“We went to label for lunch and it did not disappoint. The service from beginning to end was very nice and friendly. The food was really good. My husband had the meatball and he said “ best meatball sandwich ever” and the fries were perfectly cooked. I had the whip it up salad and it was delicious, one of the best salads I have had in Michigan. If you are around Brighton Michigan definitely try this place out”

“Wonderful location for a girl's night out. The weather allowed us an opportunity for a table that overlooked a walking trail in Brighton and a pond.

Waitstaff was attentive. As was the manager who was active covering for staff and visible.

Food was excellent. Overall a great evening. Definitely will be returning.”

“Our neighborhood dinner meeting was scheduled for April at the Canopy Restaurant in Brighton Michigan. The banquet room was beautifully designed. The chair coverings, table service was elegant. The wait staff was knowledgeable and very willing to accommodate. The food and drinks were superb. Our dinner group was incredibly impressed leaving many very nice comments. We definitely would recommend The Canopy to anyone who prefers a good meal.”

“We are season pass holders and snowboard a lot at MT B but we do love the grill. The atmosphere is pretty great and you get an up north feel. Sitting by the fire having hot chocolate or a beer with friends it's always a good time. When you can't make it out west or up north this will help you enjoy winter in Michigan a little bit more.”

“We go to La Marsa about an hour away when we get a Mediterranean craving although yesterday we met friends and one plate the rice was bland, my fattoush had so much meat on it (just too much), and not enough salad. I usually order a plain one to go, but the waitress was NOT friendly or cooperative at all so I decided not to. What happened to their great employees? 😞 she was not the middle eastern girl, The one we had was very rude, and we will think twice about going back. She’s VERY lucky to have gotten a 15% tip from us! If a group of 4 is told take your time leaving, (the place was sorta empty), she never ONCE came back to even clear the table of ALL the dishes! We’ll probably decide to go to Dexter instead. I just liked the restaurant layout better in Brighton. Our venue didn’t have a kitchen so having a food truck allowed us to have constant fresh/hot food being served to our guest. “Joe Kools is the best sports bar in the area. Family friendly, great atmosphere, amazing food and drinks. Staff is very friendly and attentive. My favorites from the menu are the Steak Tips with the Zip Sauce and the Ruben Pizza. Bartenders make some great cocktails and you have the best view of the big screen t.v. sitting at the bar. Definitely recommend.”

“20250711 Ordered the grilled chicken Greek salad to go. First of all, the young lady who took my order was very nice. The salad was ready in less than 5 mins, it felt like. The portion was huge, but it was 80% iceberg lettuce. It wasn't really a Greek salad asides from the feta cheese, olives and pepper. I never had a Greek salad with chickpeas. The grilled chicken was delicious, and my finicky pup liked it. . I don't recommend the grilled chicken Greek salad.”

I like the overhaul with the real meat slicers vs the factory produced meat. Also I like the new paper packaging verses the old plastic bags that got filled with condensation.”

“It's been a minute since I was on a roof top bar. This particular one is a two for one. The restaurant we were in on top was different from the restaurant below but owned by the same people. They both serve drinks and tapas so it's just the atmosphere you are looking for. On the way up the three flights of steps there were planters that could have been more loved. The floor was also a little strange. It was rubber squares almost felt light you were in a bounce house. The seating was nothing special. It's literally the same deck furniture would buy for your house. I had a lavender lemonade martini dad had a Coke. Again another restaurant that does not serve Pepsi products. We did not eat there. It had a great view overlooking the millpond downtown so being such a nice night it was beautiful to sit outside. The restaurant inside was intimate also known as tiny I assume because everyone wants to be on the roof. For our drinks it's $23.00

Parking: Lots of free parking but they fill up fast”

“walked right out after seeing their new prices. $13 for one burger, $6 for one Fry $3 for one soda. or RUTH'S CHRIS STEAKHOUSE: $16.00 for a Burger and homemade chips. this fast food burger joint thinks they can charge premium steakhouse prices.. would you rather?? get A clue. there are way better burgers in this town, for less money. No way that it's worth it. Let me know when you come down off your high horse.”

“maybe it's my fault for not paying attention. Just walked in from the howell location. so, was there at like 610pm. I ordered a full bag, and ranch. she gave me a half bag, and no ranch. I come here all the time, and I've never had this happen before. I'm a cook. I work as a cook professionally. I understand having a long day, or just a bad one. but come on. 10 dollars for half a bag of bread sticks and no ranch?”

“The service here is always super friendly and the food is made with care. It's a chain so you get what you'd expect in terms of overall quality, but this particular store does a great job overall. I'd love to see investment in a remodel so the atmosphere lives up to the great food and service.

“I was asked to review you since we were at your restaurant. Below is exactly what I posted on my page. Overall the experience was ok, but in a competitive environment that the restaurant and bars are in this will not keep you in the forefront. Unfortunately this page would not allow me to add the pics I posted as well. If you know me personally, you know we do not frequent chain stores of any kind. We typically shop and buy from local businesses. With that said, occasionally we do go to a chain business. Today we went to the Chili’s in Brighton, MI. The front door had a sign that it will slam when you come in. One of the urinals in the men’s room doesn’t work. The place is aged and it shows. This place could use a facelift if they are to compete with the other local businesses in the area. The food was good even though utensils were not provided. The beer specials are good value and the taps are producing a cold beer that tastes as it should. This is good considering many places have poor draft beer due to a lack of good maintenance programs, causing them to produce beers with off flavors. I also had a house margarita. (Pictured below in the pint glass). It was ok at best. The presentation is what you would expect. The flavor screams run of the mill drink. This is certainly not a craft cocktail but I have had lesser drinks in other places. The other drink I had was the Tequila Trifecta. (Pictured below in the rocks glass) The drink is definitely tequila forward. While it is not a balanced cocktail, it is something I would expect a corner bar to make. It was very boozy forward yet drinkable. The presentation was what you would expect for a margarita. Overall, we had an ok experience in this Chili’s restaurant. It wasn’t an experience I would not be jumping up and down for. I was not overly impressed, but I also do not have anything that would make me call the manager over to talk. So if you’re looking for an ok experience, this is the place for you. The food is decent and the drinks were ok. Nothing that will knock your socks off.”

“I am not a fan of Panera food, but came in for a quick coffee with the wife. Scott at the front counter made the experience great! Gotta say - he loves his job. He encouraged me to see if I have a Panera account, which I ended up having - and since it was my birthday a couple days prior, he enthusiastically told me I get a free pastry. I was of course happy to hear the news, but Scott was beyond excited. Brought a smile to my face. Thanks Scott! Panera - give this guy a raise!”
