was top notch and the kitchen staff was so nice. Ty came up and offered to give my young kids a lobster lesson over FaceTime (was here for work). Lizzy was excellent at the bar for our group. Ashley was amazing and welcoming to our group. Couldn’t recommend more. But def order the menu items and not just the lobster!“

“Peng’s Pizza is an absolute gem and serves the best out-of-state New Haven-style pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza was cooked to perfection, with the ideal balance of crispness, char, and texture that New Haven-style pizza is known for. Every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh, and the sauce was especially outstanding—rich, flavorful, and perfectly complementing the rest of the pie.

It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into every pizza they make. The quality of the ingredients and the execution were top-notch from start to finish. If you’re in this area of Maine and looking for a truly high-quality pizza experience, I can’t recommend Peng’s Pizza highly enough. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.“

“Went in today for the first time and food was amazing! Ordered a latte and the girl that took my order wasn’t the friendliest. I last minute decided I wanted a latte, and asked for it to be made with oatmilk she seemed annoyed and said it comes with oatmilk with an attitude. There is no info stating that the latte comes with oatmilk so not sure how I was supposed to know that. The guy who made my drink was extremely friendly and when my food order was ready the cooks were also super friendly! Great food and latte, will be back for sure!“

“This place rocks and I had the best $11 lunch. The puffy avo and shrimp tacos are my favorite. I went early and it wasn’t busy so I was able to get a little solo work lunch in and the server Luis was SO nice and welcoming. I also didn’t realize the have a kids changing table in the bathroom and most places in Portland aren’t kid friendly so I think I’ll come back with my kids soon because I’m already hungry for another taco and a happy upbeat welcoming atmosphere.“

“Omg so good. I went there like twice a week when I lived in Maine. The passion fruit tea was my favorite. I loved how it was sweet but had that bitter aftertaste to get my tongue back to normal. I was generally scared to try new flavors though. One time I tried the matcha and it was amazing. Like I didn’t even taste the bitterness of the matcha since it was mixed with strawberry syrup. Also the barista with green hair was always so nice and a good worker. They deserve a raise.They made the best drinks and I knew I could count on them to not disappoint me when I got my drink. They also started to memorize my name and order which was sweet. They really know how to make a matcha good. Wish I could summon them everytime I need boba or coffee. I miss that place mannn…“
