“Went there this evening to get some takeout--a salad and two entrees. The person who waited on us was very helpful, guiding us through the online ordering process. And the food was sensational! A great salad, and my dinner a poke bowl with raw tuna, was so delicious I had to force myself to stop eating it even though I was full. My wife's dinner was also really tasty, and now we both have leftover that we're looking forward to. I can't believe we'd never been there before--the place is less than five minutes from our house. But we will be back soon, that's for sure!“

“The bread on these subs are so good. We loved the combinations of flavors. The vegetarian options are outstanding. No joke, this is probably the best hoagie I've ever had. As a bonus, they have really fabulous ice cream and chips. Get the subs toasted! The bread is still soft.“

“I love Blaze Pizza! You walk up to the counter and the process begins. Pick your sauce, cheese, toppings and spices. You can see them put it in the brick oven. The whole restaurant smells delicious! In less than 10 minutes, you have a piping hot personal pizza! It's my favorite pizzareria!“

“This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Lansing and the folks who run it are wonderful! They have the best garlic sauce in central Michigan and it comes with pita. The food is always always always fresh and delicious. I am not related to anyone there and I have not been paid or compensated in any way for this or any other reviews I may have given for this restaurant. I honestly just love their food and it never leaves me feeling cruddy. I have digestive issues sometimes from restaurant food and I always feel great after eating here. There is plenty of parking and plenty of seating inside. They have yummy desserts as well. Now they have an amazing Lunch Buffet for around $15.00 and it’s a great way to try things you may be hesitant to try. It also includes salad choices, soup, hummus and their garlic sauce with pita!!! Two Thumbs up 👍 👍“

“The best Cuban cuisine in the area by far! We tried multiple menu items: sandwiches, empanadas, Papas Rellenas, and even the french fries. They were all excellent! The customer service was exceptional. We received a thank you note with our order. We will be taking our family back soon! Definitely visit La Cocina Cubana, East Lansing!“

“We did the holiday meal for Christmas Eve. This was our first time getting Capital City BBQ and the owner was great to work with and the food was delicious. We thought it was an amazing deal and everyone enjoyed dinner. What an amazing way to spend Christmas Eve, relaxed and not cooking all day. thank you!“

“Absolutely adored this place! We tried to do a walk in a few months back but got the vibe it was best reserved. We came back for our anniversary and am so pleased we did!!! They had our table set with a tea light candle and a small card for the occasion. Our server was so kind, checked in just enough but not too much- and even offered a free dessert. The FOOD! Was so fresh and the miso soup incredibly filling. It all came reasonably fast too. I will be back!“

“My first ever experience here I got a bowl of miso ramen, and it was genuinely one of the most delectable bowls I've ever had (Shout out ruckus ramen). Beyond that every single bartender I've ever interacted with has been nothing but patient, kind and respectful to me. Trish always takes good care of me whenever shes behind the bar and is definitely a great person to hold a convo with. Thank you guys for being such a kind and welcoming place that I get to call my third home!“

“Our server Tara, was a breath of fresh air! My husband and I were both in a funky mood when we got there due to a little spat on the way, but the whole energy of the night changed when Tara came to our table. She was so funny and quick witted and had us both laughing and out of our bad moods withing the first 3 minutes! The food was great, but Tara was fabulous! Not only was she funny, but she took such amazing care of us! WE WILL BE BACK!!
