“Great customer service . But a women named Brit sits at the bar and gives people attitudes. Claims she’s the owners wife . Love the bar , love the bartenders and workers . But whoever Brit is . Really makes it uncomfortable. Attitude for no reason , even when you don’t speak to her . She’ll speak to you like she’s runs the place . Would recommend for customer service , but her specifically is a no go . 2 out of 5 stars . Would be 4 stars but like I said she sucks the energy out with the nasty attitude .“

“I had a great lunch here today, excellent service, Alicia B was super and knowledgeable of the menu items.My Arugula and Butternut squash salad was very delicious. Even the ladies room is very nicely decorated and makes you happy you stopped in there.Very nice place to go, they pay attention to details,and it shows!I would recommend this nice restaurant to anyone!“

This place has a little bit of everything. Tons of drink options to choose from, two pool tables, a pong table area, and even a mechanical bull. It’s the kind of spot where you can hang out, play games, and keep things interesting all night.
You cannot go wrong with eating here as well. They have options perfect for grabbing something to snack on while you’re having drinks.
Great vibe, fun atmosphere, and plenty to do. Definitely worth a visit!“
“The drinks are very well priced and the bar tenders are wonderful. But because of this the bar is full of drunk people just being extremely loud and trying to get around in the tight setting and bumping into you. The music is also very loud and it was very hard to hold a conversation. I had fun with my friends but this would not be my first choice to come back to.“

“Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.“

“Cyd was the sweetest server I've ever had. Always been given fantastic service at Beltane Bar but Cyd offered something extra that I've never had the pleasure of experiencing anywhere else. She made my birthday dinner with family so much fun and I hope Beltane Bar knows how lucky they are to have her. Thanks again for everything.“

“CLK overall was an amazing environment and very family oriented. I would like to give a huge shout out to the manager from last night, I came in believing I had a reservations because I was celebrating my bday but also doing a gender reveal that was done Feb 13th for March 1st but it wasn’t in there system. Instead of turning me around her and some of staff maneuvered and make things work in my favor. The server we had started out great but then became a little rude and I don’t know if it was because of my party downsizing or what but the attitude changed. She started reaching over ppl not saying excuse me so I became a little irritated on my special day. I really wanted to experience more of the food but the way things went it just changed the whole energy for me. But everything wasn’t bad and like I said I truly appreciate the amazing manager from last night and I was told that the bartender that made the drinks was superb!!!! Thank you“

“Shout out to Eric. He was the bartender (supervisor too?) here. Super personable guy. Made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable while waiting on my delayed flight. Great sense of humor. Really great having him.
The food was delicious. I had a chili-crisp hummus and a chicken bacon flatbread. The former was a combination that I didn't expect, but it was great. and a chicken bacon flatbread.
The drinks were good too. Nice and chill. The customer service by Eric was superb.“

“Harmony Brewing is a great spot! They’ve got a solid lineup of beers with a good mix of IPAs and lighter options, so there’s something for everyone. The food was also a standout—really tasty sandwiches with a nice variety to choose from. The atmosphere is fun and laid-back, perfect for grabbing a bite and a pint with friends. “My wife went back home to visit her family in Michigan for a couple days and while there she went out for dinner with her college friends to celebrate having our first daughter. She was expecting a great night out with her friends however the staff wouldn’t serve her drinks because they “couldn’t verify she was of age” even though she showed them her ID of 24 years of age. This ruined her night out with friends and forced them to go somewhere else to have an enjoyable night out. Very disappointing with how the staff handled this situation.“
