“We are season pass holders and snowboard a lot at MT B but we do love the grill. The atmosphere is pretty great and you get an up north feel. Sitting by the fire having hot chocolate or a beer with friends it's always a good time. When you can't make it out west or up north this will help you enjoy winter in Michigan a little bit more.”

We grabbed seats at the bar where the bartender (wish we caught her name!) was super friendly and efficient. Two drinks and a pizza came out unbelievably fast — the whole experience took just about 30 minutes start to finish. Truly a job well done. It’s rare these days to find such great service and food that’s both fast and delicious. Thanks for a refreshing night out!”

I was greeted by a friendly employee that also took my order. The menu had changed since the last time I visited this location. The menu is actually condensed which makes it easier.

I ordered a small pizza with red sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. She forgot to get my name until I was at the register, but she was super friendly and apologetic.

The cashier greeted me with a smile, handed me my cup, and accepted my payment. She asked if I needed anything else and told me to have a great day.

The lobby was in great order and I observed an employee wiping down tables and emptying trash while I was there. The music was very low and allowed for great conversation. The drink station was well stocked, clean, and organized.

The men's restroom hasn't had a detail clean in quite some time. There was noticable debris that had been there for months. It looked like they cleaned the bare minimum, which in a restaurant, isn't enough.

My pizza was ready within 5-7 minutes which is pretty fast for pizza. It was hot and fresh, and tastes amazing!

I would highly recommend this location to anyone who loves great pizza with great service/employees! Go Brighton Mod Pizza! 🍕”

“Joe Kools is the best sports bar in the area. Family friendly, great atmosphere, amazing food and drinks. Staff is very friendly and attentive. My favorites from the menu are the Steak Tips with the Zip Sauce and the Ruben Pizza. Bartenders make some great cocktails and you have the best view of the big screen t.v. sitting at the bar. Definitely recommend.”

“We had the Brisket Burnt Ends Egg Benidict and the Short Rib Hash this morning. Both were Fantastic. The Burnt Ends were perfect, just a light rub which made the meat the star, not the rub or sauce. The short ribs were also with just a light coating. Overall, hard to decide which was better. Will have to try them both again, or even a third time.”

I have tried their salads and sandwiches in the past. I think they are way overpriced for the amount of food you get. So, go with a quesadilla or flat bread pizza instead!

They also have some vegetarian options.”

“Pharmacy department is amazing. They are always so kind and ready to help with any of your needs. If you have a problem with your insurance, they are certainly there and ready to help. also Took my mom in to get her hearing aids cleaned. The girls couldn't have been nicer and helping, checking her hearing aids to make sure they were working properly. They don't rush you they take their time. “It's been a minute since I was on a roof top bar. This particular one is a two for one. The restaurant we were in on top was different from the restaurant below but owned by the same people. They both serve drinks and tapas so it's just the atmosphere you are looking for. On the way up the three flights of steps there were planters that could have been more loved. The floor was also a little strange. It was rubber squares almost felt light you were in a bounce house. The seating was nothing special. It's literally the same deck furniture would buy for your house. I had a lavender lemonade martini dad had a Coke. Again another restaurant that does not serve Pepsi products. We did not eat there. It had a great view overlooking the millpond downtown so being such a nice night it was beautiful to sit outside. The restaurant inside was intimate also known as tiny I assume because everyone wants to be on the roof. For our drinks it's $23.00

Matt even came in on his day off to move tables around for me before I got there, set up a kids station with fire hats, fire safety coloring books, crayons and Junior firefighter stickers! No way that it's worth it. Let me know when you come down off your high horse.”

“I was asked to review you since we were at your restaurant. Below is exactly what I posted on my page. Overall the experience was ok, but in a competitive environment that the restaurant and bars are in this will not keep you in the forefront. Unfortunately this page would not allow me to add the pics I posted as well. If you know me personally, you know we do not frequent chain stores of any kind. We typically shop and buy from local businesses. With that said, occasionally we do go to a chain business. Today we went to the Chili’s in Brighton, MI. The front door had a sign that it will slam when you come in. One of the urinals in the men’s room doesn’t work. The place is aged and it shows. This place could use a facelift if they are to compete with the other local businesses in the area. The food was good even though utensils were not provided. The beer specials are good value and the taps are producing a cold beer that tastes as it should. This is good considering many places have poor draft beer due to a lack of good maintenance programs, causing them to produce beers with off flavors. I also had a house margarita. (Pictured below in the pint glass). It was ok at best. The presentation is what you would expect. The flavor screams run of the mill drink. This is certainly not a craft cocktail but I have had lesser drinks in other places. The other drink I had was the Tequila Trifecta. (Pictured below in the rocks glass) The drink is definitely tequila forward. While it is not a balanced cocktail, it is something I would expect a corner bar to make. It was very boozy forward yet drinkable. The presentation was what you would expect for a margarita. Overall, we had an ok experience in this Chili’s restaurant. It wasn’t an experience I would not be jumping up and down for. I was not overly impressed, but I also do not have anything that would make me call the manager over to talk. So if you’re looking for an ok experience, this is the place for you. The food is decent and the drinks were ok. Nothing that will knock your socks off.”

Our guests raved about the food. We want to thank Krystle for her expertise in event planning and would highly recommend this restaurant!”
