“Have been coming to GTR for more than 25 years and this location in the resort has always struggled to produce a true “great” restaurant. The refresh of the space is great and the service was above average. We visited on Thanksgiving week which was very slow, so the service was exactly what you’d expect. The other low ratings here are not accurate for our experience as the food was good, and the service was great with one person working. We will be back in hopes of a repeat performance.”

“Awesome brews and crew. Osario's and Flannigan's Goat serve up some very tasty food. Great indoor/ outdoor venue. Summertime music is great too. The customers are friendly and fun. I highly recommend both of Short's facilities. So thankful that we have this in Elk Rapids.”

“Must do if you've come to the Traverse City area and want to taste Michigan wine. These folks know what they're doing and are making great wine. We enjoyed a relaxed tasting in the garden and liked all the wines (more than we expected!). The service was easygoing (in a good way) and informative. We also tried a cider that was complex and earthy. Don't sleep on those. While the reds were on the pricey side, the Rieslings are very reasonable and absolutely worth taking a bottle home. Or more than a bottle if you aren't flying!”

“I call Pearl’s the Portal to New Orleans!💜💚💛 I’ve been around the globe, and this was the best meal of my life from start to finish! Between four of us we had the swordfish special, crawfish étouffée, shrimp and grits, chicken Alfredo, cobbler, and bananas foster. Every bite was better than the one before - we all agreed! I’m from the south, so to find this NOLA gem in northern Michigan was nothing short of magical!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I tried a flight of beers at Tank Space and found the beers quite nice. The staff was nice enough, and the place was comfortable and casual. The kellerpils beer was my personal favorite of the bunch I tried. With the burger place next door, this is a great place for a beer; the dynamic between these neighboring stores is great. It’s definitely worth a stop.”
