“With so many coffee shops in Dearborn-I didn’t expect one to shock me with incredible customer service, quality, aesthetics, and dedication. Every detail from the cups to wall decor to the customer service is 100 out of 10. They go above and beyond to give a personal experience to each and every person who walks through the door. I actually felt honored to be there and took some time out of the staff’s time to let them know how amazing it felt to be in Jabal’s presence enjoying the people, drinks, food, and atmosphere. This place did not disappoint-I can’t wait to bring more friends and family to see this place! “When you walk in you can feel the “family” vibe in the air, Shibam has very welcoming and professional staff, delicious drinks and sweets from diff varieties.

My order was taken by a young gentleman by the name of Mohammed Al Shebli who was in the midst of making another order. A couple minutes later our drinks are out and we were apologized to by Moe Al Shebli

“This place absolutely deserves its high ratings! I enjoyed a terrific Yemeni iced latte and scrumptious tomato croissant, while soaking up their chic and charming atmosphere. The place is sparkling clean, and the staff is attentive and hospitable. Fantastic!“

“Came here for the first time based on a google search for a coffee shop and tried the Yemeni Scrambled Eggs and it came with khubz and sawawik on the side. They also have American type dishes for breakfast and lunch. I also had a gingerbread latte. Everything was so tasty and came out quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and while the place is hidden in a small strip mall off Outer Drive and Pelham, there was a constant flow of patrons. Only complaint is that it’s cold throughout the restaurant (winter time) from the door opening constantly. I recommend (if allowed) they get an exterior entrance enclosure so there’s a space between the outer and inner door.“

“Obsessed. I stop in here at least twice per week for my usual vanilla latte with oat milk, which I highly recommend. The freshly made treats are delicious. The artwork is always interesting and changes frequently enough that it's always worth a trip inside even though they have a super convenient walk-up window. The staff is always friendly and helpful and my drink comes out A+ without fail.“

“This patisserie shop was everything for a girls meet and greet Sip Sunday. The customer service was excellent! She informed me of the wait for the non sweet baked goods. I didn’t mind the wait I was there for a two hour meet and greet. I had a large classic caramel latte and a spinach and feta danish. It was delicious nice and buttery!“

“What an absolutely beautiful coffee shop! This café was truly stunning, and had some of the best aesthetics I had seen in a coffee shop. First, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the two nice girls working behind the counter helped me, select a drink and gave me some suggestions. I tried the signature coffee, and I found it incredibly unique, you’re certainly not going to find something this flavorful at a Starbucks or a Dunkin. I would suggest experimenting with different coffee flavors because some may not like some of the spices and the consistency that is used. I would definitely come back to try some of their desserts, because they all look really delicious. I am so thankful they had outdoor seating as well, and it seemed like a great place to work.

“Convenient location with plenty of parking - we came here to try Biggby Coffee as we heard tons about it as a top Midwest coffee chain. We ordered teddy lattes and although it was decent, definitely overpriced and overhyped while being a bit too far on the sweet side. Service and atmosphere in the coffee shop was nice though.“

The experience started with the warm welcome from Howrah, a truly radiant and gracious Middle Eastern host. Her kindness and attention to detail instantly made me feel at home. She took her time, listening and making thoughtful recommendations that made the evening even better.

The pizza, crafted with care, was a delight in every bite, but the highlight of my night was the mocktail Howrah created. “I've been visiting Dunkin' Donuts often . I love their hash browns and mostly, their matcha lattes. Everyone there is polite, and I wanted to leave a review so that everyone realizes there are outstanding employees that would go above and beyond for their customers. Today, I got to the drive through and this young lady was extremely sweet and lovely. I hope she's there every day ?. I told her to always make my drink whenever I’m there.They got my order wrong several times, but she made sure they got it right. My kids loved her vibes very lovely and beautiful smile. I love when staff members treat those they serve with respect, it makes us return more frequently. I believe her name was Zee!! shoutout to her and her team! Despite the fact that it was packed, we were able to get our drinks and fresh hash browns. Best Dunkin Donuts in town.“

“This place is amazing. Turkish coffee is delicious and my favorite. I enjoy my regular coffee with heavy whipping cream, maple syrup and cinnamon. However, I took a sip of the Turkish coffee just as it was prepared and was delicious and full of flavor. Extra hot (my request), plain with a layer of smooth syrup coffee grounds on the bottom. Yes, sounds odd, but don't judge until you try it. True coffee lovers will appreciate the smooth taste. The service was wonderful and the staff was willing to answer any questions. Also, any of the wonderful desserts will compliment your coffee. This is my number one coffee shop!! ❤️“
