Our server was amazing but I wasn't too fond of the manager walking around yelling at all his employees who were busting their butts trying to provide the best service to the customers. I've worked in restaurants for about 10 years now and I know things can get frustrating during dinner rushes. But being the owner of the restaurant and treating your employees so poorly while you have customers trying to eat isn't ideal. I watched this guy yell at all his cooks and servers. Also was rude to a server about a chair when they didn't know said chair wasn't allowed in the outside seating area. I really hope this manager takes the extra steps to pull people aside and be discreet when addressing something instead of causing a scene like we saw tonight. Other then that, we enjoyed this restaurant and the food!“

“My husband and I stopped by Mark's Place for their wraps. I had the BBQ Chicken and my husband had the Mexi. The sandwiches were really good and were delicious. Definitely worth the price.“

Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a nice place to go.“

“I worked at 1 out in Muskegon. Heigit was fire for no reason. And I worked at the one and lancet Michigan and I was fired for no reason but what I will tell you. Was they eat a bunch of free food and won't give you free food as a employee, but after a while, they free loan off of it morning, you in a way and kept lying in a sand that was paying for it? And I know when you work at some place like that. You can't buy that kind of food 3 and 4 times a week. Salama little smarter than a surveillance to ever peep out. “I held a baby shower a few years ago there, in the ice cream parlor. The society staffed the parlor with a worker who worked the ice cream counter. I picked up the ice cream tab at the end. Our guests thought it was really cool and unique way to celebrate our little one's arrival .... and the ice cream was yummy!!!“

“Good food for a fair price. The only complaint I have is when a customer/I'm/ we are ready to check out, the wait person won't walk away once they give you the electronic device to pay on. Doesn't seem to matter if you're in the middle of a conversation with somebody, they will not walk away without you tipping them and signing...I find that pretty rude. You'll get your money and maybe even more of a tip if you walk away and let me finish my sentence to whoever I might be with.“

“The jalapeño popper pizza is literally the only thing I come here for it is the best pizza around. I order so many of them. I was so disappointed to come in tonight with my friends and realize it was not on the menu. Please put it back on the menu. Your service staff is amazing. I love the space and the atmosphere, but I have no reason to come back if you don’t have my pizza. I might come see the staff, but I probably wouldn’t order anything. I’m only giving you a five star because they are making my pizza for me anyway. I’ve had great experiences here. Ps I did not throw a temper tantrum to get my pizza. I’m not a Karen. I just asked and they said yes. Shout out to Phil and Chris.

Edit: they tried to make my pizza, but you no longer have the cream cheese or the berry sauce so there’s no point. I understand it’s probably anexpensive pizza to make. I would gladly pay more for it. I hope you take this review seriously as it makes me legitimately sad.“

“We came for take out on 6/9/25 The original order came out incorrect as we waited in the takeout line. I went back inside to let the staff know, and they went to the manager to show him What was wrong. Ali was The manager on duty and was very apologetic and made it right immediately. I appreciate his diligence and his willingness to make sure that the customer was happy and I left very satisfied. I felt Ali cared that I was satisfied and made sure I would want to return, and we will. Bob and Jennelle.“
