They can help make drink selections based on what customers typically like. My children love the shop's breakfast wraps, paninis, and grilled PBJ. They have a large selection of boba teas and bubbles, which my children enjoy too. I love their cold brews and their variety of flavor options. I appreciate them carrying gluten free options, like their breakfast wraps. The Frankenmuth Kaffee Haus has a cute atmosphere and the owners change decor and merchandise based on the seasons and holidays. I highly recommend checking the Kaffee Haus out on your next visit to Frankenmuth.“

“It was ok, service is very slow, they forgot what i ordered i believe it was because they kept just taking orders untill all ordered and payed then they started making things, coffee first until all had their coffee then they started the food, they had to ask what we ordered so they could make it.“

“Our family comes up for a Frankenmuth trip often at holiday time. We are coffee lovers and in the past we struggled to find good coffee up here! Not this time 😁 we went to your Saginaw location 3 times and the Frankenmuth one time during our weekend stay. And it was DELICIOUS everytime. The brown sugar roasted hazelnut coffee was superior. Everytime we come back, this will for sure be our coffee stop. Thanks for the great coffee! 💜“

“I’ve never really had a crepe. This was all new to me. My wife on the other hand has had something similar 10 hours south of Frankenmuth. When I think of crepes I think of a sweet breakfast option. I didn’t know savory crepes were a thing. Please excuse my ignorance. I was a bit befuddled at the options until my wife chose a savory crepe. That made my decision easier. This was something to tide us over until dinner. My wife had the Mediterranean and I went with the ham and cheese. I tried my wife’s crepe and it was delicious! The decor was wonderful and the staff were great.“

“This was my third time in here. The first two times were right when they opened. The service was pretty slow, and I chocked it up to them just Opening, so I waited a while to come back. Came in on a Saturday morning for Breakfast. They had one person on the grill and one taking orders. The owner came in about 10 minutes later, but he was putting stuff away and not actually helping with the service. In my opinion, The wait to order as well as the wait to get the food was too long. They need another person helping to speed up service. They obviously have the customer base to afford one more employee.

Food was Absolutely delicious but priced a little expensive for the atmosphere and speed of service. If you want to charge premium prices on your food, you have to have premium service to go along with it.

Not quite sure what vibe they’re going for either. They Call themselves a bistro, but it was neither an original French bistro or an upscale Modern bistro. It had modern Bistro pricing with casual bistro environment. I also overheard the owner talking about possibly serving alcohol? Not sure what vibe they’re going for, But seems a little all over the place.

Take this as constructive, because I feel a few small changes could take this place over the top. If you’re going to keep the upscale pricing, Have an upscale atmosphere. If you’re going to have a casual atmosphere, price your food By the rule of thirds And increase service speed.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the US. Having traveled all over the US and visited many Starbucks and family owned coffee shops (of course there are some good ones!) but this particular Starbucks never disappoints. Anything I’ve ever ordered here is always so good, makes me smile every time. The employees are always helpful and kind. They all deserve a raise, because this place is magical.“

“This is the BEST local cafe in Frankenmuth! Make sure to grab a cookie and enjoy one of the wraps or bowls for lunch.

Also, if you are in the mood for coffee...make sure to pick up one of owner Kennedy's seasonal specialty coffees. They are to die for!

Vegetarian options: There are food options for everyone as long as you ask :)

Dietary restrictions: While I stopped in a customer came in who is open about having diabetes. Kennedy made sure she had options available for this customer and the customer left very happy.

Parking: Large parking lot for the building.

Kid-friendliness: Every time I stop in I see a kid leaving with a smile on their face. Those cookies are the best and kids know it :)“

“They have a kiosk to order food that I didn’t see so it took a while for the cashier to take my order as he was cleaning tables.
After ordering, got a number to take to the table once food was ready, it was brought to my table. I ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets meal with extra sauce, additional 25 cents.
Bathroom was very clean. Large, separate playroom area.

“Im shocked by the negative reviews! I came here for two mobile order pickups for breakfast. They were able to take both order codes with ease. Our food was fresh, and we were able to get our food really cheap as well with the app. I appreciate the fast service.“
