“Just got a sub from here and everyone was very nice. But I really wanted to leave this review because I was blown away from Logan’s customer service skills. He was very kind and talkative and made recommendations that were very helpful. He was very engaged with everyone I saw him talk to and was making light fun conversation with a smile instead of doing the bare minimum. He deserves a raise.“

“I was there today at about 12:30. There were two young ladies working and it was quite busy. They moved very quickly and efficiently and were both very friendly. The one who made my sub suggested another dressing for mine because they are no longer using the sweet onion sauce. It was a great suggestion because the sub was delicious.Fantastic service!“

“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“

“Hands down, the best subs in my opinion. What I don't like though is that a sub, chips and a drink is going to run you $15. Seems a little steep for a weekly visit but as a treat, definitely. Love the sub, just wish inflation would take a pause. I get it, just wish we could want to afford this more than a treat visit.

“Boardwalk Subs Are Second To None, You Can Expect To Pay $15 to $17 Per Sub, But They Are 15 Inches And The Sub Buns Are Wide. I Enjoy Half For Lunch Then Other Half For Dinner, And There Shredded Pickles Are A Great Signature To There Subs.

“Everytime I go in to this location the whole team seems not only happy to be there,but happy to serve customers.I have been to this location at least 5 times and not one time has it disappointed .I don't think you can make a bad sub at Boardwalk, but I am very indecisive and often put the choice in the hand of the person taking my order.It is always great.“

“Came across this place before we drove into Electric Forest - we grabbed some Banh Mi and jerky snacks. IT BLEW OUR MINDS! We all are from Seattle and have tried so many Banh Mi places in Seattle but never found one with the bread as delicious as the one in B&N Sandwiches. The pate and cold cut meats were also so delicious. I wish they have a branch in Seattle since I’ve been craving it since then.“

“My husband and I have lived in this area for approximately three years. There was a period about two years ago, that we stopped coming to this location due to the food not being fresh, the employees were very rude, the restaurant was never clean!! I think it was about a year and a half ago we decided to give it another chance because we had heard it was under new management , we are so thankful that we did! This place has completely turned around! The food is always fresh, the new manager is an older lady, and you can tell that she is passionate about the store! This store is honestly the cleanest I have ever seen a subway, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the 1st shift staff are just wonderful now! Hats off to whoever decided to hire her! “Okay, seriously, my food was delivered to my work so fast that I wasn't even ready for it. Suddenly it was just HERE. It was also good - made just the way I ordered it, with all of my modifications.

“The sub was really nice. I haven't eaten at Subway in a while and this location was my first time. It was a bit slow during the sandwich making process, but other than that it was nice. They didn't over-do any ingredients and were great at communication.

Parking: The parking is okay, it can sometimes be difficult, but just know that a space may open up since some people get there to pickup/have something made for takeout.“

“Location 32nd Ave hudsonville, the gas station hides the location but is still easy to get to. The staff is very friendly but i do have one small complaint the place is a little dirty. Now, working in food housekeeping should be at the top of the list. Its a minor fix but over all great place to eat.“

“Placed an order at 830 pm. I ordered a toasted sub. I get a call from the store informing me that they already turned the toaster off. They close at 9pm. Ridiculous then you only sell the toasted subs until 830 when you are open to 9. So the entire menu is not available from open to close. Also none of the subs were marked. How am I supposed to know what subs are which as I ordered multiple subs.“

“I've never usually eat inside the dining area inside, usually order 💯% take out, for delivery 🚚, I haven't got past the #15 Tuna Club double the Tuna + Oregano, the potato salad is unreal amazing unbelievable, better than Homemade potato salad 🤤, but for the tiny amount they give you, doesn't match that price unfortunately, little too pricey if you ask me, but I have tried the potato salad, to say the least, it's awesome, better than homemade, but too pricey, the delivery time is unbelievable, don't know how they do it so quickly, awesome delivery service 💯%👍

“I thought I'd be sweet and order my sweetheart food. Named it "Sarah the Beautiful". The person who made the ordered labelled her Sandwich " Sarah the Ugly". *edited* The store handled the situation. The delivery driver took pictures for the Manger on Duty. The M.O.D. called the GM all before I could make my way up to the store. I'm told that '"human" was fired, was not the only issue with said employee. The GM did call me, I have not yet returned his call and will in the future after. Just got busy today. I could tell everyone was sorry and embarrassed that we have to have this conversation“

Vegetarian options: They have lettuce, tomato, spinach, jalapenos, banana peppers, cucumbers and a lot of sauces

Kid-friendliness: We have a kids menu that has box juice, chocolate milk or white milk and applesauce“
