“Just got a sub from here and everyone was very nice. But I really wanted to leave this review because I was blown away from Logan’s customer service skills. He was very kind and talkative and made recommendations that were very helpful. He was very engaged with everyone I saw him talk to and was making light fun conversation with a smile instead of doing the bare minimum. He deserves a raise.“

“I was there today at about 12:30. There were two young ladies working and it was quite busy. They moved very quickly and efficiently and were both very friendly. The one who made my sub suggested another dressing for mine because they are no longer using the sweet onion sauce. It was a great suggestion because the sub was delicious.Fantastic service!“

“Fantastic subs. Absolutely delicious. Some of the best I've ever had in my life.

Service is fine. Our order almost got mixed up, but they caught it before we paid.

Horrible music. Awful lyrics and way too loud. Multiple times I witnessed customers repeating themselves to be heard.

Not a very nice building, but it seems you already have plans for a renovation. Good. Get vent hoods, please. Too much smokiness right now.

This place is a bit rough around the edges, but I will be coming back to see the renovations. These subs are way, way too good.“

“This is our go to subway shop the team is friendly quick restaurant was clei had ordered turkey subway with lettuce tomato mayonnaise olive spinach pickles the food was made absolutely delicious they open 24 hours will recommend going over there“

“Freaky fast delivery on a new level certainly consider this if your in a hurry! They had my food waiting and ready within a few minutes of putting in my order. Also tried there delivery service and they are again freaky fast. They are about 15 minutes out from my location but had gotten here within 20 minutes after I placed my order. Very good service all around and there drivers seem to be extremely nice and considerate. If you are a first here I suggest the chicken bacon ranch toasted sub one of my favorites for sure!“

“My husband and I have lived in this area for approximately three years. There was a period about two years ago, that we stopped coming to this location due to the food not being fresh, the employees were very rude, the restaurant was never clean!! I think it was about a year and a half ago we decided to give it another chance because we had heard it was under new management , we are so thankful that we did! This place has completely turned around! The food is always fresh, the new manager is an older lady, and you can tell that she is passionate about the store! This store is honestly the cleanest I have ever seen a subway, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the 1st shift staff are just wonderful now! Hats off to whoever decided to hire her! “I ordered the Buffalo Chicken on a pretzel bun. The pretzel bread is to die for! The chicken had the perfect amount of heat. I can tell that the lettuce and tomato was fresh!! I'll definitely be back!“

“Though Jimmy John’s is not my go to for deli sandwiches, you can’t beat their lettuce wraps. I really enjoy the Italian night club. My husband prefers the Jimmy Cubana. Neither us are a fan of their bread, but that is any Jimmy John’s.“

“The sub was really nice. I haven't eaten at Subway in a while and this location was my first time. It was a bit slow during the sandwich making process, but other than that it was nice. They didn't over-do any ingredients and were great at communication.

Parking: The parking is okay, it can sometimes be difficult, but just know that a space may open up since some people get there to pickup/have something made for takeout.“

“Placed an order at 830 pm. I ordered a toasted sub. I get a call from the store informing me that they already turned the toaster off. They close at 9pm. Ridiculous then you only sell the toasted subs until 830 when you are open to 9. So the entire menu is not available from open to close. Also none of the subs were marked. How am I supposed to know what subs are which as I ordered multiple subs.“

“Location 32nd Ave hudsonville, the gas station hides the location but is still easy to get to. The staff is very friendly but i do have one small complaint the place is a little dirty. Now, working in food housekeeping should be at the top of the list. Its a minor fix but over all great place to eat.“

I will say the sandwich shop off of a variety of unique sandwiches and their french fries were really good. “I've never usually eat inside the dining area inside, usually order 💯% take out, for delivery 🚚, I haven't got past the #15 Tuna Club double the Tuna + Oregano, the potato salad is unreal amazing unbelievable, better than Homemade potato salad 🤤, but for the tiny amount they give you, doesn't match that price unfortunately, little too pricey if you ask me, but I have tried the potato salad, to say the least, it's awesome, better than homemade, but too pricey, the delivery time is unbelievable, don't know how they do it so quickly, awesome delivery service 💯%👍

The person who made the ordered labelled her Sandwich " Sarah the Ugly". *edited* The store handled the situation. The delivery driver took pictures for the Manger on Duty. The M.O.D. called the GM all before I could make my way up to the store. I'm told that '"human" was fired, was not the only issue with said employee. The GM did call me, I have not yet returned his call and will in the future after. Just got busy today. I could tell everyone was sorry and embarrassed that we have to have this conversation“

Vegetarian options: They have lettuce, tomato, spinach, jalapenos, banana peppers, cucumbers and a lot of sauces

Kid-friendliness: We have a kids menu that has box juice, chocolate milk or white milk and applesauce“

Parking: Not many available spots for parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very cramped location. There is not much room for wheelchair and walker maneuverability.“
