“Sunday Brunch was amazing! The food was awesome and the staff was even better.Parking: The parking lot fills up fast, but we were able to eventually park after circling several times.Kid-friendliness: Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.“
“Love Seasons 52. Wine, apps, entrees, It’s so hard to go wrong at this restaurant. I love the crab cake appetizer, the mushroom soup is delicious and I rarely get a glass of wine I don’t like. My weakness is the dessert shots, I always need at least 2 for myself and I brung home 2-3 for my family as well!“
“Amazing place for meetings, dates, and dinner! Food's always great along with the service. The rooftop is always nice when the weather permits.Be sure to make a reservation.I love how they give back on Monday's!Kid-friendliness: My children actually enjoy the food!“
“Great experience! All the staff was top notch! We had smoked old fashions for a cocktail, which were perfectly presented. Aranchini and Gruyère spread were great as well as the pasta entrees. Wish we had time for dessert and to enjoy the live music duo, who were awesome. We had tickets to Royal Oak Music Theater...which was within walking distance.“
“Have tried it twice. 1st time just us to test it. Found the vibe great. Easy going. Lots of choices from beer, wine and seltzers. Bought some bread bites and was not impressed with the taste nor price. Talked to a couple that bought the Royal w/Cheese and they said it was great, agreed it looked great We played some shuffleboard, nice to have though the table needs a little work on its surface. The employs there were 2nd visit we brought a couple of friends after a night at Johnnys. They liked it as we did. Again many choices to drink. Casual table and easy guest to speak with, many of whom were playing various games. Asked to switch the channel on TV and no problem did it right away. Overall we will be back and want to try the burger“
“Quaint and modern little spot. Can definitely see it livening up during the warmer months. I had a reservation for my husband’s birthday. Aperol for me and a wise and handsome for husband. Both good. We shared the steak tartare and braised beef apps. Both were delicious. Nice just and flavor with the tartare. The whipped feta with beets was smooth and delicious. I got the scallops and risotto. The risotto Nero was interesting. I don’t know if they added cheese but there was almost a smaller gelatin consistency. Scallops were nicely seared. Other main was the tagliatelle with lamb ragú. It had a nice hint of spice and the fresh pasta was evident. Dessert was a VERY rich chocolate ganache-like dessert with small malt balls on top. There was a hint of thyme which was a good contrasting flavor.“
“The entire experience was excellent. The ambiance, drinks, food, and service was top notch. Special acknowledgment to Garrett, who was informative, flexible, and a great host. He has such a great personality, he made the experience better than expected.“
“The food here is mind blowingly amazing and they’re open all night. Highly, highly, highly recommend eating here. It’s so hard to pick what to get—can’t go wrong with double layer nachos or chicken fried chicken with gravy. Or both.“
“Really nice wine list, and couple that with the cheese plate and it's a wonderful start to a relaxing evening. Melanie was our server, and was attentive and fun. The lamb ragu, if you like pasta dishes, is a hit. The dessert choices are not extensive, but then again, the restaurant is not massive in size. I'd rather the volume of choices to be part of the entrees, and not at the finish, when I'm already full!“
“The ambiance at this steakhouse was exceptional - the dimly lit dining room, plush leather seating, and elegant decor created a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made sure the dining experience was nothing short of perfect, and Mo is a very attentive manager. I had fresh, briny oysters as an appetizer. I then had the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and flavorful. The accompanying lobster mac and cheese was rich and creamy, with a delightful crunch on top. To cap off the meal, I had the decadent butter cake for dessert. The sweet, buttery crumb was complemented by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, creating a genuinely indulgent finale to an exceptional dining experience. Throughout the meal, I sipped on a perfectly balanced old fashioned, which added a lovely depth of flavor and rounded out the flavors of the various courses. Overall, this steakhouse delivered on all fronts - the service was impeccable, the ambiance was sophisticated and inviting, and the food was delicious from start to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.“
“Perfect service and great food! Even the Bloody Mary he had was good. Had a breakfast sandwich on their house baked bread with a bowl of berries. Great choices on the menu. My ice tea was never empty nor was his coffee. Definitely will return despite being a bit far for us. Can't wait for weather to warm to sit on the patio!“
“My wife and I wanted to take our daughter who was graduating in 2021 just to celebrate, the three of us. Well due to covid-bs we didn't go. We went there tonight and had one of the best times out we've had in along time. Our server was Stephanie and she was spot on without being pushy or hovering. She had answers for all of our questions about the food and drinks, seeing as how both use some very different ingredients. We started with the White Whale Negroni, Pomegranate Bliss, and the Picante Pomelo and all of them were delicious. The beginner we went with was Fire Roasted Feta & Olives, yum. I didn't know feta could be so creamy, and olives are just a given as the mate. Dinner for my daughter was the Spanish Mackerel. I was proud of her for going out on a limb, because she has never had Mackerel. It was out of this world. My wife went with the Spinach Pappardelle. In house spinach pasta with a rich slightly sweet mushroom cream sauce. Very rich and she couldn't eat it all so we brought some home for a snack. I had the Jerk Seasoned Goat which was milder in flavor than i thought it would be. The share sides we had were the Duck Fat Fried Fingerlings and Creamed Spinach & Greens. All in all we can't wait to go back. If it wasn't already named I would call it The Top of Middlebelt. Great food and a lively atmosphere where you don't have to worry about being able to have a conversation, and dress I would say comfortable casual to nice night out.“
“The man Alan himself is a proper gentleman, I came in looking for specific bottles of Liquor for a business of mine and he was educated on all of his products that he stocked. I can attest that AlanD Liquor is by far one of the best Liquor stores and bistros in the state of Michigan.“
“My friends and I had a bad experience at a restaurant nearby and 220 ended up being right next to it so we decided to give it a try. They brought us in right away no matter how late and busy they were. Our server Jackson, was so nice and fun and made sure we had a good time!“
“The food is always amazing! Every time we come here they never disappoint!!!! Our server today was literally the cherry on top!!!! Brooklyn!!!! Is the best!!!! We had so much going on in our party and she was patient and lovely!!! Made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed! Hope we get her next time!!!!“
“This diner is me and my father's FAVORITE place EVER. We go there almost every weekend, and the food is always delicious! The employees are always very nice and know us, and the drawings left by one of the employees that are at the register glass are lovely. The food is delicious, the building is gorgeous, the atmosphere is cozy and wonderful, the employees are kind, overall, I 100% recommend going here! I recommend the saganaki highly.“
“Been going there for several years. I like the service. No fooling around no loud talking, laughing out loud, just fooling around. It’s quiet, professional service, everybody working, and most of the time they got my eggs just like I like them can’t say anything negative about omega, and I always run into Brenda sitting right on the end at the counter. They know who Brenda is, but you guys might not. I’ll give omega 10 stars.“
“There were 3 of us and we all ordered at the same time. I ordered a salad with salmon, the two people I was with had egg plates and were completely done eating by the time my food finally came out. A bit disheartening they then had to wait for me to finish and I rushed to eat. We finished our drinks and were never asked if we wanted another. Either they put our food in wrong or they were short staff but still frustrating. We didn’t go until 1PM they were not overly busy.“
“We are regulars at Stuffed Bun and can’t imagine not spending our Sunday morning with them. The food is always excellent and the staff make us feel like family. The food is delicious and portions are generous. A few of our favorites are the country omelette, breakfast burrito, cinnamon pancakes and chicken Greek salad. 5 stars ⭐️“
“Booked a private room for my wedding reception. The food here is great, several of my guests mentioned it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Super nice aesthetic too. But the best part was definitely the service. Very friendly and wonderful, we had 3 of maybe 4 people helping the 50+ guests and they were always there and ready to help.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger, salads“
“ALEX! Omg he was the best server that i have ever had in my entire life. He was the most thorough server ever. He had the best recommendations on everything in the restaurant & where to venture out after since we were here for the weekend. He made our experience a 10/10. If you go here, request Alex, you cannot go wrong!!!“
“My recent visit to Peterlins was a delight, especially with their mushroom soup on the menu. The mushroom soup was a comforting and flavorful delight, with rich, earthy flavors that warmed my soul with every spoonful. Each bite was filled with tender mushrooms and savory broth, creating a perfect harmony of taste and texture. The ambiance at Peterlins was cozy and inviting, and the service was attentive, making it a wonderful dining experience. If you're a fan of comforting soups, Peterlins' mushroom soup is a must-try.“
“Excellent food very fair prices and very courteous and friendly wait staff. Highly recommended nice prices. Stuffed French toast with strawberries and blueberries was wonderful. My wife had the breakfast bowl which was huge we took half home and ate it the next “
“Stellar sliders, solid shakes, and chill atmosphereI ordered a double-cheeseburger slider and vanilla shake. The Slider: the bun is not cakey but rather a soft sponge-type bread that absorbs the juice of the burger well. This leaves a great meat-to-bun ratio, and the cheese melt is glorious, covering every part of the patty. I witnessed the maestro on the grill as he made my sliders, and he used the tried and true "pinch and pull" method of lifting the patty off the grill. I then saw him scrap the melted cheese on the grill and add it to the burger. It was a marvelous process to witness and a magical taste to experience. The sliders were hot, cheezy, and accompanied by caramelized onions and a touch of ketchup added for some sweetness. I was highly impressed by the double-cheeseburger sliders I ordered, so much so that I ate 5 in total. The Shake: It was creamy and delicious, and it was just right in that Goldilocks zone of not being too thick and not too milky.I ate lunch on a Sunday, and there were only a few other diners, so it was a very calm and chill environment to enjoy my food in. The service was prompt and respectful. I was not waiting long either for my order to be taken or delivered.Parking: Plenty of paid parking on Main Street but there are parking garages nearby that are free for the first 2 hours. I parked a 5 min walk away in the neighborhoods so I could park for free and enjoy the nice weather on my walk.“
“This is hands down the best steak restaurant around and is a hidden gem. We've been here twice now and have been more than impressed. The expansive menu items, cocktails, and wine selection are great. We had Rose today. She said she was busy, but you couldn't tell one bit. What a sweetheart and so efficient. We highly recommend Lucky's!!“
“My recent experience at Albert's Coney Grill was marked by a delightful combination of excellent offerings and service. The restaurant's laid-back and friendly atmosphere, paired with attentive staff, created the perfect setting for an enjoyable dining experience. Albert's Coney Grill's commitment to consistently delivering quality and satisfying options was evident throughout the visit. Whether you're seeking a quick bite or a leisurely meal, Albert's Coney Grill is a reliable choice that offers both exceptional options and attentive service. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to savor more of their delightful offerings!“
“Great gyros and salads! Next to the food the best part is the service. Nick greeted us with a smile and continued to make sure our party was well taken care of. The restaurant is clean and updated too. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Veggie gyros. Great salads.“
“This place is where great taste meets family fun! ?? Enjoy above-average bar fare with a homemade touch in every bite. Their extensive beer selection and full bar cater to all tastes, while the kid-friendly atmosphere makes it a win for everyone. Cheers to good food and good times at CK Diggs! #HomemadeFlavors #FamilyFriendly ??“
“This is a very nice hotel restaurant that doesn't have the feel of a hotel restaurant. The food and service were very good. The hotel lobby has a trendy vibe with interesting art making for some fun pictures with friends. Madam also has a fun cocktail menu as an alternative to wine.“
“We needed to find a place to eat after my son's competition and this was right across the street. They had been wanting to go for some time now and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere is fun and the service was very good, the waitress knew alot about the menu and was very helpful for us first timers. The food came out fast and was delicious. I'm sure my kids would go back and they'd like to try the trivia! Would recommend.“
“This is similar to a chipotle concept of ordering a pre-determined bowl or creating your own bowl. I really appreciated that when you first come in, there is a wall with the pictures of the different items you can pick for your bowl because I wasn't familiar with some of the items. I did a custom bowl half/half with the zartar steak and lamb. I asked for the kale salad and the blaze hummus. This bowl was magnificent. The flavors were great and it was good quantity of food. Everything tasted fresh and light. The hummus was perfect and the blaze sauce gave it the spice I needed. If I knew the blaze sauce would be that delicious, I'd of asked for more of it in my food. The bowls came with fresh warm bread (I saw them make it while I was waiting). I was obsessed with this bread. It was fluffy and warm and fantastic. It was a really nice size to come with the bowl. There were tables to sot down at if you wanted to dine in. I would 10/10 recommend this place.“
“If you're in the Clarkston area Pete's Coney is the best colony around! They have great fast friendly service and the food is always cooked perfectly. Order accuracy is excellent and it's easy in easy out right off of Dixie with plenty of free parking.“
“Here again from California and had to come here to dine. It's located in the mall and there's plenty of parking. We came on a Monday without reservations and there was only a 10 minute wait. I highly recommend this restaurant it's perfect for date nights, girls night out , and even more. It was crowded with a lively crowd and the vibe was amazing. We were seated at a comfy booth and in no time our server Allie arrived. She was super helpful and sweet. We actually came here for the delicious ooey gooey carrot cake. But we ended ordering the Hong Kong chicken, veggie burger, lemonade, and the spicy margarita. Everything was delicious and all in all a great experience as usual. A special thank you to Allie for going over and beyond. Until next time and hopefully soon.“
“I love this restaurant. It's family owned. They are very friendly. The food is amazing and always freshly made with love. I've been coming here since they first opened, and I will say only amazing thing From Smoothies to Gumbo , fresh baked Treats to Kool-aid... the list goes on. I love the chicken Cobb salad and the chicken and dumplings. I would suggest calling in your order if you do know what you want. The parking lot isn't that big, so around lunch, it may be packed.“
“Kids were off for Christmas break. Went during the week day for open bowl....good prices, wasn't too busy.Staff was very nice and attentive. Had such a good time bowled another game.....they had us move lanes (to get the lane we were on ready for incoming leagues). Staff even carried my young kids bowling balls to new lane!!! Great customer service ?“
“We had a great experience for dinner with our friend for her birthday. Kelsey our server was outstanding!! I asked about the Reuben Pizza and she said it’s so good. Well she was right it was amazing, so please keep this as a regular pizza and not just a special for St.Patrick’s Day! If you like Reuben sandwich’s then you will love this pizza!“
“One of my favorite spots of all time. Nostalgic for me. HAWAIIAN FRIES ARE LIFE CHANGING! All pastas are on point! Very fast, efficient, and CLEAN! Diner-like aesthetic. You will often find Eddie himself cookin it up for his customers with a welcoming smile and inviting energy. Delicious food and great experience overall. Love this place forever.“
“A great place for teamevents, parties and more. The athmosphere is amazing and they have games I have never seen before. If you haven’t been there go there and have a look. The team on the ground is georgeous. They care every second for your needs. Also if you misplanned the event a little bit they find ways to accommodate everything. An awesome experience. Highly recommended“
“Went to petty cash last night and honestly I can’t wait to go again! We sat at the bar and had great service! The lemon drops we had were great and consistent, considering we had 3 they taste the same each time! EVERYTHING WE ORDERED WAS DELICIOUS. Caesar salad, crab cake, lamb ribs (top tier), fries, Brussel sprouts, and pita chips and dip. Our food arrived hot and within a timely manner. The ambiance was nice! Parking was fair. Pricing was reasonable. I love that the music was on and at mid volume. It wasn’t so loud that I couldn’t hear the person next to me. The bathrooms were clean and unisex. 10/10“
“This will be my 2nd experience at this location, and I will return again for sure.Food = I ate seasonal halibut with a baked potatoe and the signature mac and cheese. I was very happy with the halibut cooking style as it was flakey and tastful. The Mac and cheese were creamy and delicious. The baked potato was full cooked and a full 1 pound ! HuuuuuugeService = we had a brand new day 1 waitress who was humble and didn't know how to answer our questions of which food is better the halibut or the filet, but handled herself well and supported us with anything we need. I recommend as a restaurant giving your new employees a chance to eat various dishes to better sell them and support your customers' questions better. Can't hold it against the new waitress, and she shouldn't have to pay to try out these dishes. Regardless, she was cool. She helped us the best she could and handled herself perfectlyAtmosphere = happy it was dark but had ambient lights to set the mood. I hate that when places are lit up blasted guests with light, it truly ruins the vibe.Drinks = I ordered an American mule, and it was a bit flavorless and flat. I would recommend fresh ginger a lime with a higher end carbonated ginger beer 1 out of 5 stars for the drinksConclusion = I'll return for a 3rd experience without a doubt. Also, Sidenote: I went to Cooper Hawk across the street ( 2 hours wait time ), so i left because who waits 2 hours ? walked into stoney River and sat down instantly .. also a plus“
“Top notch restaurant ?Food = filet 10/10, salmon 10/10, mash potatoes with Wasabi 10/10, coleslaw salad 10/10, augratin potatoes 1/10 were unfortunately crunchy and a bit undercooked but issue was resolved fast.Drinks = lux noir 10/10 , American mule 10/10 with the fresh crisp real ginger inside and actual carbonated ginger beer super fresh ?Service = waitress got tipped 25 percent because she was nice, personable, prompt, caring, and fastAtmosphere = sat at a 2 personable booth by the bar, and it was a perfect vibe for what I'm into dark enough with accent lighting nobody to close so we can chat without others hearing our conversationPrice = 135.00 for 2 people 2 drinks and dinner ( no desert no appetizers ) 135 includes tipWill i return Return = for sure will be returning. However, @coopers fix your raw potatoes tho and I'll fix your stars to all 5 across the board“
“Ever since the ownership has changed at Lim's Star it has become my family's favorite Chinese restaurant. We order both takeout and dine in and have never had an issue. My 5 and 8 year olds love the food and always ask to go here. My wife and I have tried many items on the menu and have been pleased with them all. Tim and family have done a great job with revitalizing this place and we will continue to return and recommend to everyone! You won't be disappointed.“
“Amazing waitress! Christine was fabulous and took the whole dining experience from an 8 to a 10/10. I had the house-made beet burger and it was super delicious! It's $17.50 but huge. I had 1/2 for lunch and the other 1/2 for dinner. Yummy bun and the tomato, lettuce and onion were appropriately packed on it. It came with fries and the portions are generous. As for the waitress, Christine was next level great. Kept the whole restaurant happy while it was busy for lunch. She works so quickly and efficiently. She is neat, extremely personable and truly the kind of person any restaurant owner would want being the face and force of their operation. Give that woman a raise! I'm not a restaurant owner but I wish I was able to hire Christine to manage something in my life, lol. Great spot- tasty food, clean space, nice layout, terrific service. TYSM!“
“Front staff was a little short tempered and fairly rude this visit. We just needed to seat 5 people at the non high top tables as we had one person who was handicapped joining our party. Waitress was pretty good, and the food was decent.Parking: When super busy parking is a little tricky but right next to Busch's grocery store, so can walk a lil bit if needed. They have several handicapped parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was ok with my autistic daughter.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“When I tell you this is the best food we have had!!! We have been supporting black owned businesses for the past two months every Friday and this place is the BEST we’ve had! I highly recommend her food the portions are just right and their prices are easy on your pockets ❤️ we will definitely be back! We had: Whiting fried fish Fried chicken Mashed potatoes and gravy Mac n cheese Yams Sweet corn Cornbread Lemonade Sweet potato pie Great job!!“
“Great food, friendly staff. Always busy. Good food is worth the wait. Cook goes above and beyond to make sure you get your dish the way you want. If they make a mistake, they fix it. Really enjoy their hamburgers!Styrofoam melts when very hot food is on it and it affects the taste of food. Can you please put tinfoil or parchment paper under it? (Example: biscuits and gravy, ff with chili and cheese)Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly dishes.Parking: Parking lot always has available spots.“
“I actually had some time to myself in the afternoon on Easter and stopped here for a quick bite and drank. I was floored at how well everything ran on a busy holiday. The service was extremely friendly and all over any requests I had. The food and drinks were great and the restaurant just appeared to run like a well-oiled machine. Most restaurants are short staffed on major holidays, whereas Grand Tavern appeared to have it all figured out ahead of time.I had visited a couple times to watch NCAA tournament games and I've noticed that things here have really improved over the last couple months. Food orders come out quicker than ever and the staff is very attentive. The owners hired a new manager called Netty a couple months ago that I've met and had some friendly banter with, and she is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Extremely friendly and very service oriented. Whatever they're paying her is not enough.Obviously I'll continue to be a regular customer to Grand Tavern while it continues to impress.“
“Visiting from Miami it's important to stop at Big boy my Michigan staple. Have to say this particular location was on top of it, manager visited the table even though he was cooking in the kitchen. Two servers checked on how we were doing which is very uncommon these days. Great job with hospitality. My only comment would be is for those tables sitting right outside your expo window calling for your servers by name with the order up, could probably be done more professionally with a bell that got dinged to let them know orders are ready to be run... Just saying from one hospitality person to another... ?“
“I come in with my wife and kids a couple times a year these days and it's a Sunday tradition to meet up with some of the dozens and dozens of cousins we have. Always been a great time. Thank you for doing such a great job on a large party. It doesn't hurt that the food has been always good.“
“A warm and inviting , well road side inn with a vibrant bar and rustic wood interior with warm lighting. The service was so friendly and attentive and the menu was stacked with Great Lake front favorites and coastal specialties! Broiled white fish plate was outstanding - also great side salads and starters. The guacamole and tortilla chips was homemade and truly delicious. Went great with our old fashions and full bar drink specialties!“
