“Evening started nice table nicely decorated for our occasion/Anniversary excellent greeter/hostess then.... Was served uncooked chicken and management tried to convince me otherwise that blood and red bones are common when eating amish chicken. In my 40+yrs of living and with a parent who grew up and raised chickens on a farm have I ever known chicken to be edible rare. Who would risk getting salmonella....And spoke to as if I wasn't knowledgeable of cooked chicken...cooked amish chicken. Absurd! Waiting for refund to be granted“

Great Seafood Boil Experience
We found this restaurant completely by chance through Google and its reviews, and I'm happy to say the reviewers were absolutely right. Thank you to everyone who took the time to leave honest feedback—it helped us discover a great place!
Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos because my hands were covered in seafood boil, but the food and experience were memorable enough to write about.
What I liked most was the food and the staff. The seafood boil was delicious, and I appreciated being able to customize it exactly how I wanted. The prices were reasonable, and the restaurant was clean with well-maintained tables, plenty of napkins, and all the tools needed to crack open lobster and other shellfish. They also serve alcoholic beverages, which is a nice bonus. Another great feature is that they offer menu items beyond seafood boils, making it a good choice for people in your group who may not be seafood fans.
One minor issue had nothing to do with the restaurant itself. Another customer was having a conversation on speakerphone, which was a little annoying. Unfortunately, you can't control inconsiderate people. On the positive side, there is a large parking lot with plenty of spaces available.
As for the negatives, I would skip the appetizers. The crab rangoon and egg rolls were not very good and were easily the weakest part of the meal. The parking lot is also a little rough and could use some attention.
One piece of advice: try to visit during off-peak hours, especially on weekends. The restaurant gets extremely busy. I would personally choose a weekday visit next time.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The excellent seafood, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and clean environment made for a great experience. The appetizers kept it from being a perfect score, but it's still a solid 4 out of 5 stars.“

This is my wife’s favorite she love the Ribeyes well done, Ocean Prime never miss with her stakes. I just found this Happy Hour M-F 2-5:30
We got here 3:15 on a Thursday, totally chill, parked right out front.
Great spot for half day hookie. Nooner or sooner. ))
We had: bloody mary's, the burger is excellant, salmon dip is very tasty, the fried pickles are spears & lightly breaded. Moving on to the spicy margarita & ranch water.
The patio seating in the afternoon is shaded by the building.

“We had my daughter’s surprise birthday dinner at A plus yesterday. The staff did a wonderful job accommodating our needs including early seating for our several family members who traveled from across state. Our server was wonderful and did a great job taking orders for separate bills. Our food was quick, correct and absolutely delicious. This restaurant is a family favorite for us. It’s the best seafood in Michigan. We always look forward to our visits and will continue to come here for all of our celebrations. It has been our “Go to” restaurant for birthdays and anniversaries for many years, except the disappointment of our absence during the repairs caused by the fire. The food is excellent, the service superb. This time, however, we went to celebrate a very special event. We had no intention of disclosing the purpose, except to tell them it was a very special event. The hostess that seated us, got my wife to disclose the event. Before we knew it, the Manager, Eric, came to our table, expressing congratulations, etc. Several others, some we knew, and others we did not, also came to our table to express their congratulations. Eric then returned a second time, with more kind words. “The Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The vibes were upscale and elegant. Each table had a real candle lit on it. The food was delicious. The egg rolls and Calamari are good.

I ordered a medium Coffee Cured Filet Mignon with Broccoli. My husband ordered the shrimp and scallops potatoes. The son ordered the Steak Frites with Fries very flavorful. My son said it was the best steak he every had. My mom ordered the bone in Cowboy cut Ribeye.

The house bread is so delicious. They put lots of love and attention to the details of every bite. I highly recommend Stoney River for a nice outing for a date or family.“

“I stumbled across a TikTok video today where the guy raved that the curry puffs with the cucumber salad at Sunrise Thai were absolutely fire — so of course I had to go check it out for myself. And let me tell you… he wasn’t lying.

Sunrise Thai is tucked into a little strip mall, but like the guy said, those are always the best spots — and this place proves it. I ordered the curry puffs and Pad Thai with chicken, and everything was phenomenal.

The curry puffs were insanely good — perfectly crispy, packed with flavor, and dipping them into the cucumber salad took it to a whole different level. And the Pad Thai? Delicious. Perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little tang, with tender chicken and noodles cooked just right.

On top of all that, the service was great — friendly, fast, and welcoming. I’m 100% coming back. Sunrise Thai is a hidden gem that absolutely lives up to the hype!“
