“I need to take a second here and give major kudos to the team at Panera in Bloomfield township, MI. So my family orders here a lot, my kids love the mac and cheese and I love carbs, so it’s a win-win. We had an order delivered a week or two ago and I happened to notice that the bread bowl (best part tbh) was missing. I called the store, they were very polite and offered to send a voucher in the mail to offset the cost and inconvenience. No problem, that’ll work. Fast forward to today and we ordered again. At the top of the bag was a huge box of cookies with the note, “Voucher already went out in the mail. Enjoy some cookies on us!” THAT is what customer service is all about. They not only remembered or had documented our missed item from the last order, they went above and beyond to proactively tell us that they appreciate us! I’m just unbelievably impressed and thought that whomever reads this should know that even when faced with an honest mistake, this team went above and beyond to impress and take great care of their customers. Great job and thanks again!“

“Small cafe style restaurant. Orders are placed at the counter then delivered to table. Food took a while to come out even though it wasn’t that busy, but A+ for presentation and flavor. Water glasses were short so we had to ask for more a few times.“

“If you are a Kpop fan and love with the Korean culture then this is the place for you! It’s one of the few places in Michigan where we Kpop fans can gather and connect with each other! I was just there and the cafe allowed Kpop fans of ASTRO to do a vigil memorial for the death of Moonbin! “I’d only been to the UP location last year (and just about died when I found out they were in MI again), so when I saw this location on the way to a job interview a few months later I knew that was it. The Caribou may have influenced me into not only taking, but staying in the job more than the job did if we’re being honest. I get an espresso shaker and a random food item at least once a week and it’s the best part of my commute. Every barista is always so chipper and pleasant when I pull up, it’s enough to make me forget the harsh reality that this is no longer 2004. Give these people a medal because there’s no need for all that at 7 something in the morning, but they do it anyway with a smile and they do it well. I’ve been coming here for a few months and the worst thing I’ve ever experienced was a slightly crunchier croissant roll. I literally cannot recall a drink error ever. In fact, one time I ordered a soufflé and they gave me a raspberry scone but the scone was so good I didn’t actually notice I didn’t order it until I was almost done. I don’t know if that’s says more about me or the scone, but I wasn’t even disgruntled, I was just pleasantly surprised. I may be messy, but this Caribou never is. This coffee will heal me.“

So many different coffee choices in all styles, including espresso over over Weiss vanilla ice cream!!! The kitchen, yes I said kitchen has scrumptious food that is presented beautifully with the seasonal selections. All this sound good? Well that’s not even the best part. It’s the staff. “Our first time visiting and the food was delicious and the pricing was very good. The restaurant seating feels a bit crammed and the service was sufficient…not and not bad but sufficient. Especially given how busy they were. I recommend trying the Monte Cristo it was beyond my expectations. The chicken cordon bleu omelette was really good also.“

“I came to Michigan from NC to have a mini vacation with friends. We made plans to come here and had been looking forward to it for months. IT WAS SO AMAZING. We had one of the original Cloud Cakes (dressed up with Nutella and berries) a key lime cheesecake, and a dulce de leche cheesecake. Everything was phenomenal. “The selection here is crazy!! The best protein shake shop in the Troy area. Ask for the specialty shakes like the chocolate covered strawberry or the mint chocolate chip ice cream (Both are delicious). I used to go to tropical smoothie but now this is the only place I go to for a healthy and sweet treat

Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan friendly, if you just tell the person making the shakes to make it vegan then they’ve got you!!

Parking: Tons of free space to park

Kid-friendliness: Kids come in all of the time when I’m here!! Staff is super friendly to them and the kids seem to love the shakes“

Parking: In the Michigan Design building. Easy to find. Park anywhere on premises. I took the shuttle from the nearby car dealerships while waiting for service.“

Coffee has always been hot for me and I was even offered more bagels because it was slow today! I usually get bagels and cream cheese once a week in the mornings and have never had an issue, they are very delicious… but duh, it’s a bagel! It’s a go-to bagel place for me and a must try if you’re in the neighborhood. So glad I started coming here.“
