“I went through the Subway drive-thru to get a salad. The employees that I encountered were friendly. It didn't take long to get my salad. The salad that I ordered had all of the veggies that I ordered on it. In the past, they gave out packets of dressing. This time they put the dressing on top of the salad. There was way too much dressing on it. The salad was completely covered in thick ranch dressing. What made it even worse was that I did not like the taste of the dressing. In my opinion, it was not very good at all for ranch dressing. It may be a good idea for them to go back to packets of dressing so people can add the amount of dressing that they want; and, if they don't like the dressing, it won't ruin the whole salad.“

“I frequent Subway often. This Subway was absolutely exceptional. What is forcing me to review was not only the customer service of everybody but Kathy, the manager, stood out! She was so warm and kind and very positive. Since I was new to the area I asked where would be a nice spot to sit and eat she directed me right down the road very easy to get to as well as suggested checking out the local farmers market. Both were amazing! Thank you Kathy for giving me such a great experience and if I'm ever back in town I will definitely be visiting again.“

“I woke up panicked, realizing I hadn’t placed a catering order for 40 people I needed that day. I placed the order at 2:30am online on their catering website, at 7:30am I received a text confirming the order, at 9am I received a text confirming my order would be ready at 1:15pm, and when I arrived to pick up they were super attentive, didn’t mind that I added something on to the already gigantic last minute order. They gave me compliments, walked my two bags to the car, it was awesome customer service.“
