“I was there today at about 12:30. There were two young ladies working and it was quite busy. They moved very quickly and efficiently and were both very friendly. The one who made my sub suggested another dressing for mine because they are no longer using the sweet onion sauce. It was a great suggestion because the sub was delicious.Fantastic service!“

“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“

“Boardwalk has been my go to sub spot for over a decade. Unfortunately I moved to a different state now, but anytime I'm in Grand Rapids I find my way here.
Their menu is great, but one of my favorite things to do is just walk in and have whoever is helping me create their favorite or experiment. This particular evening Kayla and Grace did not disappoint and gave me a great take on their turkey & prostini.

“Boardwalk Subs Are Second To None, You Can Expect To Pay $15 to $17 Per Sub, But They Are 15 Inches And The Sub Buns Are Wide. I Enjoy Half For Lunch Then Other Half For Dinner, And There Shredded Pickles Are A Great Signature To There Subs.

Parking: The parking is okay, it can sometimes be difficult, but just know that a space may open up since some people get there to pickup/have something made for takeout.“

Employee that made my sandwich was really nice and professional, and he did a good job, but the people in the back were not professional. There was a girl back there that screamed very loud, sounded like it was maybe out of frustration. But seriously it’s a sub shop with one customer in the store. How frustrated can you be?“

“Though Jimmy John’s is not my go to for deli sandwiches, you can’t beat their lettuce wraps. I really enjoy the Italian night club. My husband prefers the Jimmy Cubana. Neither us are a fan of their bread, but that is any Jimmy John’s.“

“Freaky fast delivery on a new level certainly consider this if your in a hurry! They had my food waiting and ready within a few minutes of putting in my order. Also tried there delivery service and they are again freaky fast. They are about 15 minutes out from my location but had gotten here within 20 minutes after I placed my order. Very good service all around and there drivers seem to be extremely nice and considerate. If you are a first here I suggest the chicken bacon ranch toasted sub one of my favorites for sure!“

“I've never usually eat inside the dining area inside, usually order 💯% take out, for delivery 🚚, I haven't got past the #15 Tuna Club double the Tuna + Oregano, the potato salad is unreal amazing unbelievable, better than Homemade potato salad 🤤, but for the tiny amount they give you, doesn't match that price unfortunately, little too pricey if you ask me, but I have tried the potato salad, to say the least, it's awesome, better than homemade, but too pricey, the delivery time is unbelievable, don't know how they do it so quickly, awesome delivery service 💯%👍

Parking: Yes, the location is mile or less, very convenient for delivery 🚚, jj's best subs, best potato salad but expensive 👍

“I thought I'd be sweet and order my sweetheart food. Named it "Sarah the Beautiful". The person who made the ordered labelled her Sandwich " Sarah the Ugly". *edited* The store handled the situation. The delivery driver took pictures for the Manger on Duty. The M.O.D. called the GM all before I could make my way up to the store. I'm told that '"human" was fired, was not the only issue with said employee. The GM did call me, I have not yet returned his call and will in the future after. Just got busy today. I could tell everyone was sorry and embarrassed that we have to have this conversation“

“My husband and I have lived in this area for approximately three years. There was a period about two years ago, that we stopped coming to this location due to the food not being fresh, the employees were very rude, the restaurant was never clean!! I think it was about a year and a half ago we decided to give it another chance because we had heard it was under new management , we are so thankful that we did! This place has completely turned around! The food is always fresh, the new manager is an older lady, and you can tell that she is passionate about the store! This store is honestly the cleanest I have ever seen a subway, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the 1st shift staff are just wonderful now! Hats off to whoever decided to hire her! “I had the best experience getting a large order for my Kids Ministry team yesterday. The person who took my order was so friendly and helpful, the order was ready on time and everything was perfect!
