“Great product with genius marketing. This location needs help. Staff was nice, but we stop often. Mistakes more than once so order needed to be redone, and I was also handed a box with icing all over the bottom. Overall decent place. I'm sure employees will improve with time and management.“

“We love iFreeze! We took our daughter who has Celiac Disease. They have items marked as gluten free on the menu. She had the S’mores ice cream and loved it. They were very knowledgeable about Celiac and cleaned the machines before use. They keep all GF items separated as well.
